Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de production d'une suspension de matière fibreuse destinée à la fabrication d'une bande de papier, de carton, de papier-mouchoir ou autre bande de matière fibreuse, à partir d'au moins un flux (1) à consistance élevée contenant de la matière fibreuse et de la matière de charge, dans la partie constante d'une machine de fabrication de la bande de matière fibreuse, au moins un flux (1) à consistance élevée passant par au moins un dispositif de tri (3). Selon l'invention, la complexité du tri est réduite par le fait que la partie acceptée (4) issue du dispositif de tri (3) est introduite dans la caisse de tête (12) de la machine et la partie rejetée (5) par le dispositif de tri (3) est réintroduite en amont dans le flux (1) à consistance élevée.
