Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for connecting a geosynthetic material to a load-bearing substrate according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- geosynthetics especially geotextiles and geogrids. These are installed over a large area in layers into the ground and showered with layers of earth. Geosynthetics act as a reinforcement, which is why this construction method is also referred to as "reinforced soil". In this context, it is already known to combine geosynthetics with soil nails to increase the stability of the substrate in addition.
- a special case is the stabilization of soil layers, in which the substrate to be protected is bounded on one side by stable ground such as a wall or rock.
- a horizontally oriented earth pressure develops over the height of the ground to be secured, which can be the cause of undesired movements of the ground.
- a covering a terrain wall is known in which the panel is held at a horizontal distance from the terrain wall by means of horizontal extending holding means.
- the resulting space between the cladding and the land wall is filled with a compact bedding.
- the holding means are each folded in the area of the cladding and terrain wall and embedded with their free return end sections in each case in the compacted pile. The frictional engagement generated as a result of the ballast by the landfill prevents loosening of the holding means.
- the object of the invention is to provide a non-positive connection of a geosynthetic material to a ground nail, in which little or no movement of the ground to be secured occur.
- the geosynthetic material is intended to be anchored not only at points, but also along one or more fastening lines. Deformations of the geosynthetics occur in this type of attachment against a punctiform attachment to a much lesser extent, which reduces as a result movements in the ground or completely prevented. The risk of unstable soil layers is thereby significantly reduced.
- a connecting rod is provided, which runs plane-parallel to the ground along a predetermined fastening line and is anchored in the stable ground by means of anchor rods. In this way, a possibility is created to fix the geosynthetics along the connecting rod, wherein a line-shaped attachment of the geosynthetic preferably results along the edge region of the geosynthetic. A horizontal shift of geosynthetics to a significant extent is no longer possible.
- the connecting rod to the substrate causing anchor rod is provided with its reaching out from the background second longitudinal section with a turnbuckle.
- the turnbuckle makes it possible to change the position of the connecting rod in the longitudinal direction of the anchor rod.
- the turnbuckle By screwing together the turnbuckle, for example, the length of the anchor rod can be shortened overall and thus the geosynthetics can be stretched over its entire surface counter to the expected ground movement. In this way, any slip of geosynthetics in the area of the attachment is eliminated, further reducing the risk of soil instability.
- receptacles are provided at the ends of the threaded rods, which are preferably formed by a screwed or welded eyelet with transverse bore.
- the internal thread of the screwed eyelet allows easy screwing on the free end of an anchor rod.
- the transverse bore serves to frictionally hold the connecting rod by passing it through, whereby the connecting rod advantageously extends over a plurality of receptacles of different anchor points.
- the connecting rod by means of tension straps at the free ends of the anchor rods, preferably on recordings of Anchor rods to attach.
- tension straps By shortening the tension straps, the slip from the geosynthetics can also be eliminated.
- Such an embodiment of the invention is ideally complemented with integrated in the anchor rod turnbuckles or straps, as a result of this type of attachment resulting low slip can be compensated by the turnbuckles or straps.
- the connecting rod has a thread on its outer circumference in order in this way, with the aid of threaded sleeves, to enable a virtually endless line-shaped connection of the geosynthetic material to the supporting substrate.
- Fig. 1 One first sees in a schematic representation the ground, which consists of a stable mountain 1 and a previously artificially produced landfill 2, which is built up of layers 3 densified in layers.
- the landfill 2 points to the the steady rock 1 side facing away from an embankment 4, the slope angle is steeper in the present example than the inner friction angle of the material used for the landfill 2. This results in a tendency for instability of the slope 4, which is counteracted by laying a geogrid 5 on top of the previously introduced layer 3.
- the landfill 2 is thus interspersed by horizontally extending geogrids 5, which lie in a plurality of vertically spaced planes plane-parallel one above the other, which is also referred to in the jargon as "reinforced soil".
- the horizontal leg 7 is non-positively connected to the geogrid 5 and the upright leg 8 stabilizes the slope 4.
- the ground nails 9 essentially consist of an anchor rod which extends with its first longitudinal section 10 into a borehole 11.
- the cavity between the borehole wall and the first longitudinal section 10 is filled with a mortar 12, which forms after hardening a composite body, which transmits the forces acting on the bottom nail 9 forces to the stable mountains 1.
- the air-side end of the borehole 11 is closed by a dome plate 13, through which the bottom nail 9 extends with its second longitudinal section 14 lying outside the borehole 11.
- a seated on the second longitudinal section 14 ball collar nut 15 biases the dome plate 13 against the mountains 1, wherein an angle compensation is made possible by a complementary shape of dome and ball nut.
- the second longitudinal section 14 of the bottom nail 9 is divided into two, wherein the separate end portion 16 is connected via a turnbuckle 17 in alignment with the rest of the anchor rod.
- the turnbuckle 17 makes it possible to adjust the axial distance between the end portion 16 and the rest of the tie rod.
- a screwed eyelet 18 is applied to the end portion 16.
- the eyelet 18 has an axial bore with internal thread, which is in engagement with the external thread of the bottom nail 9.
- a transverse bore 19 is introduced into the eyelet 18, which forms a receptacle for a connecting rod 20 which can be inserted therein.
- a ground nail 9 forms, together with the connecting rod 20, an arrangement for connecting the geogrid 5 to the stable rock 1, which will be discussed in more detail below.
- Fig. 2 shows the non-positive connection of the geogrid 5 to the bottom nails 9.
- the geogrid 5 is folded around the held in the screwed or welded eyelets 18 connecting rod 20.
- the envelope 21 is deposited on the remaining geogrid 5, in such a way that along the connecting rod 20, the meshes formed by the longitudinal webs 22 and transverse webs 23 of the envelope 21 and the rest of the geogrid 5 lie approximately congruently one above the other.
- the longitudinal webs 22 are guided through the mesh openings, wherein the longitudinal webs 22 of the envelope 21 intersect with those of the remaining geogrid 5 twice and form loops in this way.
- a connecting rod 20 in approximately parallel rod-shaped latch 24 is inserted, which causes the locking of the geogrid 5 on the connecting rod 20.
- the axial length of the bottom nail 9 can advantageously be shortened with the aid of the turnbuckles 17 and thus the geogrid 5 can be tensioned so that a possible slippage from the system is eliminated.
- the connecting rod is secured by means of one or more straps on the anchor rod.
- the tension belt may be guided around the connecting rod and connects, for example, to the seated on the free end of the second longitudinal portion of the anchor rod recording. By tensioning the tensioning belt he is tensioned connecting rod in the direction of the anchor rods and with him the geogrid or the geosynthetic.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- einen Vertikalschnitt durch die in
Fig. 1 dargestellte Anordnung und - Fig. 3
- In
