Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Geschoßlauf von Feuerwaffen, insb. von leichtgewichtigen Handfeuerwaffen.
Um das Sicherheitspotential gegen Sprödbruch bei Wandstärkenminimierung zu erhöhen und eine geforderte Materialhärte bei Temperaturen über 500°C zu gewährleisten, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, den Geschoßlauf von Feuerwaffen aus einem verformten Werkstoff mit einer chemischen Zusammensetzung von in Gew.-% Gehalt C Si Mn P S Cr Mo Ni V W Ti As+ Sn+Sb Fe Min 0.28 0.08 0.15 3.6 1.2 0.42 Rest Max 0.36 0.26 0.35 0.005 0.002 4.4 1.8 <0.5 0.5 0.15 0.08 0.007
sowie erschmelzungsbedingte Verunreinigungen zu erstellen, welcher thermisch vergütete Geschoßlauf-Werkstoff eine Härte von mind. 46 bis 48 HRC aufweist.
