Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de production de pièces moulées en un matériau plastifiant et en des insertions fibreuses sur une machine à mouler par injection, fonctionnant en régime cyclique, pour le traitement de matières plastiques, comprenant une unité de plastification (10) et une vis sans fin de plastification (11) montée à l'intérieur. Pour l'amenée des insertions fibreuses, il est prévu au moins une ouverture d'introduction (14) montée, en direction de convoyage de la vis sans fin de plastification (11), en aval de la zone d'amenée (13) du matériau plastifiable à l'unité de plastification (10). Grâce à un dispositif (18) travaillant dans un cycle de la machine à mouler par injection, pour l'introduction des insertions fibreuses dans le matériau plastifiant, dans l'unité de plastification (10), via l'ouverture d'introduction (14) pendant le dosage, il est possible de réaliser une introduction efficace dans un cycle de la machine à mouler par injection.
