Description

  • The present invention relates to a self-retracting device for a strip-guided movable furniture part according to the preamble of claim 1, as well as a pullout guide for drawers, furniture drawer or the like according to the preamble of claim 13.
  • Self-closing devices and such having pull-out guides are known in many embodiments.
  • The self-closing devices serve to reliably pull a drawer-guided movable furniture part into a closed position. In particular, in furniture parts which are mounted on a so-called "full extension" movable on a furniture body, the control of the running of the profiles of the extract, that is, the mutual displacement of running rail, center rail and guide rail is a problem in such a way that it is due to very difficult in the movable furniture part inserted objects due to misalignment of the profiles each other comes to jamming of the extract.

  • The known Selbsteinzugsvorrichtungen and pullout guides have the further disadvantage that the operating forces that are necessary to bias such a self-closing device, must be very large and the user of such a movable furniture part can therefore take off the furniture part of the body only with great effort.
  • The object of the present invention is therefore to improve the control of the sequence of the sequence of the profiles of the drawer and to improve the ease of use of a equipped with a self-closing device furniture part. This object is achieved by a self-closing device with the features of claim 1 and by a pullout guide with the features of claim 13.
  • Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
  • According to the invention, the self-closing device has a tensioning mechanism with two drivers coupled to at least one energy store and synchronously blocking or activating the tensioning mechanism.
  • By installing such a self-closing device according to the invention a coordinated running of the profiles of the drawer is possible. A possible misalignment is effectively prevented by the synchronous blocking or activation of the energy storage by the driver.
  • According to a further embodiment of the invention, the energy accumulator is designed in the form of springs, which are each locked at a first end to the base body and at the second end to a driver. By this arrangement, the tension springs are arranged parallel to each other, so that in the extension direction biasing the force accumulator only one of the spring constant of the tension springs corresponding force must be expended, whereby the ease of use is substantially increased.
  • Preferably, the drivers are coupled to a damper arranged on the base body, by means of which, shortly before reaching the final closed position, one of the directions of the closing forces counteracting and the closing movement damping counterforce is applied. The dampers ensure that the pull-out rails coupled to the self-closing device are pulled into the closed position at low speed so that no disturbing noise is produced when the pull-out rails move against a stop.
  • According to a further embodiment of the invention, in each case a damper is arranged on opposite surfaces of the base body, which is coupled to at least one of the drivers. This allows the at least one of the drivers is coupled. This makes it possible that the damping function on the guide rail and on the running rail is individually adjustable.
  • Preferably, the drivers are coupled together via a gear control. As a result, a reliable coupling of the movement of the coupled with the respective carriers extension rails is possible.
  • According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, each of the drivers is coupled with a locking web which is held displaceably along the main body, wherein each of the drivers in its blocking position blocks the locking web of the respective other driver. This prevents that the self-closing mechanism is already activated when only one of the drivers is activated by the movement of the extension rail coupled to it before the other extension rail has reached the triggering point for activating the self-closing device.

Claims (15)

  1. An automatic retraction apparatus (100, 200, 300, 400) for a pull-out rail-guided movable furniture part, comprising
    - a base body (101, 201, 301, 401);
    - at least one energy store which is arranged on the base body (101, 201, 301, 401) and which is tensioned during opening of the movable furniture part, and the stored energy of which can be utilized during the closing process as a retraction aid to the final closing position;
