  4. A drive mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the drive mechanism (7) has a housing (8) in which the ejection element (19) movably connected to the fixing element (10) is linearly movably mounted.
  5. A drive mechanism according to claim 4 characterised in that the housing (8) has a bottom surface (11) and a top surface (14) as well as side surfaces (15) connecting same, wherein the guide track or tracks (25, 26) for the ejection element (19) and/or the fixing element (10) is or are provided in the top surface (14) and/or bottom surface (11) of the housing (8).

A drive mechanism according to claim 12 characterised in that the fixing element (10) is connected at one end hingedly to the ejection element (19) and is guided pivotably by way of a guide pin (33) preferably arranged in the region of the contact portion (29) in a guide track (27) on the base (34) of the drive mechanism (7) between a first end position of releasing the entrainment element (4) in the opening direction (OR) of the movable furniture portion (4) and a second end position of arresting the entrainment element (4) in the opening direction (OR).
  14. A drive mechanism according to claim 13 characterised in that the guide track (27) for the fixing element (10) is provided inwardly on the top surface (14) of the housing (8) of the drive device (7).
  15. A drive mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 14 characterised in that the guide track (27) for the fixing element (10) extends in an arcuate configuration.
  16. A drive mechanism according to claim 8 characterised in that the abutment element (9) is guided movably in a guide track (26) which is provided on the base (34) and which preferably extends parallel to the opening direction (OR) of the movable furniture portion (12).
