- Système (1) composé d'au moins un montant de laminoir (2) et d'au moins un dispositif de changement de cylindre (3), étant disposés dans le montant de laminoir (2) au moins deux cylindres (4, 5) superposés verticalement (V) qui définissent entre eux une emprise, chaque cylindre (4, 5) étant composé d'une pièce opérationnelle (6, 7) et de deux tourillons (8, 9), les tourillons (8, 9) s'appuyant dans des systèmes de palier (10, 11) du montant de laminoir (2) et étant disposés entre la pièce opérationnelle (6, 7) et les tourillons (8, 9) des embrayages (12) qui permettent de dissocier la pièce opérationnelle (6, 7) des tourillons (8, 9),
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de changement de cylindre (3) comprend un élément porteur (13) qui est conçu pour être inséré horizontalement (H) dans le montant de laminoir (2) et présente un nombre d'emplacements récepteurs (14, 15) correspondant au nombre de cylindres (4, 5) pour les pièces opérationnelles (6, 7) des cylindres (4, 5), d'une part l'élément porteur (13) et d'autre part le montant de laminoir (2) étant pourvus de moyens de guidage (23, 24 ou 21, 25, 27, 29 et 22, 26, 28, 30), les moyens de guidage (23, 24) de l'élément porteur (13) s'engrenant en correspondance géométrique dans les moyens de guidage (21, 25, 27, 29 et 22, 25, 28, 30) du montant de laminoir (2) conçus pour permettre un cycle de mouvement horizontal et vertical guidé lors du changement de cylindre. - Système selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé par
des coulisseaux (23, 24) faisant office d'éléments de guidage de l'élément porteur (13) et des coulisseaux de guidage (21, 22) comportant des sections horizontales et verticales (25, 26, 29, 30 et 27, 28) faisant office d'éléments de guidage du montant de laminoir (2). - Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que deux emplacements récepteurs (14, 15) pour deux cylindres (4, 5) sont prévus dans l'élément porteur (13).
- Système selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les emplacements récepteurs (14, 15) de l'élément porteur (13) ont une surface d'appui (16, 17) adaptée à la forme des pièces opérationnelles (6, 7) des cylindres (4, 5).
- Système selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur (13) est ou peut être amené en liaison avec des moyens (18) de déplacement translatoire de l'élément porteur (13) dans le sens horizontal (H).
- Système selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur (13) est ou peut être amené en liaison avec des moyens (19) de déplacement translatoire de l'élément porteur (13) dans le sens vertical (V).
- Système selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur (13) est composé d'au moins deux plaques (20) de forme sensiblement identique qui sont reliées parallèlement entre elles en décalage mutuel en direction de l'axe (a) des cylindres (5, 6).
- Système selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le montant de laminoir (2) se présente sous forme d'une cage d'étireuse.
- Système selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le montant de laminoir (2) se présente sous forme d'une cage de laminage transversal.
