Claims (7)
- Lamp holder support for headlamp, in particular of a vehicle, having a ring element (2) with a radial reception surface for the resting on a socket of the lamp and with a tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) made from an electrically conductive material extending in the installed position of the lamp between an electrically conductive section of a reflector (4) and an electrically conductive housing (20) of a ballast (6)for the lamp, wherein fastening means for the fastening of the lamp in the installed position are assigned to the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8), and wherein the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) has, on one hand, a multitude of first contact springs (14) arranged over the circumference in a distributed manner on a side facing the reflector (4) and, on the other hand, a multitude of second contact springs (17) arranged over the circumference in a distributed manner on a side facing the ballast (6), wherein the first contact springs (14) and/ or the second contact springs (17) are arranged in a circular manner around a longitudinal axis (L) of the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8), wherein the first contact springs (14) open up radially in the axial direction, or outwards at an acute angle to support the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) on an outside surface (15) of the reflector (4), and wherein the second contact springs (17) run in the radial direction to support the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) on a radial wall (19) of the ballast (6),
characterized in that
the tube-shaped lamp holder body (8) has at least one recess (12) for the reception of a retaining spring (13) by means of which the lamp can be fastened in the installed position relative to the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) and that one cylinder section (9) of the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) has at least one snap-fastening element (10) for the detachable fastening of the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) on the ring element (2), wherein the snap-fastening element (10) interacts with a mating snap-fastening element (11) arranged on the outside of the ring element (2). - Lamp holder support according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first contact springs (14) and / or the second contact springs (17) are connected in an integrally formed manner with a cylinder section (9) of the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8).
- Lamp holder support according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) is made from a sheet-metal material.
- Lamp holder support according to one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the ring element (2) is made from a plastic material and that the ring element is molded onto the reflector (4) in an apex of the same.
- Lamp holder support according to one of the Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the ring element (2) has a multitude of projections (7, 7', 7", 22, 23) protruding in the axial and / or radial direction for the positionally correct contact of the base of the lamp and / or the ballast (6) on the reflector (4).
- Lamp holder support according to one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that on a side of the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) facing the ballast (6), an axial spring (24) protrudes which in the installation position has contact with a side wall (25) of the ballast (6) for the radial positioning of the ballast (6) relative to the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8).
- Lamp holder support according to one of the Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the tube-shaped lamp carrier body (8) is embodied in a pot-shaped manner, wherein the second contact springs (17) form a collar-shaped bottom contact face.
