Man kann eine solche, vorzugsweise aus Poly-Butylenglykol-Terephtalat (PBTB) bestehende Fassung als «Vollkunststoffassung» bezeichnen, denn lediglich die in ihr eingesteckt aufgenommenen Kontaktfedern bestehen aus Metall. Die vorbekannte Fassung besitzt im wesentlichen einen zylindrischen Mantel, der über seine eigene gesamte Länge und die Länge des Fassungskörpers hinweg mit einem Aussengewinde versehen ist. Am oberen, also der Fassungsdecke zugeordneten, Ende befinden sich in einander diametral gegenüberliegender Anordnung im Fassungsmantel zwei Einschnitte, denen jeweils eine Rastnase zugeordnet ist. In diese Einschnitte kann ein die Glühlampenfassung übergreifender Fassungsdom mit seinen in Achsrichtung frei abstehenden Rastzungen eingreifen. Etwa mit dem oberen Rand des Glühlampenfassungsmantels bündig erstreckt sich die Fassungsdecke. In ihr sind zwei voneinander beabstandete Schraubbefestigungs- öffnungen angebracht und dazu versetzt in jeweils paariger Anordnung Leitereinstecköffnungen. Deckenaussenseitig ist eine Stegleistenanordnung vorgesehen, die einerseits die Schraubbefestigungsdurchbrüche und andererseits die Leitereinstecköffnungen umgibt bzw. flankiert. Die freien Enden dieser Stege liegen in einer fassungsdeckenparallelen Ebene und bilden so eine Auflage für eine Anschraubfläche. Die bekannte Fassung kann an einer solchen Fläche direkt mit Hilfe zweier, die Schraubbefestigungsdurchbrüche vom Fassungsinnern her durchgreifender Schrauben befestigt werden, z.B. im Innern eines beispielsweise aus Holz bestehenden napfartigen Leuchtengehäuses. Claims (8)

1. Lamp holder, consisting of a one-part holder body (11), which is formed as a plasitc injection- moulded part and in which preferably screwless supply connection springs and lamp contact springs are embedded, an internal thread for screw-mounting the lamp and an external thread for mounting, for example, a screw ring being formed onto the holder body and the supply lead insertion openings (25), which lead into the top plate (18), provided with screw attachment holes, of the holder body (11), being flanked by barrier strips (22), the free end face edges of which end in a common plane parallel to the top plate, and, if applicable, points of engagement (20) for the engagement of engaging hooks (21) of a holder dome (D), which can be connected to the holder body (11), being arranged approximately in the top plate area at opposite holder cover sides, characterised in that the external thread only extends over a section (13), on the lamp side, of the holder body (11), the external diameter of which is smaller than the externally threaded section (13) in a section (14, 16) below the holder body top plate (18), that the holder top plate (18) is formed as a thin-walled flange (17) which comprises at least two jogs (29) which are distributed over the circumference, are open towards the flange edge and arranged adjacent to the supply lead insertion openings (25), and that the barrier strips (22) form a channel (e.g. 24) which is open towards the jogs (29).
2. Lamp holder according to claim 1, characterised in that the jogs (29) each comprise at least one section (30), the clearance of which is smaller than the diameter of an insulated supply lead (36 or 37).
3. Lamp holder according to claim 2, characterised in that two diametrically opposite jogs (29, 30) are provided in the flange (17), the narrowed sections (30) of which are formed by holder cover slots (31 ).

Lamp holder according to claim 1, characterised in that the engaging lugs (20) for the holder dome (D) are flanked by second barrier strips (15) which are arranged on the holder cover in the longitudinal direction of the latter over a length corresponding to the length of the engaging hooks (21 ) on the dome side and are staggered in the circumferential direction with respect to the jogs (29).
5. Lamp holder according to claim 1, characterised in that the screw attachment holes (26) in the holder top plate (18) are surrounded by sleeve-shaped collars (27), which leave a clamping slit (28) for a supply lead (36 or 37) between their outer surfaces and adjacent barrier strips (22).

Lamp holder according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the first barrier strips (22) are divided into four V-shaped barriers, whose two arms which succeed one another in the circumferential direction extend parallel to one another such that each two parallel arms of two V-barriers form between them the channels (23; 23'; 24; 24'), a screw attachment hole (26) and at least one supply lead insertion opening (25) being alternately associated with each channel in the circumferential direction.

Lamp holder according to claim 6, characterised in that the jogs (29) are arranged at the end of each of the channels (24; 24') comprising the supply lead insertion openings (25), and that the engaging lugs (20) for mounting the dome (D) are arranged at the ends of the channels (23; 23') comprising the screw attachment holes (25) in special jogs (19), the depth of which corresponds approximately to the thickness of the engaging hooks (21 ) on the dome side.
8. Lamp holder according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the barrier strips (22) end at a distance from the flange edge (17) and approximately at a common circular line, the centre point of which lies on the longitudinal axis (12) of the holder.
