Claims (14)

  1. Trommel (1) für eine Waschmaschine, welche Trommel (1) eine Mantelfläche (2), die mit Auslauflöchern (3, 4) versehen ist, um den Durchlauf von Waschwasser, Spülwasser und kleinen Partikeln zu ermöglichen, und zumindest eine Schaufel (5) für das Umrühren von Wäsche umfasst, wobei sich die Schaufel (5) im Allgemeinen entlang einer Mittelachse der Trommel (1) erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mantelfläche mit zumindest einem Entleerungsloch (6) für das Entfernen von Partikeln versehen ist, die zu groß sind, um durch die Auslauflöcher durchzulaufen, wobei der Bereich des Entleerungslochs (6) zumindest zweimal so groß wie der Mittelbereich der Auslauflöcher (3, 4) ist, wobei das Entleerungsloch (6) angrenzend an zumindest ein kurzes Ende der Schaufel (5) in der Mantelfläche (2) angeordnet ist, und wobei zumindest ein Teil der Basis der Schaufel (5) im Mittelteil der Schaufel in der Längsausdehnung davon konvex ist, so dass an der Basis der Schaufel (5) anliegende Partikel während der Drehung der Trommel (1) in der axialen Richtung zu dem wenigstens einen Entleerungsloch (6) befördert werden.
  2. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zumindest eine Schaufel (5) mit zumindest einem Entleerungsloch (6) an der Basis der Schaufel (5) versehen ist.
  3. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Entleerungsloch (6) angrenzend an jedes kurze Ende der Schaufel (5) angeordnet ist.
  4. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei zumindest eines der kurzen Enden der Schaufel (5) angrenzend an das Entleerungsloch (6) in der axialen Richtung der Trommel (1) hervorsteht, so dass das hervorstehende Ende (12) mit der Mantelfläche (2) nicht in Kontakt steht.
  5. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das hervorstehende Ende (12) einen sich in der radialen Richtung weg von der Mitte und zur Mantelfläche (2) der Trommel (1) hin erstreckenden Flansch (13) aufweist, um Partikel dem Entleerungsloch (6) entlang der Mantelfläche (2) zuzuführen.
  6. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bereich des Entleerungslochs (6) zumindest dreimal so groß wie der Mittelbereich der Auslauflöcher (3, 4) in der Mantelfläche (2) der Trommel (1), mehr bevorzugt viermal so groß, ist.
  7. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bereich des Entleerungslochs (6) größer als das größte Auslaufloch (3) in der Mantelfläche (2) der Trommel und bevorzugt zumindest zweimal so groß wie der Bereich des größten Auslauflochs (3) ist.
  8. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bereich des Entleerungslochs (6) zumindest 20 Quadratmillimeter, bevorzugt zumindest 30 Quadratmillimeter und am meisten bevorzugt zumindest 40 Quadratmillimeter beträgt.
  9. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Winkel zwischen der Seitenfläche (7) der Schaufel (5), in der das Entleerungsloch (6) angeordnet ist, und der Mantelfläche (2) der Trommel weniger als 135 Grad, bevorzugt weniger als 120 Grad, und am meisten bevorzugt weniger als 105 Grad beträgt.
  10. Trommel nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mantelfläche (2) der Trommel zumindest eine axial begrenzte erste Zone mit Auslauflöchern (3), die hauptsächlich dazu ausgebildet sind, während des Waschens einen guten Auslauf sicherzustellen, und ebenfalls eine axial begrenzte zweite Zone mit Auslauflöchern (4) umfasst, die hauptsächlich dazu ausgebildet sind, die Unterstützung der Wäsche während des Trockenschleuderns sicherzustellen.
  11. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seitenfläche (7) der Schaufel (5) am distalen Ende (9) davon konkav, konvex oder keilförmig ist, so dass die Wäsche in der axialen Richtung, während der Drehung der Trommel (1), zur Zone der Trommel in der axialen Richtung befördert wird, die für das Trockenschleudern der Wäsche ausgebildet ist.
  12. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 11, wobei sich der Winkel zwischen der Seitenfläche (7) der Schaufel (5) und der Mantelfläche (2) der Trommel entlang der Längsausdehnung der Trommel unterscheidet, und dass der in der Trockenschleuder-Zone oder in den Trockenschleuder-Zonen untergebrachte Teil der Schaufel (5) im Durchschnitt einen größeren Winkel als der in der Auslaufzone oder den Auslaufzonen untergebrachte Teil der Trommel (5) aufweist.
  13. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Trommel (1) in einer Zone, die sich um die Trommel (1) herum im axial mittigen Teil der Trommel (1) erstreckt, hauptsächlich mit Auslauflöchern (4) ausgebildet ist, um die Unterstützung für ein sanftes Trockenschleudern der Wäsche sicherzustellen, und dass die Trommel (1) in einer Zone, die sich um die Trommel (1) in den axial äußeren Zonen zu jeder Seite der Mittelzone erstreckt, hauptsächlich mit Auslauflöchern (3) ausgebildet ist, um einen guten Auslauf der Trommel während des Waschens sicherzustellen.
  14. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Durchschnittsbreite der Schaufel (5) an der Basis (8) davon im mittleren Drittel der Länge der Schaufel (5), in der Längsrichtung, weiter als in den beiden äußeren Dritteln ist.
