Die Zwischenräume zwischen den Schneiden des Schneidteiles bilden einen Durchgang für das geschnittene Schneidgut, welches beim Schneidvorgang durch die Schneiden nach unten hindurchgedrückt wird. Das geschnittene Schneidgut wird von einem Aufnahmebehälter aufgenommen, auf welchem das Schneidteil aufgesetzt ist. Der Aufnahmebehälter ist nach oben hin offen und umfasst im Wesentlichen den Bereich der Schneiden. Das Schneidteil ragt zumindest mit demjenigen Ende über den Aufnahmebehälter, welcher mit dem Betätigungsteil schwenkbar verbunden ist. Auch kann das Schneidteil mit seinem entgegengesetzten Ende den Aufnahmebehälter überragen. Aufgrund dieser über den Aufnahmebehälter überstehenden Abschnitte des Schneidteiles ist bei der bekannten Schneidvorrichtung ein seitliches Wegkippen während des Schneidvorganges begünstigt, insbesondere wenn harte Schneidgüter zu Schneiden sind und dazu eine hohe Schneidkraft aufzubringen ist.From the generative FR 747 115 A a device for cutting potatoes is known. Die Vorrichtung hat ein Schneiden aufweisendes Schneidteil und ein Betätigungsteil auf, welches zum Schneiden des Schneidgutes gegen das Schneidteil gedrückt wird. Das Schneidteil ist Bestandteil eines Deckels, welcher auf einen Aufnahmebehälter für das geschnittene Schneidgut aufgesetzt ist. Bei dieser Schneidvorrichtung sind Betätigungsteil und Aufnahmebehälter unter Zwischenschaltung des Schneidteiles gegeneinander verschwenkbar gelagert. Dazu sind an dem Aufnahmebehälter seitlich Zapfen ausgebildet, welche in eine jeweilige Aufnahme des Betätigungsteiles hineinragen und somit ein Scharnier bilden. Das Betätigungsteil weist ferner eine umlaufende, nach unten stehende Seitenwandung auf, welche im zusammengeklappten Zustand der Schneidvorrichtung den Deckel seitlich überragt. Der Aufnahmebehälter ist in Art eines Quaders ausgebildet, wobei in Längsrichtung des Aufnahmebehälters die Längsachsen von Deckel, Schneidteil und Betätigungsteil liegen. Die erfindungsgemäße Schneidvorrichtung ist somit einfach handhabbar, insbesondere wenn harte Schneidgüter zu schneiden sind. Bevorzugt sind Reinigungsteil 23 und Druckelemente 42 fest miteinander verbunden, wobei vorzugsweise eine feste Verbindung zwischen Druckelementen 42 und Druckteil 41 besteht und vorzugsweise das Betätigungselement 21 fest mit dem Druckteil 41 verbunden ist. Dadurch sind Betätigungselement 21 und Reinigungsteil 23 gegeneinander verliersicher gehalten. Um das Reinigungsteil 23 nach Betätigung von seiner Endposition 24 in die Ausgangsposition 25 selbsttätig zurück zu verfahren, sind vorzugsweise vier Federelemente 40 vorgesehen. Die Federelemente 40 sind vorzugsweise als Druckfedern ausgebildet, welche vorzugsweise auf das jeweilige Druckelement 42 aufgeschoben sind. Die Federelemente 40 stützen sich endseitig zum einen gegenüber einem Gehäuseabschnitt 43 des Betätigungsteiles 3 ab, an welchem sich vorzugsweise der Stempel 4 anschließt. Ferner stützen sich die Federelemente 40 mit ihrem anderen Ende gegenüber dem Druckteil 41 oder einem mit dem Druckteil in Wirkkontakt stehenden Zwischenelement ab. Bei einer Verschiebebewegung des Druckteiles 41 werden die Druckelemente 42 über Bohrungen bzw. über Durchgänge 46 in dem Gehäuseabschnitt 43 nach außen verschoben und dabei das Reinigungsteil 23 von der Ausgangsposition 25 in Richtung zur Endposition 24 gegen den Druck der Federelemente 40 verschoben, wobei die Federelemente 40 dabei zusammengedrückt werden.The actuating element 21 is coupled to a preferably plate-shaped pressure member 41, which forwards the actuation force introduced via the actuating element 21 for displacing the cleaning member 23 to the cleaning member 23 via a plurality of pressure elements 42 acting on the surface of the cleaning member 23. Claims (14)

  1. Multi-functional apparatus for the kitchen with
    a) a device (100) for cutting food, like fruit and vegetables, with a cutting part (2) comprising multiple blades (1), and an actuating part (3), which are pivotally mounted by means of a swiveling bearing (9) with respect to each other and the actuating part (3) being pressed against the cutting part (2) for cutting the material to be cut, characterized by a cover part (5) for mounting at a receptacle (6) for the cut material to be cut, wherein the cover part (5) comprises an opening (7) which contains a passage (8) for the cut material to be cut, wherein the cover part (5) has a width (27) corresponding to 1,5-times to 3,5-times, preferably about twice the width (28) of the actuating part (3), and with
    b) a receptacle (6), for example of a bowl-type, on which the cover part (5) of the device (199) is attachable.
  2. Multi-functional apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover part (5) essentially is formed circularly and/or that the cover part (5) is detachably fixed at a receptacle (6), preferably by means of a bayonet catch, a screw plug, a catching connection, a clip connection, a clamp connection (33) and/or the like fixing means.
  3. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of the claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the swiveling bearing (9) is received in the opening (7).
  4. Multi-functional apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that
    a) the swiveling bearing (9), in particular the swiveling axis (47) of the swiveling bearing (9) is arranged recessed with respect to the upper side (16) of the cover part (5) and/or that
    b) the swiveling bearing (9) is arranged at least at one side wall (18) confining the opening (7) and/or that
    c) the swiveling bearing (9) is formed by at least one hinge (32), particularly by a pivot (35) arranged at the at least one side wall (18) of the opening (7), and a retainer (48) arranged at the actuating part (3).
  5. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the device (100) comprises means for strengthening the cover part (5) in the range of the opening (7).
  6. Multi-functional apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the strengthening means are formed by at least one strengthening part (10) at least partially spanning the opening (7) and/or that the strengthening means are formed by side walls (18) of the cover part (5) forming an indentation (17), which at least partially surround the opening (7).
  7. Multi-functional apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the strengthening part (10) is arranged between the swiveling bearing (9) and the passage (8) for the cut material to be cut and/or that the strengthening part (10) comprises an elevated bridge portion (13), preferably with insertion grooves (14) on the side, into each of which during pivoting a side wall (15) of the actuating part (3) plunges, respectively and/or that the strengthening part (10) is formed as a limitation against a moving of the blades (1) toward the swiveling bearing (9).
  8. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that during pivoting the actuating part (3) essentially plunges into the opening (7) of the cover part (5) and/or that in the closed position the actuating part (3) essentially is sunk-in in the opening (7) and/or that with respect to the upper side (16) of the cover part (5) the blades (1) are arranged recessed in the direction to the interior of the receptacle (6).
  9. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cutting part (2) is formed by the cover part (5) and preferably the blades (1) are held in a frame (19) detachably or loosely arranged at the cutting part (2) and/or that the cutting part (2) is formed by the cover part (5) and preferably the blades (1) are held in a frame (19) detachably or loosely arranged at the cutting part (2), wherein the indentation (17) forms a support (12) for the cutting frame (19).
  10. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blades are formed as cutting grid (1) and preferably the blades (1) being formed by knives.
  11. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the cover part (5) is detachably held at the receptacle (6), preferably by means of a bayonet catch, a screw plug, a catching connection, a clip connection, a clamp connection (33) and/or the like fixing means.
  12. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized by a further device for treatment of fruit and vegetables, such as a salad spinner for example, which with its cover part is optionally attachable on the receptacle (6) instead of the device (100).
  13. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the receptacle (6) at least sectionally rests, with the front edge of its opening boundary, against the cover part (5) and/or that the receptacle (6) with its opening boundary at least partially encompasses a collar (38) of the cover part (5) protruding toward the interior of the receptacle (6).
  14. Multi-functional apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the receptacle (6) is transparent and preferably made of plastic or glass and/or that the bottom of the receptacle (6) comprises a contact area (39) for the multi-functional apparatus.
