Abstract

The device (32) has a base container (34) delimiting an inner space (54) that receives a cosmetic product (14), and a compression wall (80) for compressing the cosmetic product and delimiting a through-passage for circulating the cosmetic product. A side wall (82) is displaceable together with the compression wall, and protrudes from the compression wall. A mixing receptacle (36) delimits an aperture (116) for accessing a mixing space (84) opening towards outer side of the device when the compression wall occupies inner position, where the aperture is distinct from the through-passage. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing cosmetic composition.

The present invention relates to a device for preparing a cosmetic composition, of the type comprising:

• a base container defining an interior volume receiving a first cosmetic product, the inner volume opening through an insertion opening;
• a compression wall of the first cosmetic product, slidably mounted in the interior volume through the insertion opening between an outer position and an inner compression position of the first cosmetic product, the compression wall defining at least one through passage circulation of the first cosmetic product, the through passage opening into the interior volume.

The cosmetic composition is advantageously prepared from at least one first cosmetic product which can be difficult to homogenize, because of its viscosity or its presentation in dispersed form. This first cosmetic product is, for example, in the form of beads comprising a core containing a cosmetic active ingredient and a retention envelope coating the core.

The cosmetic composition is for example a cream intended to be applied to a body surface, or more generally the keratin materials, of a user, such as the skin or the keratinous fibers. The cosmetic composition is in particular a formula applied to the hair or a makeup composition intended to be applied in particular to the lips, the face, the cheeks, the eyelids or the eyelashes.

"Cosmetic product" more generally means a product as defined in Council Directive 93/35 / EEC of 30 June 1993.

The device is advantageously intended for the preparation of an extemporaneous mixture of cosmetic products to form the cosmetic composition. In this case, the presence of a first cosmetic product difficult to homogenize complicates the preparation of the extemporaneous mixture.

In particular, when the first cosmetic product is packaged in the form of beads to be mixed with a second cosmetic product, the user must mechanically break the envelope of the beads, to ensure that the final composition obtained has the properties desired by the user. Indeed, the final composition must contain the active ingredient in a released form, able to interact with the surface on which it is applied.

In known manner, U.S. 5,660,342 , U.S. 5,058,770 , and US-2,771,383 describe preparation devices for obtaining a product mixture. These devices However, they are not suitable when one of the products is difficult to homogenise, for example when it is in the form of beads.

US-2,726,816 describes a device for crushing a product, but which is not suitable for producing a mixture of cosmetic products.

To improve the preparation of a cosmetic composition, the demand FR 2 913 004 of the Applicant describes a preparation device in which a first product and a second product in the form of beads are mixed in a mixing chamber and then extruded through a wall having a plurality of through passages. The extruded formula is applied directly to a body surface of a user.

Such a device is therefore very satisfactory when the cosmetic composition is intended to be applied immediately on a body surface. However, this device does not allow to work the composition once the mixture between the products made. Indeed, it does not improve the composition by gradually adjusting the amounts of different products.

US 2005/0127215 describes a device of the aforementioned type, wherein the compression wall of a first product is formed by a piston flowing in a mixing chamber. However, the presence of the piston makes it inconvenient to use the device for producing a cosmetic composition, in particular based on two cosmetic products, at least one of which is difficult to homogenize.

An object of the invention is therefore to obtain a device for preparing a cosmetic composition from at least one cosmetic product difficult to homogenize, which is particularly effective in producing a homogeneous composition, while being simple to use.

Another object of the invention is to obtain a device which makes it possible to substantially quantitatively and homogeneously recover a first cosmetic product packaged in the form of beads, with a view to mixing it optionally with a second cosmetic product, in order to obtain a cosmetic composition. homogeneous.

A first necessary 10 for the preparation of a cosmetic composition 12 visible on the figure 7 is represented on the figure 1 .

The cosmetic composition 12 is advantageously a cream intended to be applied to a body surface of a user, such as for example the skin or the keratinous fibers.

This composition is particularly intended for hair care or coloring.

In a variant, the cosmetic composition 12 is a makeup composition intended to be applied to the face, for example on the cheeks, on the eyelids, on the forehead, on the eyelashes or the eyebrows.

The composition 12 is in the form of a cream, a gel or a viscous liquid with a viscosity of greater than 500 mPa.s.

The composition 12 is made extemporaneously based on at least one first cosmetic 14 to be homogenized for use, and advantageously based on a second cosmetic product 16.

The first cosmetic product 14 is a product present in viscous or dispersed form.

In the example shown on the Figures 1 to 7 the first cosmetic product 14 is formed by a plurality of substantially spherical beads 18, sometimes referred to as synthetic caviar.

Each ball 18 comprises a core 20 comprising a cosmetic active ingredient and a core retaining envelope 22. The balls 18 are, for example, immersed in a liquid solution 24, in particular in suspension in the solution 24.

The envelope 22 encapsulates the entire periphery of the core 20. It is for example made from an alginate gel. The envelope 22 is intended to be broken, for example under the application of mechanical stress, to release the core 20.

The diameter of the balls 18 is advantageously between 1 mm and 5 mm, in particular between 2.0 mm and 3.5 mm.

The liquid solution 24 is advantageously an aqueous solution, preferably in the form of a gel.

Examples of makeup formulation containing beads are described in WO 2009/081370 and WO 2009/081351 .

The second cosmetic product 16 is formed for example by a liquid, a gel, a cream, or a suspension of solid in a liquid. An example of a second cosmetic product is a hair conditioner care containing a fatty alcohol, a cationic surfactant, and silicone, for example as described in EP-0 551 498 . This treatment may contain nanocapsules, as described in EP-0 447 318 .

With reference to the figure 1 , the first necessary 10 comprises a package 30 and a first device 32 of preparation according to the invention, the device 32 comprising at least one base container 34 containing the first cosmetic product 14 and a mixing receptacle 36.

The kit 10 advantageously comprises a container 38 receiving the second cosmetic product 16 and at least one tool 40 for mixing and applying the cosmetic composition.

In the example shown on the figure 1 the package 30 comprises a support housing 42 and a movable drawer 44 deployable relative to the housing 42.

The housing 42 defines respective housings 46A, 46B, 46C for receiving the mixing receptacle 36, the container 38 and the tool 40.

The movable drawer 44 also delimits a plurality of receptacles 48 for receiving the base receptacles 34.

The package 30 may furthermore have a cover (not shown) intended to cover the housing 42 to protect the device 32 and the container 38 during storage of the kit 10.

As illustrated on the figure 1 , the kit 10 comprises in this example a plurality of similar base containers 34.

With reference to the figure 2 each base receptacle 34 has a bottom wall 50, a peripheral wall 52 delimiting with the bottom wall 50 an interior volume 54, and a removable cap 56 for closing the interior volume 54, shown in dotted lines on the figure 2 .

As will be seen below, the bottom wall 50 and the side wall 52 are advantageously made in one piece by being made of material, for example thermoplastic or metal material.

In this example, as illustrated by the figure 5 the bottom wall 50 has a dome-shaped central region 58A and a substantially planar peripheral region 58B.

The central region 58A delimits a concave cavity 60 receiving the injection point of the plastic material intended to form the walls 50, 52.

The peripheral region 58B delimits a flat lower surface 62 intended to be placed on a support 63.

In the example shown on the Figures 1 to 7 , the peripheral wall 52 has a maximum height h less than the maximum width I of the bottom wall 50.

The peripheral wall 52 protrudes upwards from the bottom wall 50 to a free edge 64 receiving the cover 56.

The peripheral wall 52 has a closed outer contour. In this example, the outer contour is in the form of a circle. In a variant, the outer contour of the wall 52 is of polygonal shape or of elongated shape, for example in the form of an ellipse.

The side wall 52 delimits an inner surface 66 of substantially constant cross-section by moving along a central axis A-A 'of introduction of the receptacle 36 into the base container 34.

The inner volume 54 is delimited sealingly downwardly by the bottom wall 50 and outwardly by the side wall 52. It opens upwardly through an upper opening 68 of the receptacle 35 into the receptacle 35. the interior volume 54.

During the storage of the first necessary 10, before the introduction of the mixing receptacle 36 into the base container 34, the inner volume 54 contains the first cosmetic product 14, advantageously in the form of beads 18 held in a solution 24. The first cosmetic product 14 preferably occupies more than 50% of the internal volume 54

As illustrated by figure 8 before the introduction of the cover 56, the free edge 64 comprises an annular ring 70 projecting upwards. The ring 70 is advantageously intended to be melted during the fixing of the cover 56 on the free edge 64, to secure the cover 56 by heat sealing.

The cap 56 is for example made from a film that is more flexible than the bottom wall 50 and the side wall 52. The cap 56 is removably attached to the free edge 64, for example by heat sealing or and by applying an adhesive.

It sealingly closes the internal volume 54 outwards, at the level of the upper opening 68.

The cover 56 is manually peelable by a user to release the insertion opening 68 and allow access to the interior volume 54.

As illustrated by Figures 2 to 7 , the mixing receptacle 36 has a general funnel shape opening upwards.

According to the invention, the mixing receptacle 36 has a perforated bottom wall 80 for compressing the first cosmetic product 14, a hollow side wall 82 delimiting with the bottom wall 80 a mixing volume 84 of the first cosmetic product 14. In the In the example shown in the figures, the receptacle 36 further comprises a peripheral sealing gasket 86 intended to be interposed between the base receptacle 34 and the mixing receptacle 36 during the introduction of the mixing receptacle 36 into the receptacle. basic 34.

As illustrated by Figures 3, 4 and 5 , the bottom wall 80 defines a plurality of through passages 88 for circulating the cosmetic product 14 between the inner volume 54 and the mixing volume 84.

In this example, the bottom wall 80 is intended to extend substantially parallel to the bottom wall 50 of the base receptacle, perpendicular to the insertion axis A-A '. The bottom wall 80 comprises, in this example, a solid central region 90, curved upwards, and an annular peripheral region 92 delimiting the circulation passages 88.

The central region 90 is of substantially similar shape to the central region 52 of the base container 34. It delimits a lower cavity 94 in which is received the injection point of the thermoplastic material intended to form the mixing receptacle 36.

The bottom wall 80 delimits a lower bearing surface 96 on the first cosmetic product 14 and an upper surface 98 defining the mixing volume 84 downwards.

The passages 88 are formed through the wall 80 parallel to the axis A-A '. They open upward through the upper surface 98 into the mixing volume 84. They open down through the bottom surface 96 to be placed in the interior volume 54.

As illustrated by figure 4 , the cross section of each passage 88 is much smaller than the cross section of the surface 96, taken in a plane perpendicular to the axis A-A '. The cross section of each passage 88 is in particular less than 10% of the total section of the lower surface 96, and is for example less than 2 mm ² .

Advantageously, the maximum transverse extent of each passage 88 is less than the maximum transverse extent of each ball 18.

Come illustrated by the figure 4 the passages 88 are distributed radially and angularly around the axis A-A '. The number of passages 88 is for example greater than 10, advantageously greater than 100.

The outer contour of the bottom wall 80, taken at the periphery of the lower surface 96, is conjugated to the inner contour of the insertion opening 68 and the inner volume 54, as delimited by the inner surface 66.

As illustrated by Figures 2 to 7 , the side wall 82 projects upwardly from the peripheral edge of the bottom wall 80. It has a closed outer contour cross section over substantially its entire height.

The side wall 82 comprises a lower portion 100 intended to be introduced into the base receptacle 34 and a flared upper portion 102 intended to project out of the base receptacle 34. In this example, it further comprises a peripheral rim 104 projecting away from the axis AA 'from the upper part 102.

In this example, the bottom wall 80 and the side wall 82 are made in one piece by being made of material, for example based on a thermoplastic or thermosetting or metal material.

The height of the lower part 100, taken parallel to the axis A-A ', is less than the height of the upper part 102, taken parallel to the axis A-A'.

The height of the lower portion 100 is substantially equal to the depth of the inner volume 54, taken along the axis A-A '.

The lower part 100 defines an outer surface 106 of substantially constant contour moving parallel to the axis A-A ', with the exception of an annular groove 108 for receiving the peripheral seal 86.

The outer contour of the outer surface 106 is substantially complementary to the inner contour of the inner volume 54 and the upper opening 68.

The annular groove 108 opens radially away from the axis A-A '. It has a height, taken parallel to the axis A-A ', substantially equal to the height of the gasket 86, and a depth, taken perpendicular to the axis A-A' less than the maximum thickness of the gasket 86.

The lower portion 100 further defines an inner surface 110 having a lower region of constant section and an upper region of increasing section moving upwardly along the axis A-A '.

The upper part 102 diverges radially away from the axis AA 'moving axially away from the bottom wall 80. It advantageously comprises at least one relief 112 forming a graduation intended to allow the dosage of the second product 16 in the mixing volume 84.

The flange 104 projects radially away from the upper portion 102 from the free edge 114 of this portion. The rim 104 is wide for better comfort for the hands during pressing, when the mixing receptacle 36 is moved by depression into the base receptacle 34.

The mixing volume 84 delimited by the walls 80, 82 is greater than the receiving volume 54. It is delimited laterally outwards in a sealed manner by the side wall 82. It is delimited partially downwards by the bottom wall 80. It opens down through each circulation passage 88.

In addition, the mixing receptacle 36 defines an upper opening 116 for access to the mixing volume 84, separate from each circulation passage 88 to allow access to the mixing volume 84 once the mixture is made.

The opening 116 opens upwards and extends axially facing the passages 88, opposite the bottom wall 80.

The opening 116 has a cross section, taken perpendicular to the axis A-A ', much greater than the cross section of each flow passage 88, for example greater than 2 times the cross section of each flow passage 88, and in particular greater than 2 times the sum of the cross-sections of each of the circulation passages 88.

As will be seen below, the mixing receptacle 36 is movable between a position extracted from the base container 34, shown in FIG. figure 5 , and an outer position engaged on the base container 34.

The receptacle 36 is also slidably movable along the axis AA 'in the inner volume 54 from the outer position to an inner position of compression of the cosmetic product 14, shown in FIG. figure 7 . In variations not shown, this slide can be operated by means of guiding means such as complementary screw threads, a bayonet system or with a rack system preventing detachment of the receptacle 36 relative to the base container 34.

In the extracted position, represented on the figure 5 the upper opening 68 delimited by the base container 34 has been disengaged. The mixing receptacle 36 is located completely away from the base receptacle 34. Its side wall 82 can be placed on the support 63 next to the base receptacle 34.

In the outer position, the lower wall 80 of the mixing receptacle 36 has been introduced into the insertion opening 68, and closes the insertion opening 68 upwardly.

The peripheral sealing gasket 86 is placed in abutment on the free edge 64 of the lateral wall 52. The cosmetic product 14 is placed under the pierced lower wall 80, in the space delimited between the bottom wall 80 and the bottom wall. 50.

In the inner position, the gasket 86, the lower part 100 of the side wall 82 and the bottom wall 80 have been forced into the interior volume 54.

The seal 86 sealingly seals the annular space between the peripheral wall 52 of the base container 34 and the side wall 82 of the mixing receptacle 36.

The bottom wall 80 has been moved to the bottom wall 50 by driving the first cosmetic product 14 present in the inner volume 54 to the mixing volume 84 to reduce the gap between the pierced lower wall 80 and the bottom wall 50 .

In the example illustrated by the figure 7 , the bottom wall 80 is disposed in abutment against the bottom wall 50 in the inner position. The bottom wall 50 closes the passages 88 to the outside, making it impossible to access the mixing volume 84 through the passages 88.

As will be seen below, the cosmetic product 14 present in the interior volume 54 between the bottom wall 50 and the pierced lower wall 80 has been pushed into the mixing volume 84 through the circulation passages 88, by compression between the bottom wall 50 and the bottom wall 80.

In the inner position, the lower portion 100 of the side wall 82 is substantially complementarily received in the interior volume 54. The upper portion 102 of the side wall 82 protrudes upwardly from the interior volume 54, over the edge free of the peripheral wall 52.

The opening 116 remains clear, which allows the distribution of the composition 12 out of the mixing volume 84 through the opening 116, without having to separate the side wall 82 of the bottom wall 82.

The seal 86 is of toric shape. It is for example made of a softer plastic material than the walls 82, 52, such as silicone or rubber, or a thermoplastic. Advantageously, the seal 86 is based on acrylic nitrile rubber. The seal 86 protrudes radially out of the groove 108 to be applied to the inner surface 66 by being slightly compressed.

Alternatively, the gasket 86 is integral with one of the walls 82, 52.

The base container 34 of the first kit 10 according to the invention is advantageously manufactured by injection molding of a plastic or metal material in a first mold 130 shown on FIG. figure 8 .

The first mold 130 comprises a hollow base matrix 132, able to delimit the lower surface 62 of the bottom wall 50 and the outer surface of the side wall 52, a central punch 134 able to delimit the inner surface of the bottom wall. 50 and the inner surface 66 of the side wall 52. The first mold 130 further comprises an outer shell 136 adapted to partially delimit the rod 70 and the free edge 64.

The die 132, the punch 134 and the outer shell 136 are movable relative to each other between a closed injection position of thermoplastic material, in which they delimit a mold cavity 138 of shape complementary to the shape of the container. base 34, and an open mold access position 130, wherein the base container 34 formed in the mold 130 can be demolded.

In the closed position, the matrix 132 delimits a central projection 140 intended to form the cavity 60. The central projection 140 internally defines an injection channel 142 of material opening into the cavity 138.

The punch 134 and the outer shell 136 delimit between them a first peripheral seal plane 144 which extends axially in the extension of the side wall 52 above the rod 70. The outer shell 136 and the die 130 further define a second joint plane 146 perpendicular to the first joint plane 144. The second joint plane 146 is flush with the free edge 64 at the outer surface of the side wall 52.

During the injection of the fluid material for forming the base container 34 in the cavity 138 of the first mold 130, the presence and location of the joint planes 144, 146 ensures adequate gas evacuation so that the rod 70 is suitably formed and that the inner surface 66 delimited by the side wall 52 is substantially smooth and of constant section. This ensures an adequate seal when introducing the mixing receptacle 36 into the base container 34.

Once the material forming the container 34 has solidified, the punch 134 and the outer shell 136 are opened and the container 34 is ejected away from the matrix 132.

A second mold 150, intended for the manufacture of the receptacle 36, is partially represented on the figure 9 .

This mold 150 comprises a second die 152 of complementary shape to the outer surface of the receptacle 36 and a punch 154 mounted to move relative to the die 152 to delimit the inner surface of the receptacle 36.

In a closed position of the mold 150, the die 152 and the punch 154 delimit between them a recess 156 of complementary shape to the receptacle 36. For this purpose, in the region intended to form the pierced lower wall 80, the die delimits a projection 158. defining a material injection channel 160.

The punch 154 delimits a recess 162 opposite the projection 158.

Moreover, in order to form the passages 88, the mold 150 comprises a plurality of removable pins 164, of dimensions conjugated to each passage 88. In this example, the pins 164 are removably mounted in the die 152 around the projection 158. their easy replacement and the simple adjustment of the size of the passages 88.

In the closed position of the second mold 150, the punch 154 rests on the free ends of the pins 164. During the injection of material through the channel 160, the material is distributed in the impression 156, especially around the pins 164 to form the bottom wall 80 with a plurality of calibrated flow passages 88.

Then, after at least partial solidification of the material, the punch 154 is moved relative to the matrix, and the receptacle 36 is ejected out of the cavity 156.

To ensure good mechanical strength, the thickness of the bottom wall 80 is at least 1 mm. This thickness is greater than at least 1 times the diameter of a circulation passage such as 88

A first method of preparing a cosmetic composition 12 using the first necessary 10 will now be described.

Initially, the first cosmetic product 14 is stored in each base container 34 received in the package 30. The first cosmetic 14 is confined in each base container 34 by the presence of a cap 56 assembled on the side wall 52.

On the other hand, the second cosmetic product 16, when used to prepare the composition 12, is stored in the container 38 which can be received in the package 30, or disposed outside the package 30.

The mixing receptacle 36 is also stored in the package 30.

When the user wishes to prepare the cosmetic composition, he extracts from the package 30 a base container 34 and arranges it on a support 63. He then opens the lid 52 to release access to the interior volume 54 through the door. upper opening 68 which opens upwards.

In the example shown on the figure 5 the cosmetic product 14 is present in the form of beads 18 in the interior volume 54.

Then, as illustrated by figure 5 , the user brings the mixing receptacle 36 facing the base receptacle 34 by placing the pierced lower wall 80 above the insertion opening 68.

It then moves the lower wall 80 towards the free edge 64 and inserts the bottom wall 80 into the interior volume 54. The mixing receptacle 36 then occupies its outer position. The first cosmetic product 14 is then confined between the walls 80 and 50, 52.

Once the bottom wall 80 is engaged, it presses on the mixing receptacle 36 to slidably move the bottom wall 80 along the axis A-A 'towards the bottom wall 50 of the base receptacle 34.

The force required to move the receptacle 36 in the receptacle 34 is, for example, between 10 N and 100 N, in particular between 40 N and 60 N.

During this movement, the lower surface 96 of the lower wall 80 comes into contact with the cosmetic product 14. The volume of the space between the bottom wall 80 and the bottom wall 50 decreases progressively, as illustrated by FIG. figure 6 .

This volume being sealed at the periphery of the side wall 82 by the seal 86, the displacement of the bottom wall 80 towards the bottom wall 50 causes the compression of the first cosmetic product 14 contained in the interior volume 54 and its expulsion to the mixing volume 84, exclusively through the through passages 88.

The compression of the cosmetic product 14 between the walls 50, 80 and the expulsion through the through passages 88 generates mechanical stresses, in particular shear stresses, on the first cosmetic product 14.

In the case where this product is in the form of balls 18, the envelope 22 of the balls 18 breaks to release the core 20 in the mixing volume 84.

The displacement of the bottom wall 80 towards the bottom wall 50 continues until the receptacle 36 reaches its lower position, in which the walls 50, 80 abut.

In a first variant of the process, illustrated by the figure 5 a selected quantity of second cosmetic product 16 has been added to the mixing volume 84 prior to introduction of the receptacle 36 into the base container 34, for example using the tool 40.

In another variant, the second cosmetic product 16 is added after transfer of the cosmetic product 14 into the mixing volume 84 through the passages 88.

Once the receptacle 36 is in its lower position, the user grasps the mixing tool 40 and homogenizes the mixture contained in the volume 84 to form the cosmetic composition 12.

He then applies the cosmetic composition 12 on a body surface, for example on keratinous fibers or on the skin by distributing the composition through the opening 112, without having to remove the base container 34 from the mixing receptacle 36.

A second set 170 according to the invention is shown on the figure 10 .

Unlike the first necessary 10, the mixing receptacle 36 comprises an upper wall 172 partially closing up the side wall 82.

Moreover, in this example, the side wall 82 is partially convergent towards the upper wall 172.

The upper wall 172 is pierced with a plurality of openings 116 for access to the product. The access openings 116 have for example a dimension substantially equal to that of the passages 88 and allow the distribution of the cosmetic composition 12 when the mixing receptacle 36 occupies its internal position in the base container 34.

To use the second set 170, the user introduces the mixing receptacle 36 into the base receptacle 34 as previously described.

Then, it agitates the assembly formed by the base container 34 and the mixing receptacle 36 to homogenize the cosmetic composition 12 contained in the mixing volume 84.

Then, it returns the receptacle 36 to allow the distribution of the cosmetic composition 12 outside the mixing volume 84 through the openings 116, for example by pressing the side wall 82, if it is deformable.

In a variant (not shown), a plug or a service cap is attached to the wall 172 to selectively close the openings 116 during storage of the product.

The figure 11 illustrates a third kit 180 according to the invention.

As in the second necessary 170, the mixing receptacle 36 has an upper wall 172 closing up the side wall 82.

In this example, the upper wall 172 is integral with the walls 80, 82.

At least one access opening 116 is defined in the upper wall 172. The opening 116 is selectively closable by a removable cap mounted integral with the receptacle 36 either by a hinge or by the attachment of a capsule.

In the third set 180, the second cosmetic product 16 is introduced into the mixing receptacle 36 during its manufacture.

A temporary shutter (not shown) is then placed under the pierced lower wall 80 to close down the circulation passages 88 during storage of the mixing receptacle 36, before it is introduced into the base receptacle 34.

To use the third set 180, the user first detaches the shutter present under the bottom wall 80 to release the circulation passages 88.

Then, it introduces the base container 34 into the mixing receptacle 36, as previously described, to pass the cosmetic product 14 into the mixing volume 84 through the passages 88. It then agitates the assembly formed by the container. base 34 and the mixing receptacle 36 for homogenizing the cosmetic composition 12 present in the mixing volume 84. It then distributes the cosmetic composition 12 through the opening 116.

In a variant (not shown), the access opening 116 is delimited by a collar protruding from the base wall 172. A removable cap is mounted around the neck.

A fourth kit 190 according to the invention is represented on the figure 12 .

Unlike the third necessary 180, the bottom wall 80 has a substantially planar peripheral region 192 and a central region 194 which protrudes downwardly relative to the peripheral region 192.

The circulation passages 88 are formed in the central region 194.

The receptacle 36 further includes a lower peripheral skirt 196 extending downwardly the side wall 82 beyond the peripheral region 192.

The skirt 196 and the regions 192, 194 of the bottom wall 80 delimit between them a cavity 198 for receiving the base container 34 of complementary shape to the base container 34. Thus, the central region 194 has a shape substantially conjugate to the shape of the interior volume 54.

When the base container 34 is in its inner position, the central region 194 is disposed in abutment with the bottom wall 50.

In this internal position, the peripheral wall 52 has been introduced into the annular space of conjugate shape delimited between the skirt 194 and the central region 196, below the peripheral region 192.

The bottom wall 50 is flush with the lower edge 200 of the skirt 196 or is located above this lower edge.

It is thus possible for the user to select the first cosmetic product 14 to be mixed with the second cosmetic product 16 contained in the mixing volume 84 to form a cosmetic composition 12 of the desired formula, by simply introducing the mixing receptacle 36 into the the interior volume 54 of the base container 34.

The kits 10, 170, 180, 190 according to the invention, as just described, thus make it possible to transfer a cosmetic product 14 which is difficult to homogenize in an easily accessible mixing volume 84, while modifying the properties of this cosmetic product 14 to facilitate its mixing with a second cosmetic product 16.

The term "one" is generally understood as "at least one", unless the contrary is explicitly stated.

Claims (15)

Device (32) for preparing a cosmetic composition (12), of the type comprising: - a base container (34) defining an interior volume (54) receiving a first cosmetic product (14), the interior volume (54) opening through an insertion opening (68); a wall (80) for compressing the first cosmetic product (12) intended to be slidably mounted in the interior volume (54) through the insertion opening (68) between an external position and an internal position of compressing the first cosmetic product (14), the compression wall (80) delimiting at least one through passage (88) for circulation of the first cosmetic product, the through passage (88) opening into the interior volume (54);
characterized in that the device (32) comprises a receptacle (36) for mixing the cosmetic composition, the receptacle (36) comprising: the compression wall (80); - a side wall (82) movable together with the compression wall (80), the side wall (82) projecting from the compression wall (80) and defining a mixing volume (84) into which the passage opens through (88), the receptacle (36) delimiting at least one opening (116) for access to the mixing volume (84) opening towards the outside of the device (32) when the compression wall (80) occupies its internal position , the access opening (116) being distinct from the through passage (88), and that the side wall (82) projects out of the interior volume (54) of the container (34) when the receptacle (36) occupies its inner position, the access opening (116) remaining unobstructed. Device (32) according to claim 1, characterized in that the side wall (82) of the receptacle (36) has an outer contour of complementary shape to the inner contour of the insertion opening (68). Device (32) according to claim 2, characterized in that a peripheral seal (86) is interposed between the side wall (82) and the container (34) during the displacement of the compression wall (80) between the outer position and the inner position for forcing the first cosmetic product (14) to the mixing volume (84) through the through passage (88). Device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base container (34) has a bottom wall (50), the compression wall (80) abutting against the bottom wall (50) in the inner position. Device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base container (34) comprises a bearing surface (62) on a support (63), the insertion opening (68) opening upwards when the support surface (62) is placed on the support (63). Device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the side wall (82) comprises a lower part (100) of dimensions substantially complementary to the internal volume (54) of the base container (34), and a upper portion (102) of increasing inner section moving away from the compression wall (80). Device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the compression wall (80) delimits a plurality of through passages (88) connecting the interior volume (54) to the mixing volume (84). Device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first cosmetic product (14) is formed of a plurality of deformable balls (18) comprising a core (20) and an outer casing (22) breakable holding the heart (20). Device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base container (34) comprises a releasable assembly for closing the insertion opening (68). A kit (10; 170; 180; 190) for preparing a cosmetic composition (12) of the type comprising: - A device (32) according to any one of the preceding claims; - A package (30) adapted to contain the device (32), the base container (34) being in particular disposed in the package (30) completely away from the mixing receptacle (36). A kit (10; 170; 180; 190) as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that the base container (34) comprises a removable cap (56) closing the insertion opening (68), the kit (10; 180; 190) advantageously comprising a plurality of base containers (34). Kit (10; 170; 180; 190) according to any one of claims 10 or 11, characterized in that it comprises a container (38; 36) comprising a second cosmetic product (16) distinct from the first cosmetic product (14). ), the second cosmetic product (16) being intended to be introduced into the mixing volume (84) to be mixed with the first cosmetic product (14). Method according to any one of claims 13 or 14, characterized in that the first cosmetic product (14) is formed of a plurality of deformable beads (18) having a core (20) and a frangible outer envelope (22) retaining the core (20), the passage of the balls (18) through the or each through passage (88) causing the rupture of the outer casing (22) and the release of the core (20).
