- a thermally insulated frame is provided, which is inserted into the recess and is designed to receive the window element.
- a thermally insulating facing shell is now applied to the outer wall and the window element used, which completely covers the outer end faces of the frame in the installed state. In this way, an almost thermal bridge-free insulation of the window should be ensured.
- the DE 299 01 728 addresses the problems of thermal bridge formation between a window element and the adjacent reveal wall of a component wall.
- a circumferential frame made of insulating elements in the reveal wall, which in turn receives the window element.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device, in particular a Dämmverbundelement, and a method for insulating a component wall, which are characterized by a low-cost and simple construction with high in particular thermal insulation effect.
- a device for insulating a component wall with a flat insulating element, which can be arranged on the component wall and in particular pressure watertight aufklebbar and which has at least one recess which is formed substantially congruent to a wall recess in the component wall, wherein in the recess of the insulating element a Window element or the like closure element is fitted plane parallel to the main extension plane of the insulating element.

Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for insulating a component wall and an insulated wall structure per se, with a component wall having at least one wall recess and a arranged on at least one side device or disposed on at least one side Dämmverbundelement to its isolation.
The technical core area of the present invention are therefore insulating systems and in particular thermal insulation systems. These usually consist of individual insulation boards or insulating layers, which are glued to component walls and in particular exterior walls of buildings or attached with appropriate insulation holders. Applications include both walls above and below the ground. Such insulating layers, which are used for thermal insulation of earth-contacting components of buildings and structures, are commonly referred to as Perimeterdämmung. It can be both the Insulation below the floor slab of a building as well as the wall insulation of a basement wall embedded in the soil act.
By applying a Dämmelements on a component wall, the heat transfer resistance of the entire wall structure is increased, so that with lower heat losses from the warm to the cold, so usually from the inside to the outside, must be expected.
The problem here are the locations in the component wall, where windows, doors or similar closure elements are arranged. Although these closure or in the following generally referred to as "window elements" components usually have quite a good heat transfer resistance, but at the transition region to the component walls arise thermal bridges that have high energy losses.
From the prior art constructions are known to take this problem into account.

However, the above-mentioned systems have the disadvantage that the assembly of the window element within a recess of the wall is possible only by means of a plurality of different and very complex components. This is expensive and error prone.

The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device, in particular a Dämmverbundelement, and a method for insulating a component wall, which are characterized by a low-cost and simple construction with high in particular thermal insulation effect.
This object is achieved by an insulating composite element according to
In this respect, the above object is achieved by a device for insulating a component wall, with a flat insulating element, which can be arranged on the component wall and in particular pressure watertight aufklebbar and which has at least one recess which is formed substantially congruent to a wall recess in the component wall, wherein in the recess of the insulating element a Window element or the like closure element is fitted plane parallel to the main extension plane of the insulating element.
In concrete terms, the invention is based on the idea of specifying an insulating composite element for insulating a component wall with a plate-shaped insulating element which can be adhesively bonded to a component wall and which has at least one recess which is substantially congruent to a wall recess of the component wall. In the recess, a window element or the like closure element is foamed at the factory parallel to the main extension plane of the Dämmelements when foaming the Dämmelements in the insulating element.
In addition, the above object is achieved by an insulated wall structure having a component wall having at least one wall recess and a device arranged on at least one side or a Dämmverbundelement for insulating a component wall according to the aforementioned type, wherein the device or the Dämmverbundelement is arranged in that its recess is substantially congruent with the wall recess.
Finally, this object is achieved by a method for insulating a component wall, in which at least one wall recess is formed, with a device or a Dämmverbundelement for insulating a component wall according to the aforementioned type, wherein the device or the Dämmverbundelement so on one side of the component wall applied and in particular pressure-watertight glued that its recess is substantially congruent with the wall recess.
According to the invention, therefore, the device for insulating the component wall or the insulated wall structure on an insulating element, in which a window element is integrated coplanar. In this respect, therefore, according to the invention, the installation level of the window element is removed from the plane of the component wall and moved in the plane of the insulating element.
Within the scope of the invention, the term "window element" is understood to mean any component which can be installed as a closure or closure element in a component wall. Window elements can thus be transparent or opaque windows, doors, ventilation flaps or the like rigid or openable elements. Under "component wall" here any wall is understood that in a building of a Insulation and in particular a thermal insulation needs. These are, among other things, external walls, roofs, floor slabs or similar components of a building. In principle, "insulation" here means both a thermal and an acoustic or any other type of component insulation which serves to mutually shield the regions separated by the component wall.
By fitting the window element in the insulating element and the arrangement of the insulating element on the component wall to be insulated, a wall structure is created in which there is no thermal bridge in the transition region between the window element and the component wall, resulting in high energy losses. In particular, by the pressure water-tight bonding of the insulating element according to the invention on the component wall, a fluid-tight closure of the component wall is also guaranteed in addition to an excellent insulation effect, so that the construction can also be used in oppressive groundwater, etc.
Since the window element is delivered prefabricated with the insulating element as Dämmverbundelement, beyond the assembly costs and the susceptibility to errors reduces because, without the need for complicated techniques and component connections, an insulating connection with the component wall can be produced. In one operation, insulation and window elements can be installed. In particular, in basement walls and the like earth-contacting walls made of concrete, it is also advantageous that according to the invention only after stripping the concrete walls, the windows can be installed on the basement walls. In contrast to the known from the prior art einzugießenden basement windows that had to be installed during the Schalungsfase on the site, now ready prefabricated "window insulation" can be delivered and mounted only after completion of the concrete work.
In general, the Dämmverbundelement invention differs from the systems known from the prior art in that the attachment of the window element or the like closure element in the plate-shaped insulating element directly during foaming of the insulating material takes place, in which the window element or closure element before foaming of the insulating material in a foaming mold is inserted. The attachment of the window element or closure element by fastening elements on the component wall and the subsequent or subsequent sealing and thermal insulation between the recess in the component wall and the window element or closure element is thereby avoided. Overall, the Dämmverbundelement invention thus enables a quick, easy and low-error mounting a window element or closure element, at the same time the seal against the component wall is improved. This is achieved in particular by the fact that the window element or closure element is already firmly anchored at the factory and airtight and thermally insulated in Dämmverbundelement. The insulating composite element according to the invention is glued to the component wall, so that additional fastening elements for load transfer are not required. This leads to a further simplification in the assembly of the Dämmverbundelements. Preferably, the load transfer takes place in the Dämmverbundelement invention exclusively on the adhesive bond between the Dämmverbundelement and the component wall. The Dämmverbundelement can therefore be connected to the component wall only by an adhesive.
Specifically, there is the advantage of Dämmverbundelements invention that can be merged by the prefabricated Dämmverbundelement two trades on the site. In this way, time, costs and coordination effort can be reduced. The assembly of the Dämmverbundelements invention is particularly simplified so that the insulation of the component wall and the installation of a window element or closure element can be performed simultaneously either by the Isolierergewerk or carpenter, carpentry or Fensterbauergewerk. The workflow on the construction site is greatly simplified. Specifically, by using the Dämmverbundelements invention a partial departure from the usual trade show process on the site can be achieved, which saves time and money and sources of error can be reduced.
In order to ensure airtightness and effective sealing of the connection area between the window, insulation material and the wall, a seal in three sealing levels has hitherto been provided in accordance with the RAL guideline. With the Dämmverbundelement invention, the required airtightness and effective sealing between Dämmverbundelement and component wall or recess is achieved by a single sealing level between Dämmverbundelement and recess in the component wall. This also contributes to the saving of time and costs on the construction site. Furthermore, the error sources frequently occurring in conventional assembly methods, in particular incorrectly executed sealing levels, which frequently lead to structural damage, are avoided.
Preferably, the insulating element and the window element are designed and connected to one another in such a way that they form a fluid-tight and in particular pressure-water-tight barrier between their inner sides facing the component wall and their outer sides pointing away from the component. For this purpose, preferably the insulating elements made of pressure-water-tight foams or with pressure-water-tight coatings and the window elements are waterproof connected to the insulating elements connected watertight. Such a pressure-water-tight barrier guarantees the dense component construction even with heavy water levels. Especially when pressure-water-tight sticking to the component wall, such an insulating layer designed as a pressure-water-tight barrier leads to a reliable moisture barrier.
Preferably, the insulating element in particular has a foam-water-tight foam component in which the window element is foamed at least partially with its peripheral side edges. The production of such a foam body component or depending on the selected material and pressure-water-tight foam body component is relatively inexpensive possible, being ensured by the foaming of the side edges of the window member a reliable, especially thermally highly insulating and, if necessary, fluid-tight connection. By "at least partially foamed with its peripheral side edges" is understood here that the window element is foamed with one or more peripheral side edges or even with only partial areas of this side edge in the foam body component of the insulating element.
As building materials preferably water and pressure resistant materials are used. In particular, closed-cell foam materials, for example extruded polystyrene rigid foam panels or foam glass panels, are used here. From the prior art, it is known, Dämmmaterialien outside the waterproof layer of the structure, for example, formed by a bituminous paint or a plastic film to install. Usually they are glued to achieve a position assurance before filling and setting the backfill. Such embodiments are to be realized with the device according to the invention or the Dämmverbundelement according to the invention, wherein, of course, in the region of the wall recesses preferably a fluid-tight connection between the insulating element and the wall is formed.
The window element preferably has at least one fastening extension on at least one side edge, which protrudes from the side edge and is foamed about by the foam body component. Such a fastening extension can for example be a multi-angled profile element which is arranged on the side edge of the window element. Under standing in this context, however, also understood a fastening extension, which is arranged surrounded by one or more undercuts on the side edge. The foaming of this fastening extension leads firstly to a firm and secure connection between the window element and the foam body component, on the other hand also to the formation of a labyrinth seal, which guarantees the formation of a fluid-tight and in particular pressure-water tight connection between the window element and the foam body component.
Preferably, the window element has a hollow body frame component, with at least one integrated hollow body into which the foam body component with its foam is at least partially foamed. Such hollow body frame components are known from the prior art in connection with the formation of window or the like closure elements and in particular in connection with the formation of the frame. By foaming with the foam of the foam body component here the insulating effect of the window element or its frame member is increased. If several integrated hollow bodies are arranged in the hollow body frame component, corresponding foam channels are preferably arranged between the individual hollow bodies, which allow the penetration of the foam of the foam body component during foaming into the different hollow bodies.
Preferably, the window element has an at least partially encircling reveal element which closes off the reveal wall of the recess of the insulating element to the outside and / or to the inside. Such a reveal element can complete both parts and the entire reveal wall of the recess, so the recess circumferentially. With a complete completion of the reveal wall of the recess by the reveal element, the thickness of the reveal element in connection with the window element thus preferably corresponds to the thickness of the insulating element. The reveal element can be provided with corresponding receptacles for connecting further reveal and cover elements. Also, the formation of recordings for cover elements is conceivable, for example, act as windowsills, etc.
Preferably, an inner Eindeckelement is provided, which is designed such that it can be attached to the insulating element or the like from the inside of the component wall to the insulating element attaching the end of the reveal walls of the wall recess of the component wall and / or the inner facing Laibungswandung the recess of the insulating element. Such an inner cover element allows, for example, the clean completion of the wall recess and the connection to the window element. For this purpose, appropriate receptacles are preferably provided on the window element and in particular on its reveal element in order to set the inner cover element clean and in particular tight. Here are all known from the prior art methods and apparatus for connecting a Eindeckelementes applicable to a window element.
Preferably, an outer Zusatzdämmelement is provided which can be arranged on the outside of the insulating element and in particular aufklebbar and which has at least one partial recess, which is formed substantially partially congruent to the wall recess in the component wall. Next then an outer Eindeckelement is provided, which can be attached from the outside under completion of the reveal walls of the additional damping element to the insulating element. Such Zusatzdämmelement may for example be a further insulation board, which is placed on the insulating element and fixed there to improve the insulating effect of the already arranged on the component wall insulating element. In the arrangement of this additional insulation element in the region of the recess or of the window element in the insulating element, reveal walls are also formed on the additional insulation element, which must be completed. As soon as the additional insulating element is arranged, in particular, over its whole area on the insulating element, the reveal wall of the additional insulating element is connected by means of the outer covering element and a clean connection to the window element integrated in the insulating element is produced. For this purpose, appropriate receptacles for the outer flashing element can be provided on the insulating element or on its reveal element. Again, all known from the prior art methods and devices are applicable.
The above applies correspondingly to an embodiment in which an inner additional insulating element is provided, which can be arranged on the inside of the insulating element and in particular be glued, and the at least one partial recess has, which is formed substantially partially congruent to the wall recess in the component wall. For this purpose, a corresponding inner (additional) Eindeckelement is then provided, which can be attached in particular from the inside of the component wall with completion of the reveal walls of the additional damping element to the insulating element. This inner (additional) Eindeckelement can be the previously described inner Eindeckelement, which is then designed so that it includes completion of the reveal walls of the wall recess of the component wall and the reveal walls of Zusatzdämmelementes and / or the inner facing Laibungswandung the recess of the insulating element of the inside of the component wall can be attached to the insulating element or the like can be guided. Another possibility is the execution of the inner (additional) Eindeckelementes as an independent component, which primarily serves the completion of the reveal walls of Zusatzdämmelementes and is connected to the above-mentioned inner Eindeckelement. In this respect, the inner (additional) flashing element then constitutes an additional component which, in particular adapted to the thickness of the additional insulating element, can be combined with the inner flashing element. The advantage of using an inner additional cover element is, inter alia, the improved light yield in basements and their windows with upstream light wells.
Preferably, at least one positioning element is provided which protrudes, in particular on the inside of the insulating element, ie from its extension plane to the component wall out, and in congruent positioning of the recess of the insulating element with the wall recess of the component wall, with at least one jamb wall of the wall recess is positioned in operative engagement. The positioning element allows the correct alignment of the insulating element relative to the wall recess of the component wall. In a fixed attachment of the positioning element on the insulating element or the window element, the positioning element can also be used as a temporary mounting element until the mounting means for fixing the insulating element on the component wall unfold their full effect, so for example when using a mounting adhesive until it is cured , For this purpose, the positioning element is preferably designed such that it allows a particular temporary attachment of the insulating element to the component wall. In particular, therefore, the positioning element may be formed as a clamping element, via which the insulating element can be clamped to the component wall and in particular to the reveal walls. Preferably, several Positioning elements arranged so that an accurate positioning in all axes, where necessary, is achieved.
Another possibility is the formation of the positioning element as a securing element over which the insulating element and in particular the window element secured to the component wall and in particular can be screwed. This fuse then serves not only as an assembly aid but also as burglar resistance.
With respect to the positioning element corresponding receptacles are preferably provided on the insulating element or on the window element, in which the positioning element is releasably inserted or can be arranged. This allows the mounting of the positioning element shortly before the installation of the Dämmelements on the component wall and thus the simple, in particular mounted on pallets transport the insulation elements of the invention. Here, all methods known from the prior art for mounting and arranging the positioning element on the insulating element or window element are conceivable. In particular, therefore, the positioning element may have a mounting extension which can be inserted into a complementary mounting receptacle on the insulating element or window element. When used as a securing element then the positioning is preferably lockable on the window element can be arranged and in particular inserted into the mounting receptacle. Here, for example, a locking detent between mounting extension and mounting receptacle may be formed.
The application of the method and the device or the Dämmverbundelements described above is conceivable both in new construction as well as in the renovation. In particular, in the case of rehabilitation, this construction allows the subsequent arrangement of the composite insulation - window or insulation - door or insulation and the like components on a component to be rehabilitated, only after installation of the respective composite systems, the old window and door or the like closure elements are removed have to. In this respect, remedial measures can be taken without a complete opening of the building is necessary. This also allows the renovation in cold temperatures, since the old windows, doors or similar closure elements can only be removed when the new "insulating shell" is already mounted on the building.
