Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ferndiagnose einer Aufzuganlage (10), die mindestens einen Fahrkorb (16) aufweist, der mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung (22, 24) in einem Schacht (12) verfahrbar ist, sowie eine Aufzugsteuervorrichtung (30) mit mindestens einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (60) und mindestens einem Speicherglied (62), wobei die Aufzugsteuervorrichtung (30) den Betrieb der Aufzuganlage (10) steuert. Um das Verfahren derart weiterzubilden, dass es kostengünstiger und störungsunempfindlicher ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass man Verfügbarkeits-, Störungs- und/oder Ereignisdaten der Aufzuganlage (10) erfasst, im Speicherglied (62) speichert und mittels der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (60) analysiert, und dass man den Standort der Aufzuganlage (10) zusammen mit vom Ergebnis der Analyse der gespeicherten Daten abhängigen Zustandsinformationen über das Internet (78) an mindestens ein Datenempfangsgerät (81, 82, 83) überträgt und an dessen Monitor (85) auf einer über das Internet (78) aktualisierbaren Karte anzeigt, und dass man die gespeicherten Daten über das Internet (78) bestimmten Zielgruppen zugänglich macht. Außerdem wird eine Aufzuganlage (10) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens vorgeschlagen.
