Said dowel elements, upon screwing on, urging the hollow adjustment axis 2 into its seat of the main body 1 thereby preventing it from turning. Thus, said adjustment axis 2 and consequently the cam 2 coupled thereto, may be rotated to any desired position to allow the dowel elements 4 to be released, which rotary movement, however, will be then fully prevented with the dowel elements 4 in a clamped condition.

  • Such a snap mode of operation will allow to arrange at set stable positions the glass wing, typically at +90°/0°/-90° positions.

Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble de charnière à déclic réglable pour portes et volets sans cadre, de préférence en feuilles en verre trempé, d'un type comprenant deux plaques de serrage (7 et 8) rendues rigides l'une avec l'autre, et serrant la fenêtre ou le vantail de porte par des vis de serrage (9), agencées pivotantes sur un axe de pivotement (5) d'un corps principal d'ensemble de charnière (1) par des éléments de douille en matériau plastique (6), les plaques présentant un axe (14) supportant un rouleau (13) qui est poussé de façon résiliente par des ressorts (12) fonctionnant à travers un guide (11) contre une came (3) couplée à un axe d'ajustement creux (2) engagé en rotation dans un logement formé dans le corps principal (1), le dit axe d'ajustement creux (2) étant adapté pour être engagé par force dans un logement d'axe formé dans le corps principal (1), empêchant ainsi au dit corps de tourner : l'axe d'ajustement creux (2) étant engagé par force dans le siège de corps principal par un ou plusieurs élément(s) de verrouillage par compression (4) ; le dit corps principal (1) comprenant un ou plusieurs trou(s) fileté(s), chacun des trous filetés étant adapté pour recevoir un élément de verrouillage (4) respectif, chaque élément de verrouillage étant un élément de goujon fileté (4) ; l'ensemble de charnière étant caractérisé en ce que les trous filetés sont ouverts dans le logement du corps principal et les éléments de goujon (4) interfèrent avec l'axe d'ajustement (2), empêchant ainsi l'axe d'ajustement (2) de tourner.
  2. Ensemble de charnière à déclic réglable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (5) supportant l'ensemble de charnière en pivotement dessus, est agencé dans la cavité de l'axe d'ajustement creux (2).
  3. Ensemble de charnière à déclic réglable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'ajustement (2) présente une partie centrale d'axe d'ajustement présentant une section transversale adaptée pour le coupler avec la came (3) de façon à être d'un seul tenant avec celle-ci.
  4. Ensemble de charnière à déclic réglable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage (4) ont chacun une partie de tête formée de façon à permettre aux éléments de verrouillage d'être facilement entraînés par un outil d'entraînement manuel comme un tournevis, ou un clé à tête évidée.
  5. Ensemble de charnière à déclic réglable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (13) est agencé de façon à être toujours en contact avec la came (3), la dite came comprenant un creux calibré, étant donné que l'axe rotatif de la came est couplé pour être entraîné en rotation, la dite came va placer le vantail de porte sur n'importe quelle position sélectionnée par l'opérateur.
  6. Ensemble de charnière à déclic réglable selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la came (3) comprend une fente centrale et deux fentes supplémentaires pour permettre au vantail de porte d'être entraîné à des positions de fonctionnement de +90°et -90°,
