Definitions
- the present invention generally relates to a blister pack, and more particularly to a blister pack for dental implants or the like.
- blister packs (blister packs) are known that allow the user of the packaged product to see it.
- the product is thereby presented in front of a rear wall and fixed with a transparent plastic film molding connected to the rear wall, which substantially assumes the shape of the product.
- the back wall can be made of plastic, cardboard or aluminum foil.
- blister packaging according to their design welding packaging, terminal packaging, staple packaging and adhesive packaging.
- welding packaging the plastic film molding and the back wall are joined together by heat, which at the same time represents a seal for the product.
- clamping packages the plastic sheet molding is bent around a back wall under heat.
- Hefrverpackung Kunststoffstoffolienforrnteil and back wall are connected by tack needles.
- adhesive packaging the rear wall and the plastic film molding are glued together in the flat area.
- blister packs allow a mapping of product data such.
- a particular object of the present invention is to realize a blister pack, in particular a blister pack for dental implants or the like, which can easily be stacked vertically while providing a variety of surfaces for displaying information concerning the packaged product.
- a particular object of the present invention is to provide a blister pack, in particular a blister pack for dental implants or the like, which has improved dimensional stability.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of the blister pack according to the invention
- Fig. 2 is a bottom view of the blister pack of Fig. 1 in an extended condition wherein the baby's wings are not folded;
- FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of a second embodiment of the blister pack according to the invention.
- Fig. 4 is another perspective view of the second embodiment of the blister pack according to the invention. Description of the preferred embodiments of the invention
- a first embodiment of the blister package particularly a blister package for dental implants or the like according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
- the generally designated by the reference numeral 1 Blisterverpackung has a web structure 2 and at least two perpendicular to the web structure 2 extending support wings 2 A and 2B. Although two support wings are shown in the currently preferred embodiment, it is conceivable to provide further support wings.
- the web structure 2 is connected in a known manner with a (not shown) rear wall to seal or seal the blister pack 1.
- the back wall has been omitted to clear the view of the plastic sheet molding generally designated by the reference numeral 3 with the compartments described below. It is understood that the back wall may be made of conventional materials as discussed above, such as plastic, paperboard, or the like.
- the web structure 2 is formed integrally with the plastic film molding 3.
- the plastic film molding 3 and the circumference of the web structure 2 corresponds in its dimension substantially the dimension of the circumference of the rear wall and is on the rear wall with conventional measures such. As welding, clamping, stapling, gluing or the like attached.
- the height of the support wings 2A and 2B is at least equal to the height of the K ⁇ nststofffolienformteils 3. Although the support wings 2A and 2B are shown as continuous parts, These can be interrupted according to the invention or provided with openings.
- the plastic molding 3 is divided into three compartments designated by reference numerals 3A, 3B and 3C.
- the number of subjects may vary depending on the products taken.
- the shape of the compartments may be adapted to the received products and may differ from the substantially rectangular parallelepiped shown in the present figures.
- the web structure 2 and the support wings 2A and 2B have seal profiles 4 are provided on their surface.
- the sealing profiles 4 are formed when the rear wall is pressed together with the web structure 2 and the support wings 2A and 2B of the blister pack 1, specifically at the points at which the punch of the pressing tool is provided with corresponding silicone profiles.
- the sealing profiles 4 have thermoadhesive properties to form a sealed connection with the back wall and are patterned to facilitate separation of the back wall from the blister pack 1, for example by sealing profiles on grip portions, which will be discussed below -free areas are present.
- handle portions 5 can be provided in the form of indentations to facilitate the handling of the blister pack 1.
- 2 predetermined bending points or predetermined bending points 6 are provided at the respective interfaces of the support wings 2A with the web structure to a bending or buckling of the support wings 2A and 2B from the extended position in about 90 ° to Bridge structure 2 to facilitate angled position.
- the Transitions of the web structure 2 to the support wings 2A and 2B should be rounded.
- respective recesses 8 can be provided in the support wings 2A and 2B.
- the blister pack 1 may advantageously be provided with perforations 9 sized and positioned so that they facilitate the folding of the support wings 2A and 2B and assist in maintaining them in the folded position.
- the folding process can take place without the supply of heat.
- the perforations 9 at the same time facilitate the possible separation of the baby wings 2A and 2B from the blister pack 1, if a separate storage of the information present on the support wings information is desired.
- the second embodiment of the invention of Figures 3 and 4 is identical to the first embodiment of Figures 1 and 2, except that the number of compartments is two.
- protruding button-shaped sections 7 can be provided at the lower part of the compartments, which contribute to better stackability of the blister pack 1. Therefore, in the second embodiment, the recesses 8 of the support wings 2A and 2B can be omitted.
- the invention completely fulfills the stated tasks, since a novel blister pack is created, which is better stackable thanks to the baby grand piano, the individual blister packs are easily removed from the stack.
- the baby wings simultaneously provide a display area for information concerning the recorded product.
- the grip sections further facilitate the removal of a blister pack from the stack.
- the stackability is also supported by the indentations or button-shaped sections.
