Claims (6)
- Spirale (15) auf Siliciumbasis, die eine Spiralfeder (12) umfasst, die einteilig mit einer Spiralrolle (14) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralrolle (14) der Spirale (15) eine damit einteilig ausgebildete Erhebung (16) auf Siliciumbasis umfasst, die einen Zapfen bildet, der dafür ausgelegt ist, mit einem Hemmungssystem zusammenzuwirken.
- Spirale (15) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebung (16), die einen Zapfen bildet, im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Welle angeordnet ist.
- Resonator (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Unruh (13), die an einer Welle (17) montiert ist, und eine Spirale (15) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 umfasst und dass die Erhebung (16) der Spirale (15) über eine Aussparung (19) der Unruh (13) hinweg montiert ist.
- Zeitmessgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Resonator (11) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Spirale (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:a) Vorsehen eines Substrats, das eine obere Schicht und eine untere Schicht aufweist, die auf Siliciumbasis gebildet sind und durch eine Zwischenschicht miteinander verbunden sind;b) Ätzen in der oberen Schicht wenigstens einer Spiralfeder (12) einteilig mit einer Spiralrolle (14);c) Ätzen in der unteren Schicht wenigstens eines Zapfens (16), der die Spiralrolle verbindet, um eine Monoblockanordnung aus Spiralfeder (12) und Zapfen (16) zu bilden;d) Lösen der Anordnung aus Spiralfeder (12) und Zapfen (16) von dem Substrat.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Spiralen (15) ausgehend von demselben Substrat gefertigt werden.
