Claims (8)
- Procédé permettant de commander le découpage d'un matériau en forme de bande sur une coupeuse-bobineuse, dans ce procédé, la bande est découpée en plusieurs bandes partielles (w) qui sont enroulées en rouleaux de bandes partielles (14) de sorte que le découpage soit surveillé en relation avec une partie mobile et/ou stationnaire de la coupeuse-bobineuse, et le déplacement de la bande sur la coupeuse-bobineuse est surveillé avec un dispositif de surveillance (100) qui détecte automatiquement des événements qui diffèrent du bobinage normal de sorte qu'une image d'une zone de surveillance (104) qui est surveillée soit créée et, déclenchée par un défaut détecté dans l'image, des mesures sont prises pour éliminer le défaut ou pour minimiser ses effets, caractérisé par, dans le procédé, la détermination d'un point fixe (110) dans la zone de surveillance en relation avec la partie mobile de la coupeuse-bobineuse et, simultanément, lorsqu'une image de la zone de surveillance (104) qui est surveillée est créée de façon sensiblement continue, la détermination de la position du point fixe (110) et, si la position du point fixe change de manière plus importante que prévue, la détermination de nouveau de la position de la zone de surveillance de sorte que la zone de surveillance (104) soit située dans un nouvel endroit déterminé par la position changée du point fixe et/ou, dans le procédé, la séparation, à partir de l'image créée de la zone de surveillance (104) en relation avec la partie stationnaire de la coupeuse-bobineuse, d'au moins une zone partielle (104,3) qui est surveillée par des critères spécifiques à celle-ci.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la séparation, à partir de la zone de surveillance (104), d'au moins une zone partielle (104,3) dans laquelle ledit point fixe (110) est agencé, et par la détermination de la position du point fixe dans la zone partielle de sorte que, si la position change de manière plus importante que prévue, la détermination de nouveau de la position de la zone partielle (104,3) de sorte que la zone partielle (104,3) soit située dans un nouvel endroit déterminé par la position changée du point fixe.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par la séparation, à partir de la zone de surveillance (104) d'au moins deux zones partielles (104,1 ; 104,2), pour lesquelles des critères d'un défaut différents entre eux sont déterminés pour prendre des mesures.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'agencement du point fixe (110) de la zone de surveillance lors du bobinage en fonction du diamètre des rouleaux de bandes partielles à la partie mobile de la bobineuse de bandes partielles et, simultanément qu'une image de la zone de surveillance (104) est créée de manière sensiblement continue pour surveiller la partie mobile, la détermination de la position du point fixe (110) et, si la position du point fixe change de manière plus importante que prévue, la détermination de nouveau de la position de la zone de surveillance de sorte que la zone de surveillance (104) soit située dans un nouvel endroit déterminé par la position changée du point fixe de la partie mobile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie mobile supportant des rouleaux de bandes partielles est enroulée.
- Appareil permettant de commander le découpage d'un matériau en forme de bande, qui comprend une rebobineuse, une section de découpage et une section de bobinage, dont la bobineuse de bandes partielles comprend un élément de support mobile, tel qu'un rouleau chargeur ou un galet de support, de supporter les rouleaux de bandes partielles lorsque le processus de bobinage avance, et un dispositif de surveillance (100) qui détecte automatiquement des événements qui diffèrent du bobinage normal de sorte qu'une image de la zone de surveillance (104) qui est surveillée soit créée et, déclenchée par un défaut détecté dans l'image, des mesures sont prises pour éliminer le défaut ou pour minimiser ses effets, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support de la bobineuse de bandes partielles comprend un point fixe (110) et que la zone de surveillance (104) est agencée pour observer le point fixe durant le bobinage.
- Bobineuse de bandes partielles selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le point fixe (110) se compose d'un point ou d'une partie d'image déterminé pour le dispositif de surveillance (100).
- Bobineuse de bandes partielles selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de surveillance (100) comprend des dispositifs de caméra (102,1 ; 102,2) qui sont agencés dans la direction transversale à l'extérieur d'un trajet w' de bandes partielles w.
