Abstract

Dans un procédé de déroulement d"une bobine de machine, une bande de papier (W) est déchargée d"un rouleau de papier en vue du traitement de finition du papier. En cas d"une perturbation par exemple une rupture de la bande, la bande de papier (W) déchargée du rouleau de papier est liée au moyen d"un élément allongé (4) serré contre la couche de surface du rouleau de papier. Cette invention concerne également un appareil permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé.
