Claims (9)

  1. Serrure universelle (1) pour portes battantes, du type comportant un corps en forme de boîtier (2) destiné à contenir un cylindre de mouvement (3) associé à une poignée, une douille rotative (4) associée à une poignée, des systèmes de leviers adéquats (5) pour le mouvement de translation d'au moins une clenche (6) et d'au moins un pêne (7), coopérant avec ladite poignée et ledit cylindre (3), et un pivot (9) qui fait saillie, à l'encontre d'un moyen de transmission élastique, ledit au moins un pêne (7) étant verrouillé dans la configuration sortie lorsque ledit pivot (9) fait saillie, et étant libre, pour rentrer sous l'action d'une force extérieure, lorsque ledit pivot (9) subit une pression exercée par une force extérieure le faisant rentrer, à l'encontre dudit moyen de transmission élastique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens pour la neutralisation mécanique dudit pivot (9).
  2. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit pivot (9) est logé dans un trou (11) d'un dit pêne (7) ménagé dans le plan sagittal de celui-ci, ledit trou (11) et ladite extrémité (12) du pivot (9) aboutissant à un système (13) pour faire rentrer le pêne (7).
  3. Serrure selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens pour la neutralisation mécanique du pivot (9) comprennent une tige (14), qui est entièrement contenue dans ledit trou (11) et peut coulisser dans celui-ci, son extrémité orientée vers l'extérieur étant pourvue d'éléments d'accouplement relâchable avec une tête (15), dont la partie qui dépasse de l'avant du pêne (7) constitue ledit pivot (9), la neutralisation mécanique dudit pivot (9) étant provoquée par la séparation de ladite tête (15) d'avec ladite tige (14).
  4. Serrure selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens pour la neutralisation mécanique du pivot (9) comprennent un doigt (16), apte à exécuter un mouvement de translation dans un évidement transversal (17) dudit pêne (7), ledit évidement (17) débouchant vers le bas sur le trou (11) qui contient ladite tige (14), ledit doigt (16) étant apte à exécuter, sous l'effet d'une action extérieure, un mouvement de translation depuis une configuration libre pour ledit pivot (9), dans laquelle il est entièrement logé dans ledit évidement (17), jusqu'à une configuration pour le verrouillage dudit pivot (9), dans laquelle son extrémité dépasse dudit évidement (17) dans ledit trou (11), interférant avec ledit pivot (9) et bloquant celui-ci dans le trou (11) par une action mécanique.
  5. Serrure selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit trou (11) comprend une zone profilée adéquate (18) dans ledit système de rentrée (13) et en ce que lesdits moyens pour la neutralisation mécanique du pivot (9) comprennent un arbre (19), lequel est entièrement contenu dans ledit trou (11) et peut coulisser dans celui-ci et est pourvu, à son extrémité la plus à l'intérieur, d'un bloc excentré (20) et est solidaire du pivot (9) à l'extrémité opposée, ledit pivot (9) pouvant tourner autour de son propre axe, ledit bloc excentré (20) pouvant bouger entre une configuration dans laquelle ledit pivot (9) est actif pour la rentrée du pêne (7), pour un accouplement avec un logement respectif (21) formé dans ledit système de rentrée (13) dans ladite zone profilée (18) dudit trou (11), et une configuration dans laquelle ledit pivot (9) est passif et n'est pas associé au système de rentrée (13) du pêne (7), pour assurer une liberté de mouvement du pivot (9) et du bloc (20) par rapport au système de rentrée (13).
  6. Serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments pour assembler ladite tige (14) avec ladite tête (15) sont constitués par un trou fileté de la tige (14) et par une queue respective de la tête (15), dont les dimensions et la forme sont complémentaires de celles dudit trou et qui peut se visser dans ledit trou.
  7. Serrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, si ladite tête (15) dudit pivot (9) est retirée dudit trou fileté, elle comprend un bouchon approprié dont les dimensions et la forme sont complémentaires de celles dudit trou pour fermer celui-ci tout en pouvant retirer le bouchon.
  8. Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit pivot (9) comprend, dans sa partie qui dépasse dudit pêne (7), des surfaces de prise adéquates (22) pour un outil qui sert à faire tourner ledit pivot (9) et par conséquent ledit arbre (19), solidaire de celui-ci, ledit bloc excentré (20) sortant et rentrant du/dans le logement (21) présent dans ledit système de rentrée (13) par suite de rotations du pivot (9) exécutées avec ledit outil en prise avec les surfaces de prise respectives (22).
  9. Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit pêne (7) comprend au moins un goujon transversal adéquat (23), lequel est logé dans une poche respective (24) dudit pêne (7), qui interfère avec ledit arbre (19) afin de verrouiller celui-ci.
