Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung, umfassend:
    - eine Welle (3);
    - ein Stück (7) aus einem Werkstoff, der keinen verwendbaren plastischen Bereich besitzt, welches Stück (7) ein Loch (8) umfasst, wobei die Welle (3) durch das Loch (8) hindurchgeht; und
    - eine Verbindungsvorrichtung (11) auf der Welle (3), umfassend:
    - eine Aussparung (4), die mit dem Loch (8) des Stücks (7) in Verbindung steht, wobei diese Aussparung (4) blind ist, um einen Einschnitt im Stück (7) zu bilden; und
    - Verbindungsmittel (6), die an der Welle (3) befestigt sind und sich wenigstens teilweise der Form der Aussparung (4) anpassen, um die Bewegung des Stücks (7) ohne Einpressen und ohne Kleben mit derjenigen der Welle (3) zu verbinden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach vorhergehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (4) strahlenförmig ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (6) einen Anbauteil aus metallischem Werkstoff umfassen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach vorhergehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anbauteil aus metallischem Werkstoff durch ein teilweises Schmelzen der Welle erhalten wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anbauteil aus metallischem Werkstoff durch Schmelzen eines Hartlots erhalten wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anbauteil aus metallischem Werkstoff durch Warmaufziehen des metallischen Werkstoffs in amorpher Form erhalten wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (11) zudem einen Kragen (13) umfasst, der auf der Welle (3) montiert ist, um als Auflagefläche für das genannte Stück zu dienen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff, der keinen verwendbaren plastischen Bereich besitzt, auf Silizium-Basis ist.
  9. Zeitmessgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  10. Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Stücks (7) aus einem Werkstoff, der keinen verwendbaren plastischen Bereich besitzt, an einer Welle (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Herstellen des Stücks (7) mit einem für die Aufnahme der Welle bestimmten Loch (8) und einer mit dem Loch (8) in Verbindung stehenden Aussparung (4), wobei die Aussparung (4) blind ist, um einen Einschnitt im Stück (7) zu bilden;
    b) Herstellen der Welle;
    c) Einfügen der Welle (3) ins Loch (8) des Stücks (7);
    d) Füllen der Aussparung (4) mit einem metallischen Werkstoff (6), derart, dass er sich der Form der Aussparung (4) und einem Teil des Aussendurchmessers der Welle anpasst;
    e) Härten des metallischen Werkstoffs (6) zum Ausbilden von an der Welle (3) befestigten Verbindungsmitteln (6), um das Stück (7) ohne Einpressen und ohne Kleben mit der Welle (3) zu verbinden.
  11. Befestigungsverfahren nach vorhergehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt d) durch ein örtlich begrenztes Schmelzen der Welle (3) realisiert wird.
  12. Befestigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt d) durch Schmelzen eines Hartlots realisiert wird.
  13. Befestigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmelzen des Schritts d) mittels einer hochenergetischen Strahlung realisiert wird.
  14. Befestigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt d) durch Warmaufziehen des metallischen Werkstoffs in amorpher Form realisiert wird.
  15. Befestigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (4) strahlenförmig ist.
  16. Befestigungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff, der keinen verwendbaren plastischen Bereich besitzt, auf Silizium-Basis ist.
  17. Befestigungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt c) fortdauert, bis das Stück gegen einen während dem Schritt b) ausgebildeten Kragen (13) der Welle (3) stösst.
