Station d'entraînement comportant un appareil d'entraînement (3, 6) qui présente un moyen d'attaque (4, 7) soumis à une précontrainte, que la personne qui s'entraîne (11) peut saisir avec une main (14) pour s'exercer et qui peut être déplacé librement et/ou tenu contre la force de précontrainte, caractérisé en ce que la station d'entraînement (1) comporte un tapis (2) sur lequel la personne qui s'entraîne (11) se place avec au moins un pied (12, 13) lorsqu'elle s'exerce, station qui comporte un capteur de position debout (17) servant à générer un signal de position debout en temps réel (18) en fonction de la position du ou des pieds (12, 13) sur le tapis (2) lorsqu'une personne se trouve dessus et en ce que l'appareil d'entraînement (3, 6) présente un capteur de position (19) servant à générer un signal de position en temps réel (20) en fonction de la position et/ou de la modification de la position dans le temps du moyen d'attaque (4, 7) par rapport au tapis (2), sachant que la station d'entraînement (1) comporte une unité de commande (21) qui est conçue pour recevoir le signal de position debout en temps réel (18) et le signal de position en temps réel (20) et définir une plage théorique de position (23) en fonction du signal de position debout en temps réel (18) et générer un signal de commande en temps réel (25) en fonction d'une comparaison du signal de position en temps réel (20) à la plage théorique de position (23), que la position actuelle et/ou la modification actuelle de la position dans le temps du moyen d'attaque (4, 7) se trouve(nt) ou pas dans la plage théorique de la position (23), et présente une unité d'affichage (26) qui est conçue de manière à recevoir le signal de commande en temps réel (25) et le présenter à la personne qui s'exerce (11) d'une manière reconnaissable.
  2. Station d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (21) est conçue pour évaluer des répétitions d'un exercice d'entraînement de telle sorte que seules les répétitions pour lesquelles la position actuelle et/ou la modification de la position actuelle dans le temps du moyen d'attaque (4, 7) se trouve(nt) dans la plage théorique de la position (23).
  3. Station d'entraînement selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (21) est conçue pour présenter un nombre maximal prédéterminé de répétitions à l'aide de l'unité d'affichage (26), sachant que le nombre maximal est adapté en fonction du coefficient de qualité des répétitions par rapport à la position et/ou à la modification de la position dans le temps du moyen d'attaque (4, 7).
  4. Station d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, sachant que la station d'entraînement (1) comporte une unité de marquage (15, 16) permettant d'indiquer, sur la superficie du tapis (2), une position prédéfinie du ou des pieds (12, 13) de la personne qui s'entraîne (11).
  5. Station d'entraînement selon la revendication 4, sachant que l'unité de commande (21) est conçue pour comparer la position actuelle du ou des pieds (12, 13) à la position prédéfinie et adapter le signal de commande en temps réel (25) en conséquence lorsqu'il ressort de la comparaison que la position actuelle du ou des pieds (12, 13) diffère de celle de la position prédéfinie.
  6. Station d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, sachant que l'unité d'affichage (26) est un affichage optique ou un affichage haptique et est installée dans le tapis (2) ou dans le moyen d'attaque (4, 7).
  7. Station d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, sachant que le capteur de position (19) est intégré dans le moyen d'attaque (4, 7) et l'unité de commande (21) dans le tapis (2).
  8. Station d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, sachant que l'unité de commande (21) comporte un processeur (24) et une unité de stockage (22).
  9. Station d'entraînement selon la revendication 8, sachant que la station d'entraînement (1) comporte une unité d'entrée (27) pour une introduction de données dans l'unité de stockage (22).
  10. Station d'entraînement selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, sachant que la station d'entraînement (1) comporte un transpondeur (28) pour une introduction de données dans le processeur (24).
  11. Station d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, sachant que l'appareil d'entraînement est un haltère (3) dont la poignée (4) est le moyen d'attaque ou un appareil à traction de charge (6) dont la poignée de traction (7) est le moyen d'attaque.
  12. Station d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, sachant que le capteur de position (19) comporte un gyroscope ou une caméra CCD.
  13. Station de gymnastique comportant une unité centrale et une pluralité de stations d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, sachant que l'unité centrale est conçue de manière à communiquer avec les unités de commande (21) des stations d'entraînement (1) de telle sorte que des données puissent être transmises aux différentes unités de commande (21) pour la définition des plages théoriques de position (23).
  14. Station de gymnastique selon la revendication 13, sachant que l'unité centrale est conçue de manière à communiquer avec la pluralité d'unités de commande (21) de façon à ce qu'une séquence d'entraînement puisse être commandée pour une ou plusieurs personnes qui s'entraînent (11) lors de l'entraînement avec plusieurs stations d'entraînement (1).
