Claims (13)

1. Boîtier d'un séchoir pour un agent de refroidissement dans un circuit d'agent de refroidissement, en particulier une installation de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, incluant
une première portion (2) et une seconde portion (4) de boîtier, qui sont respectivement réalisées sous forme de cylindre creux, et
une portion de raccordement (6), qui est agencée entre la première portion (2) et la seconde portion (4) de boîtier, et qui est réalisée sous forme de cylindre creux,
dans lequel la portion de raccordement (6) comporte au moins une ouverture radiale (14 ; 16),
caractérisé en ce que le boîtier est réalisé sous la forme de pièce par fluage à la presse d'un seul tenant,
en ce que la portion de raccordement (6) comprend une portion d'appui (20) dépassant vers l'intérieur, contre laquelle un élément de terminaison (52) peut être amené en contact de manière à le soutenir, et
en ce que la portion de raccordement (6) comprend un tronçon de raccordement (12) qui dépasse radialement vers l'extérieur et dans lequel est prévue ladite au moins une ouverture (14 ; 16).
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de raccordement (6) comporte deux ouvertures radiales (14, 16).
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le tronçon de raccordement (6) comporte une surface de raccordement (18) destinée à être agencée contre un condenseur, laquelle est de préférence réalisée concave.
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'épaisseur de paroi de la première portion de boîtier (2) est plus forte que l'épaisseur de paroi de la seconde portion de boîtier (4).
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première portion (2) et la seconde portion (4) de boîtier présentent une configuration de section transversale arrondie, de préférence circulaire.
Boîtier selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la première portion (2) et la seconde portion (4) de boîtier ont le même diamètre extérieur.
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première portion de boîtier (2) comporte un tronçon d'engagement (8) avec lequel un élément de terminaison (52) peut être amené en engagement.
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première portion de boîtier (2) comprend au moins un tronçon d'étanchement (10) contre lequel un corps d'étanchement (54) d'un élément de terminaison (52) peut être amené en contact.
Boîtier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, qui est réalisé en métal léger, comme de l'aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium, ou en une matière plastique résistante à la température.
Séchoir pour un agent de refroidissement dans un circuit d'agent de refroidissement, en particulier une installation de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, incluant
un boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, avec un agent de séchage (50) agencé dans celui-ci.
Séchoir selon la revendication 10, comprenant en outre un élément de terminaison (52), qui inclut une portion filtrante (56) afin de filtrer l'agent de refroidissement amené au séchoir.

Procédé de fabrication pour un boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, d'un séchoir pour un agent de refroidissement dans un circuit d'agent de refroidissement, en particulier une installation de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, incluant les étapes consistant à :
- préparer une ébauche de pièce à oeuvrer, et
- mettre en forme l'ébauche de pièce à oeuvrer sous pression au moyen d'un fluage à la presse, de telle façon que l'on forme à partir de l'ébauche de pièce à oeuvrer une unité d'un seul tenant d'une première portion (2) et d'une seconde portion (4) de boîtier et d'une portion de raccordement (6) située entre celles-ci, avec au moins un tronçon de raccordement (12) dépassant radialement vers l'extérieur et un tronçon d'appui (20) dépassant vers l'intérieur, contre lequel peut être amené en contact un élément de terminaison (52) de manière à le soutenir.
