Claims (21)

  1. Centrifugeuse en particulier séparateur travaillant en continu comprenant un tambour (1) d'axe de rotation vertical (D), comportant de préférence une enveloppe interne conique simple ou double, ainsi qu'un tube d'entrée (2) qui débouche dans un distributeur (3) équipé d'au moins deux ou d'un plus grand nombre de canaux de distribution (6) répartis sur sa périphérie et un ensemble de plateaux (7) constitué de plateaux de séparation (8),
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur la périphérie externe de l'ensemble de plateaux (7) sont répartis au moins deux ou un plus grand nombre d'éléments tubulaires (14) et les éléments tubulaires (14) sont fixés extérieurement sur l'ensemble de plateaux de séparation (7).
  2. Centrifugeuse conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (14) se connectent directement sur la périphérie externe de l'ensemble de plateaux de séparation (7).
  3. Centrifugeuse conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que

    les éléments tubulaires (14) sont respectivement ouverts vers l'intérieur, radialement dans le tambour (1) de sorte que les produits de centrifugation à traiter puissent pénétrer radialement vers l'intérieur dans l'ensemble de plateaux (7).
  5. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (4) sont en outre équipés dans leur zone radiale plus externe dans le tambour d'ouvertures (16) écartées axialement qui forment, par leur coopération, une structure de type perforation.
  6. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,

    les éléments tubulaires (4) s'étendent en direction verticale sur une partie de la hauteur axiale ou sur la totalité de la hauteur axiale de l'ensemble de plateaux de séparation (7).
  7. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (14) sont maintenus extérieurement sur l'ensemble de plateaux de séparation (7) sur un ou plusieurs plateaux de maintien (19) qui sont respectivement positionnés à une distance axiale prédéfinie les uns des autres entre les plateaux de séparation de l'ensemble de plateaux de séparation.
  8. Centrifugeuse conforme à la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les plateaux de maintien (19) sont équipés sur leur périphérie externe de saillies/languettes annulaires (17) qui sont traversées par les éléments tubulaires (14), de préférence par une liaison par la forme.
  9. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    à chacun des canaux de distribution (6), est respectivement associé l'un des éléments tubulaires (14).
  10. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (14) ont une section en forme de gouttière et/ou les éléments tubulaires (14) ont une section en forme de demi-cercle ou angulaire.
  11. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (14) sont réalisés en une seule pièce ou les éléments tubulaires (14) sont réalisés en plusieurs pièces à partir de plusieurs nervures positionnées angulairement les unes par rapport aux autres.
  12. Centrifugeuse conforme à la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la face ouverte des éléments tubulaires (14) en forme de gouttières est dirigée radialement vers l'intérieur.
  13. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (14) sont montés extérieurement sur l'ensemble de plateaux de séparation (7).
  14. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments tubulaires (14) sont en outre également fixés sur le distributeur (3).
  15. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le tambour (1) comprend au moins une ou plusieurs sortie(s) de liquide ainsi que des ouvertures d'évacuation de produits solides (10) réparties périphériquement dans la zone du plus grand diamètre du tambour conique interne double (1).
  16. Centrifugeuse conforme à la revendication 15,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les ouvertures d'évacuation des matières solides (10) sont des buses où en amont des ouvertures d'évacuation des matières solides (10) est branché un tiroir à piston (11).
  17. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'

  18. Centrifugeuse conforme à la revendication 17,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la déflexion est respectivement effectuée dans les éléments tubulaires (14).
  19. Centrifugeuse conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes 17 ou 18,
    caractérisée en ce que
