- A centrifuge, especially a continuously working separator, comprising a drum (1) having a vertical rotational axis (D) and a preferably single or double conical inner jacket, and an inlet pipe (2) opening into a distributor (3) having at least two or more distributor channels (6) distributed about the circumference, and further comprising a disk package (7) made of separator disks (8), characterized in that at least two or more tubular elements (14) are distributed on the outside circumference of the disk package (7), and that the tubular elements (14) are fastened externally to the separator disk package (7).
- A centrifuge according to claim 1, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are directly adjacent to the outer circumference of the separator disk package (7).
- A centrifuge according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) extend parallel to the rotational axis of the drum (1) and the tubular elements (14) are arranged so as not to be circumferentially enclosed.
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are each arranged to be inwardly open radially in the drum (1), so that the centrifuge material to be processed can enter the disk package (7) radially to the inside.
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are provided with axially spaced openings (16) in their region disposed radially further to the outside in the drum, which openings form a perforation-like structure by cooperation.
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) extend in the vertical direction over a portion of the axial height or over the entire height of the separator disk package (7).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are held on the outside on the separator disk package (7) on one or several holding disks (19) which are each placed at a predetermined axial distance from one another between the separating disks of the separator disk package (7).
- A centrifuge according to claim 7, characterized in that the holding disks (19) are provided on their outer circumference with ring-like projections/disk lugs (17) which are penetrated by the tubular elements (14) in a preferably interlocking manner.
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that one of the tubular elements (14) is associated with each of the distributor channels (6).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) have a duct-like cross section and/or that the tubular elements (14) have a semi-circular or angular cross section.
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are arranged in an integral manner or that the tubular elements (14) are formed in a multiplicity of parts from several ribs arranged at an angle with respect to each other.
- A centrifuge according to claim 10, characterized in that the open side of the duct-shaped tubular elements (14) faces radially to the inside.
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are guided outside on the separator disk package (7).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are also fastened in a supplementary manner to the distributor (3).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drum (1) comprises at least one or several fluid outlets, and solid discharge openings (10) distributed over the circumference in the region of the largest diameter of the inwardly double conical drum (1).
- A centrifuge according to claim 15, characterized in that the solid discharge openings (10) are nozzles, or that a piston slide (11) is provided upstream of the solid discharge openings (10).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that duct-like depressions (13) and/or deflection areas (13') are each arranged in the surface of the piston slide (11) or the distributor facing the interior space of the drum beneath the opening area of each distributor channel (6) into the drum, which depressions extend from this area also in a preferably radial manner slightly (e.g. a few centimeters) radially up to and over the outer circumference of the disk package (7) and are arranged in their end region in such a way that they deflect a product stream guided through the distributor channels (6) into the drum axially upwardly parallel to the rotational axis D radially outside of the largest circumference of the separator disk package.
- A centrifuge according to claim 17, characterized in that the deflection respectively occurs into the tubular elements (14).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims 17 or 18, characterized in that the distributor channels (6) each have a tubular shape and that the distributor channels (6) are radially in alignment with the tubular elements (14).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular elements (14) are arranged in the rotational direction of the drum (1) behind the lugs (9) between the separator disks (8).
- A centrifuge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a configuration of the centrifuge drum as a nozzle drum.
