  • Figure 3 shows a hydraulic diagram of the drive of said hydraulic engine 14, a damper valve 15 and a return valve 16 on a return line 17 of said hydraulic engine 14. According to the invention, no further direction control valve is needed and said hydraulic engine (14) is operated by a direction control valve of the winch drum break.

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif d'enroulement et de déroulement de câble d'acier commandé, bien régulier et prétendu sur un tambour de treuil, le câble (3) étant mené d'une poulie (1) à travers un agencement (2) dans une bouche (19) conductrice fourni d'un capteur (4) ; ledit câble (3) étant conduit de ladite bouche (19) jusqu'une extrémité (5) pour le serrage d'une charge; entre ladite extrémité (5) et ladite bouche (19) étant agencé un arrêt (18) qui limite le mouvement dudit câble (3); ledit câble (3) étant mené de ladite poulie (1) à travers une rainure demi-circulaire (13a) de la poulie de câble (13) et avec les rainures demi-circulaires de rouleaux (7 et 8) à travers ladite bouche (19); lesdites rouleaux (7 et 8) étant agencés sur un support (6) oscillatoire et attachés avec des vis (9 et 10) qui sont pourvus d'une paire de ressorts (11 et 12); ledit rouleau (7) égalant avec sa forme ledit rouleau (8) et étant agencé d'une manière, que dans la partie centrale dudit rouleau (7), où la poutre transversale est la plus large, se trouve une rainure demi-circulaire pour ledit câble (3); ladite poutre transversale s'éffilant de ladite rainure demi-curculaire dudit rouleau (7) ou dudit rouleau (8) jusqu'un renforcement pour un arbre de rouleaux, de sorte que la forme de rouleaux (7 et 8) ressemble à un disque un peu plus épais pourvu d'une rainure demi-circulaire concave au centre; un réa (13) étant formé d'une façon qu'il se trouve une rainure (13a) au centre entre les deux côtés circulaires, qui sont planes à la côté extérieure et se retraicissent à la côté intérieure vers la base de ladite rainure (13a); que pendant l'opération du treuil un moteur hydraulique entraîne ledit câble (3) le long de ladite rainure (13a) dudit réa (13) et le dernier est poussé à côté haut dans les rainures dudit rouleau (7) et dudit rouleau (8), qui exercent une force régulière sur ledit câble à fin de le pousser dans ladite rainure (13a) dudit réa (13).
  2. Dispositif d'enroulement et de déroulement de câble d'acier commandé, bien régulier et prétendu sur un tambour de treuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur (4) contrôle la position de ladite extrémité (5) ou dudit arrêt (18) de la partie entraînante dudit câble (3), que ledit support oscillatoire (6) prétendu pousse ledites rouleaux conducteurs (7 et 8) vers ledit câble (3) et ledit réa (13) de la poulie (1), que ledit moteur hydraulique (14) entraîne ledit réa (13) et car la pression est présente entre ledit câble (3), ledits rouleaux conducteurs (7 et 8) et le réa (13), la friction se crée qui permet l'enroulement et le deroulement libre, contrôlé et prétendu du câble (3), qu'une conduite de retour (17) dudit moteur hydraulique (14) est pourvu d'une soupape d'étranglement (15) et d'une soupape de retenue (16), qu'en cas du deroulement dudit câble (3) ladite soupape d'étranglement (15) et ladite soupape de retenue (16) commandent le mouvement dudit câble.
  3. Dispositif d'enroulement et de déroulement de câble d'acier commandé, bien régulier et prétendu sur un tambour de treuil selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur (4) commande la position deladite extrémité (5) ensemble avec ledit arrêt (18) réglable le long dudit câble (3) et avec un point pré-reglée pour couper le contact de l'opération dudit câble, qu'en cas, où ladite extrémité (5) vient en contact avec ledit capteur (4) ledit arrêt (18) déclenche l'interuption, alors il coupe l'entraînement pour l'enroulement dudit câble du treuil, ainsi interrompant l'entraînement dudit câble (3).
