Claims (15)

  1. Pomme (100) dotée d'une tête de pomme rotative (20), qui est logée de manière à pouvoir tourner dans un boîtier de pomme (10) et qui présente au moins une chambre (21, 22, 23) en liaison avec une ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) sur la périphérie extérieure, laquelle ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) peut être traversée dans le sens radial depuis un élément d'amenée intégré dans le boîtier de pomme (10),
    caractérisée en ce qu'une unité d'étanchéité sans ressort est réalisée dans le boîtier de pomme (10) sur le passage de l'élément d'amenée (15) à l'ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26), laquelle unité comporte une chambre d'étanchéité (13) et au moins un élément d'étanchéité (11) inséré dedans qui :
    - est guidé de manière mobile dans le sens d'écoulement dans la chambre d'étanchéité (13),
    - présente au moins une surface active de pression (11.2) orientée transversalement au sens d'écoulement dans le canal d'écoulement en dehors du diamètre intérieur de son ouverture d'écoulement centrale et
    - est réalisé arrondi de manière concave sur son côté (11.6) arrière vu dans le sens d'écoulement, sachant que le rayon de l'arrondi correspond au rayon R de la tête de pomme (20).
  2. Pomme (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (11) présente, sur le côté d'afflux, un collet étanche (11.3) dépassant de la surface active de pression (11.2).
  3. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le collet étanche (11.3) débouche dans une languette étanche (11.5) dirigée vers l'extérieur pour l'appui contre la paroi de la chambre d'étanchéité (13).
  4. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (11) présente au moins une saillie étanche (11.4) périphérique sur sa périphérie extérieure.
  5. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la saillie étanche (11.4) disposée sur la périphérie extérieure est disposée vu dans le sens d'écoulement devant ou à côté de la surface active de pression (11.2).
  6. Pomme (100') dotée d'une tête de pomme rotative (20) qui est logée de manière à pouvoir tourner dans un boîtier de pomme (10') et qui présente au moins une chambre (21, 22, 23) en liaison avec une ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) sur la périphérie extérieure, laquelle ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) peut être traversée dans le sens radial depuis un élément d'amenée (15) intégré dans le boîtier de pomme (10'),
    caractérisée en ce qu'une unité d'étanchéité sans ressort est réalisée dans le boîtier de pomme (10) sur le passage de l'élément d'amenée (15) à l'ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26), laquelle unité comporte une chambre d'étanchéité (13) avec au moins un élément d'étanchéité (11') lié à celle-ci, lequel :
    - présente une lèvre d'étanchéité (11.5') mobile dans le sens d'écoulement et
    - au moins une surface active de pression (11.2') orientée transversalement au sens d'écoulement dans le canal d'écoulement en dehors du diamètre intérieur de son ouverture d'écoulement centrale (11.1').
  7. Pomme (100') selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément étanche (11') se compose d'un élastomère thermoplastique et est formé sur le boîtier de pomme (10).
  8. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la chambre d'étanchéité (13) est divisée par rapport à l'élément d'amenée (15) dans le boîtier de pomme (10) par une paroi de séparation (12) avec une ouverture d'amenée (14).
  9. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'amenée est constitué d'un espace creux dans le boîtier de pomme (10).
  10. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la section transversale de la chambre d'étanchéité (13) et le contour extérieur de l'élément d'étanchéité (11 ; 11') sont réalisés en forme d'ellipse ou de trou oblong.
  11. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'écoulement (11.1 ; 11.1') de l'élément d'étanchéité (11 ; 11') ne recouvre que partiellement l'ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) dans au moins une position de la tête de pomme (10 ; 10').
  12. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tête de pomme (20) est divisée en plusieurs chambres (21, 22, 23) qui sont respectivement en liaison avec une ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) sur la périphérie extérieure.
  13. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'écoulement (11.1 ; 11.1') de l'élément d'étanchéité (11 ; 11') recouvre au moins en partie au moins une ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) dans chaque position de la tête de pomme (10 ; 10').
  14. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'écoulement (11.1 ; 11.1') de l'élément d'étanchéité (11 ; 11') recouvre au moins partiellement plusieurs ouvertures d'amenée (24, 25, 26) dans au moins une position de la tête de pomme (10 ; 10').
  15. Pomme (100 ; 100') selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la somme de l'aire de la section d'ouverture dans l'ouverture d'écoulement (11.1) centrale et de la surface active de pression (11.2) dans l'élément d'étanchéité (11) est comprise entre 1,01 fois et 25 fois la surface projetée perpendiculairement au sens d'écoulement de l'ouverture d'amenée (24, 25, 26) dans la tête de pomme (20).
