Description
The invention relates to a hydraulic unit, in particular for the supply of conveying and lifting equipment according to the feature configuration of the preamble of
Due to the variety of applications and consequent different installation situations such hydraulic units are usually implemented in various construction concepts, with fundamental differences in particular between versions for installation with vertical main axis and versions for horizontal installation are given.
Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a hydraulic unit whose construction allows both a vertical and a horizontal installation situation without a change in the construction concept is required.
According to the invention this object is achieved by a hydraulic unit having the features of
Thereafter, a significant feature of the invention is that the tank has an end wall part located at the end side with respect to the main axis and at least one further boundary wall part immediately adjacent thereto, and that the inlet end of the suction line is located in the transition region between the end wall part and the boundary wall part. This ensures that both in vertical mounting position, where the end wall part forms the tank bottom, as well as in the horizontal mounting position in which the adjoining the end wall part boundary wall part forms the tank bottom, the inlet end of the suction line is located in each case at the liquid base. With the solution according to the invention a turning unit is created in the manner of a modular system, with the different deployment and installation situations can be covered.
In particularly advantageous embodiments, at least a majority of the tank has a cuboid inscribed shape, preferably with approximately square outline of the end-side end wall part, wherein the inlet end of the suction line is arranged closely adjacent to a corner of the end wall part, ie in a region of the cuboid, at the two Adjacent wall parts at right angles to each other, of which, depending on whether the installation position is vertical or horizontal, one of the wall parts forms the tank bottom.
If, in particularly advantageous embodiments, the arrangement is such that a filling inlet of the tank is provided at the end wall of the end wall opposite end wall of the cuboid in the region of that corner which is diagonally opposite to the inlet end of the suction line associated corner, then not only one Reversing possibility between vertical and horizontal installation position possible, but in horizontal installation position, both side walls of the cuboid, which adjoin the corner associated with the inlet end of the suction line, form the tank bottom. In other words, there is thus a further turning possibility in the horizontal mounting position, namely a possible rotation also around the main device axis in this case.
In particularly preferred embodiments, the arrangement is such that for the attachment of the connecting body to the tank whose top wall has a protruding from its surface, round neck with a flange for the abutment of a connecting flange of the connection body, wherein a clamp with a tank side flanged edge and the connecting flange of the connecting body is provided with a form-fitting cross-section hollow profile. This is a particularly simple and reliable connection to the metallic connector body a made of a UV-resistant plastic material, such as PE material, tank possible without screwing would be required with the disadvantages, as they usually occur in screw between metal bodies and thin-walled plastic bodies.
In advantageous embodiments, a hood, preferably also made of UV-resistant plastic, be present in the form of a box open on one side, in which the attachments located on the tank are receivable and which can be attached with its open side on the tank. The connection can also be made here in a positive manner, if in the side walls of the cuboid forming boundary wall parts of the tank a groove-like concavity is formed, which extends in the vicinity of the top wall over the circumference of the cuboid continuously in a plane perpendicular to the main axis. This concavity, in cooperation with an end rib projecting inwardly of the hood at the end edge surrounding the open side of the cuboid, can form the positive connection by engagement of the end rib of the hood with the concavity of the tank.
To form a substantially smooth-surface box shape of the aggregate, the side walls of the hood attached to the tank can form planar continuations of the side walls of the cuboid of the tank. Thus, a protected (for example against stone chipping and UV radiation) unit is created, which, apart from the access for electrical and hydraulic connections, is closed.

As a modular system, the invention not only offers the possibility to cover different installation situations thanks to the offered turning opportunity, but can be adapted without difficulty to different performance classes. Thus, for example, the volume of the
