Claims (17)

  1. Procédé pour l'introduction d'une languette (3) dans une rainure longitudinale ou une rainure en tête (4) de plaques élémentaires (5) à poser en groupe, dans lequel les plaques élémentaires (5) peuvent être verrouillées les unes avec les autres par déplacement des languettes (3) par rapport aux plaques élémentaires (5), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) préparation des languettes (3) sur une bande d'alimentation (6), les languettes (3) étant reliées de façon détachable à la bande d'alimentation (6) ;
    b) détachement des languettes (3) depuis la bande d'alimentation (6) ;
    c) déplacement des languettes (3) dans la rainure (4) d'une plaque élémentaire (5) présentée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les languettes (3) sont préparées sur la bande d'alimentation (6) en étant collées au moins localement avec la bande d'alimentation (6) de manière à pouvoir en être à nouveau détachées.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les languettes sont préparées sur la bande d'alimentation (6) en étant coincées au moins localement sur la bande d'alimentation (6) de manière détachable.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'alimentation (6) avec les languettes (3) est préparée sous forme d'un rouleau bobiné (2).

Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (3) sont déplacées par un convoyeur à bande (7) jusque sur un rail de transport (13) via lequel les languettes (3) parviennent à une unité d'introduction (14) au moyen de laquelle les languettes (3) sont mises en place dans les rainures (4).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur à bande (7) comprend des éléments d'entraînement (9) agencés sur une bande de transport (8), ces éléments engageant les languettes (3) et les déplaçant en direction du rail de transport (13).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'alimentation (6) est entraînée au moyen du convoyeur à bande (7) conjointement avec les languettes (3) collées sur celle-ci.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'alimentation (6) est tirée avec une vitesse synchronisée par rapport à la vitesse du convoyeur à bande (7).
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (3) sont introduites dans la rainure (4) en étant exemptes d'adhérences de colle.
  10. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant
    a) des moyens pour préparer une plaque élémentaire (5) à pourvoir d'une languette (3),
