Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. Rouleau de nettoyage (10) pour machine de nettoyage de sol, ledit rouleau de nettoyage comprenant un corps de rouleau cylindrique (16) qui comporte des éléments de palier (24, 26) destinés à loger à rotation le rouleau de nettoyage (10) sur la machine de nettoyage de sol et dont la surface d'enveloppe (34) est entourée par une garniture de nettoyage (18) qui est reliée de façon fixe en rotation au corps de rouleau (16), la garniture de nettoyage (18) étant enroulée sous forme de bande sur le corps de rouleau (16) et étant reliée de façon inamovible au corps de rouleau (16), caractérisé en ce que le corps de rouleau (16) comporte un mandrin de rouleau (12) qui est entouré par un manchon de rouleau (14), le mandrin de rouleau (12) comportant les éléments de palier (24, 26) et le manchon de rouleau (14) formant la surface d'enveloppe (34) du corps de rouleau (16) et le manchon de rouleau (14) étant fabriqué à partir d'une matière déformable élastiquement.
  2. Rouleau de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la garniture de nettoyage (18) entoure le corps de rouleau (16) hélicoïdalement.
  3. Rouleau de nettoyage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la garniture de nettoyage (18) est collée au corps de rouleau (16).
  4. Rouleau de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la garniture de nettoyage (18) est un non-tissé.
  5. Rouleau de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la garniture de nettoyage (18) est fabriquée à partir d'une matière microfibreuse.
  6. Rouleau de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin de rouleau (12) est fabriqué à partir d'une matière synthétique.
  7. Rouleau de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de rouleau (14) est fabriqué à partir d'une matière synthétique.
  8. Rouleau de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin de rouleau (12) est gainé par le manchon de rouleau (14).
  9. Rouleau de nettoyage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de rouleau (14) forme un moyen adhésif entre le mandrin de rouleau (12) et la garniture de nettoyage (18).
