Abstract

Das Montagehilfsmittel weist einen ersten Bereich (13) auf, mit dem es an einer Gebäudewand (4) befestigbar ist. Es besitzt zudem einen zweiten Bereich (12) der am Unterputzspülkasten (2) anbringbar ist. Das Montagehilfsmittel ist als ein direkt an einer Aussenseite (5) der Gebäudewand (4) befestigbarer Bügel ausgebildet. Der zweite Bereich (12) bildet ein Abstützmittel (12), an dem das Spülrohr (8) abstützbar ist. Vorzugsweise weist der erste Bereich zwei Arme (13) auf, die seitlich flügelartig in entgegengesetzten Richtungen vom Abstützmittel (12) wegragen und die jeweils an der Aussenseite (5) der Gebäudewand (4) befestigbar sind. Bei der Montage kann der Unterputzspülkasten (2) mit dem Spülrohr (8) auf das an der Gebäudewand (4) befestigte Montagehilfsmittel aufgesetzt werden. Der Unterputzspülkasten (2) ist damit im Wanddurchbruch (3) bezüglich seiner Höhe über dem Gebäudeboden (16) positioniert.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Montagehilfsmittel zum Positionieren eines ein Spülrohr aufweisenden Unterputzspülkastens in einem Wanddurchbruch einer Gebäudewand, das in einem ersten Bereich an der Gebäudewand und an einem zweiten Bereich am Unterputzspülkasten anbringbar ist.
  • Spülkästen können in bekannter Weise in einem Wanddurchbruch montiert werden. In der Regel wird hierzu zunächst die Rohwand erstellt und dann in dieser ein Wanddurchbruch eingearbeitet, in welchem der Unterputzspülkasten eingesetzt werden kann. Anschliessend wird der Wanddurchbruch ausgemauert. Vor dem Ausmauern des Wanddurchbruchs muss der Unterputzspülkasten genau in diesem positioniert werden. Das hierbei einzuhaltende Mass ist insbesondere die Höhe des Spülrohrausganges über dem Rohboden. Die Einhaltung dieses Masses ist wesentlich, da dieses auch die Höhe der WC-Schüssel oder des Urinals bestimmt.
  • Bisher wurden als Montagehilfsmittel Schlitzbandeisen verwendet, mit denen der Unterputzspülkasten an Laschen aufgehängt wurde (Geberit Montageanleitung 109.760). Die Schlitzbandeisen wurden an einem Ende jeweils am Spülkasten und am anderen Ende an der Aussenseite der Gebäudewand befestigt. Hierbei musste der Spülkasten im Wanddurchbruch in der vorgesehenen Position gehalten werden, was in der Regel eine zweite Person erforderte.
  • Die CH-A-696 587 offenbart eine Installationseinheit für die Vorwandmontage einer Spüleinheit. Für die Montage wird zunächst eine Leiste an einer Wand befestigt. Anschliessend wird eine Halteplatte an der Leiste montiert. Die Halteplatte wird dann untermauert oder mit Beton untergossen. Auf die Halteplatte wird schliesslich der Spülkasten aufgesetzt. Diese Installationseinheit ist vergleichsweise aufwendig in der Herstellung und der Montage und eignet sich nicht zum Montieren eines Unterputzspülkastens in einem Durchbruch einer Gebäudewand. Die Leiste und die Halteplatte sind auch im montierten Zustand tragende Teile.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Montagehilfsmittel der genannten Art zu schaffen, das eine einfachere und dennoch präzise Montage eines Unterputzspülkastens in einem Wanddurchbruch einer Gebäudewand ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe ist dadurch gelöst, dass es als ein direkt an einer Aussenseite der Gebäudewand befestigbarer Bügel ausgebildet ist und der zweite Bereich ein Abstützmittel bildet, an dem der Unterputzspülkasten mit dem Spülrohr abstützbar ist. Beim erfindungsgemässen Montagehilfsmittel handelt es sich somit um einen Bügel, der direkt an der Aussenseite der Gebäudewand befestigbar ist. Nach seiner Befestigung wird der Unterputzspülkasten zu seiner Positionierung im Wanddurchbruch mit dem Spülrohr auf das Montagehilfsmittel aufgesetzt. Der Unterputzspülkasten ist dann bereits bezüglich des genannten Masses im Durchbruch positioniert und abgestützt. Er kann nun am oberen Ende beispielsweise mit Schlitzbandeisen fixiert werden. Diese Arbeit kann von einer Person durchgeführt werden. Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Montagehilfsmittel kann somit der Unterputzspülkasten in einfacherer Weise und dennoch zuverlässiger im Wanddurchbruch positioniert werden.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der erste Bereich zwei Arme aufweist, die seitlich in entgegengesetzten Richtungen vom Abstützmittel wegragen und die jeweils an der Aussenseite der Gebäudewand befestigbar sind. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders einfache und stabile Befestigung des Montagehilfsmittels an der Gebäudewand. Zur Befestigung der Arme sind gemäss einer Weiterbildung Durchbrüche an diesen Armen vorgesehen. Diese Durchbrüche sind beispielsweise als sich horizontal erstreckende Schlitze ausgebildet. Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Arme jeweils eine flache Rückseite aufweisen, an denen die Arme an der Aussenseite der Gebäudewand durch Kleben fixierbar sind. Die Arme sind vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, dass alternativ das Montagehilfsmittel durch Kleben oder mit Schrauben befestigbar ist. Eine Befestigung durch Kleben ist hier möglich, da das Montagehilfsmittel lediglich zum Positionieren des Unterputzspülkastens vorgesehen ist und nach dem Ausmauern keine tragende Funktion besitzt.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Abstützmittel im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist und sich im montierten Zustand nach unten erstreckt, so dass das Spülrohr mit einer Unterseite von oben auf das Abstützmittel aufsetzbar ist. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders präzise und einfache Positionierung des Unterputzspülkastens im Durchbruch der Gebäudewand.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das Abstützmittel mit zwei nach unten ragenden Stegen mit den beiden Armen verbunden. Diese Stege sind vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, dass sie den Unterputzspülkasten am Spülrohr seitlich abstützen.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Arme so ausgebildet sind, dass sie im montierten Zustand den Mittelpunkt des Spülrohrausganges markieren. Die Arme können dann entsprechend dem genannten Mass über dem Rohrboden an der Aussenseite der Gebäudewand montiert werden. Ist der Unterputzspülkasten auf das Montagehilfsmittel aufgesetzt, so ist dann der Mittelpunkt des Spülrohrausganges genau entsprechend dem genannten Mass über der Oberseite des Gebäudebodens angeordnet.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft zudem eine Spülvorrichtung mit einem erfindungsgemässen Montagehilfsmittel. Bei einer solchen Spülvorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass der erste Bereich des Montagehilfsmittels so ausgebildet ist, dass er sich beim positionierten Spülkasten auf der Höhe der Mitte des Spülrohrausganges befindet. Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist bei einer solchen Spülvorrichtung vorgesehen, dass das Spülrohr eine Aussenisolation aufweist und dass das Montagehilfsmittel im montierten Zustand diese Aussenisolation untergreift. Die Abstützmittel sind im montierten Zustand nach hinten abgewinkelt und ragen in den Durchbruch. Das Spülrohr ist somit hinter der Aussenseite der Gebäudewand im Durchbruch am Abstützmittel abgestützt. Der Unterputzspülkasten kann dadurch im Wesentlichen unterhalb seines Schwerpunktes abgestützt werden.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigte Spülvorrichtung 1 für ein hier nicht gezeigtes WC oder Urinal besitzt einen an sich üblichen Unterputzspülkasten 2, an dem ein ebenfalls übliches Spülrohr 8 angeschlossen ist. Die Spülvorrichtung 1 ist in einem Durchbruch 3 einer Gebäudewand 4 positioniert. Wie die Fig. 2 zeigt, ist die Spülvorrichtung 1 sowohl bezüglich einer Aussenseite 5 als auch einer Rückseite 6 der Gebäudewand 4 im Wesentlichen bündig. Die Spülvorrichtung 1 ist hier lediglich provisorisch in dem Durchbruch 3 positioniert, der in an sich bekannter Weise ausgemauert wird, so dass der Unterputzspülkasten 2 fest in der Gebäudewand 4 montiert ist. An der Aussenseite 5 wird beispielsweise eine hier nicht gezeigte WC-Schüssel montiert, die über das Spülrohr 8 spülbar ist. Schliesslich wird die Aussenseite 5 verputzt und im Bereich einer Lagerplatte 7 eine hier nicht gezeigte Betätigungsplatte montiert.
  • Um die Spülvorrichtung 1 im Durchbruch 3 zu positionieren, ist ein Montagehilfsmittel 11 vorgesehen, das einteilig und bügelförmig ausgebildet ist. Das Montagehilfsmittel 11 ist beispielsweise aus Blech hergestellt und besitzt zwei flügelartig nach aussen ragende Arme 13, die jeweils mit mehreren Öffnungen 14 versehen sind. An diesen Armen 14 kann das Montagehilfsmittel 11 gemäss Fig. 1 an der Aussenseite 5 der Gebäudewand 4 befestigt werden. Die Befestigung erfolgt beispielsweise mit hier nicht gezeigten Dübelschrauben. Möglich ist jedoch auch eine Befestigung mittels eines Klebstoffes, oder einem Band, das beidseitig klebend ist. Hierzu sind die Arme 13 wie ersichtlich vergleichsweise flach ausgebildet und besitzen eine hier nicht gezeigte ebene Rückseite, die zum Ankleben des Montagehilfsmittels 11 an der Aussenseite 5 geeignet ist.
  • Zwischen den beiden Armen 13 weist das Montagehilfsmittel 11 Abstützmittel 12 auf, die im montierten Zustand bezüglich der Arme 13 nach unten versetzt sind. Das Abstützmittel 12 ist über Stege 15 mit den Armen 13 verbunden. Das Abstützmittel 12 ist mit den Stegen 15 etwa U-förmig ausgebildet. Diese Form ist an eine Aussenisolation 10 des Spülrohres 8 angepasst, so dass das Spülrohr 8 beim montierten Montagehilfsmittel 11 von oben auf dieses aufgesetzt werden kann. Im aufgesetzten Zustand befindet sich gemäss Fig. 6 der Mittelpunkt 22 eines Spülrohrausganges 9 auf einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Linie, welche durch die Öffnungen 14 des Montagehilfsmittels 11 geht. Der Mittelpunkt 22 muss für eine korrekte Positionierung des Unterputzspülkastens 2 bezüglich einer Oberseite 23 eines Gebäudebodens 16 einen bestimmten Abstand aufweisen. Dieses vorgegebene Mass muss eingehalten werden. Entsprechend diesem Mass wird das Montagehilfsmittel 11 über dem Gebäudeboden 16 montiert. Entsprechende Markierungen sind durch die Öffnungen 14 hindurch sichtbar.
  • Wie die Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen, besitzt die Aussenisolation 10 an ihrer Unterseite eine Ausnehmung 19, welche das Abstützmittel 12 aufnimmt. Wie ersichtlich, ist das Abstützmittel 12 mit den Stegen 15 nach hinten bezüglich der Aussenseite 5 abgewinkelt. Das Abstützmittel 12 ragt somit bei montiertem Montagehilfsmittel 11 in den Durchbruch 3 hinein. Die Abstützung der Spülvorrichtung 1 erfolgt somit in einem Bereich, der sich innerhalb des Durchbruches 3 befindet. Die beiden Stege 15 liegen gemäss Fig. 5 jeweils seitlich an der Aussenisolation 10 an und stützen dadurch den Unterputzspülkasten 2 seitlich.
  • An einer oberen Schmalseite 24 des Spülkastens 2 sind gemäss Fig. 4 im Abstand zueinander zwei nach oben ragende Aufhängelaschen 17 angebracht. Diese Aufhängelaschen 17 sind jeweils mit einem Schlitzbandeisen 18 verbunden, die nach oben ragen und die ebenfalls gemäss Fig. 1 an der Aussenseite 5 der Gebäudewand 4 befestigt sind. Die Befestigung kann mit hier nicht gezeigten Dübelschrauben oder auch mit einem geeigneten Kleber oder einem Klebband erfolgen. Zum Befestigen der Schlitzbandeisen 18 an den Aufhänglaschen 17 besitzen diese jeweils eine Öffnung 21, in die gemäss Fig. 8 ein Einhängemittel 20 eingesetzt ist. Die Schlitzbandeisen 18 können somit einfach und lösbar mit den Aufhängelaschen 17 verbunden werden. Ein Werkzeug ist hierbei nicht erforderlich. Die Spülvorrichtung 1 ist somit gemäss Fig. 1 auf dem Montagehilfsmittel 11 am Spülrohr 8 abgestützt und am oberen Ende mit den Schlitzbandeisen 18 aufgehängt. Die Höhe des Spülrohrausganges 9 über dem Gebäudeboden 16 entspricht dem vorgegebenen Mass und zudem ist die Spülvorrichtung 1 bezüglich der Aussenseite 5 und der Rückseite 6 bündig.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Montage der Spülvorrichtung 1 näher erläutert.
  • Ist die gewählte Gebäudewand 4 erstellt, so wird in dieser der Durchbruch 3 ausgehauen. An der Aussenseite 5 wird das Mass angezeichnet, welches den vertikalen Abstand des Mittelpunktes über der Oberseite 23 des Gebäudebodens 16 bestimmt. Nun wird das Montagehilfsmittel 11 gemäss dieser Markierung an der Gebäudewand 4 angelegt und an dieser befestigt. Die Spülvorrichtung 1 kann nun in den Durchbruch 3 eingesetzt und mit dem Spülrohr 8 auf dem Montagehilfsmittel 11 abgestellt werden. An den Aufhängelaschen 17 werden nun die Schlitzbandeisen 18 eingehängt. Diese Schlitzbandeisen 18 werden schliesslich an der Aussenseite 5 der Gebäudewand 4 befestigt. Die Spülvorrichtung 1 ist nun im Durchbruch 3 sicher und genau positioniert. Der Durchbruch 3 kann nun ausgemauert werden. Die weiteren Schritte sind an sich bekannt und brauchen hier deshalb nicht erläutert zu werden.

Claims (15)

  1. Montagehilfsmittel zum Positionieren eines ein Spülrohr (8) aufweisenden Unterputzspülkastens (2) in einem Wanddurchbruch (3) einer Gebäudewand (4), das in einem ersten Bereich (13) an der Gebäudewand (4) und an einem zweiten Bereich (12) am Unterputzspülkasten (2) anbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als ein direkt an einer Aussenseite (5) der Gebäudewand (4) befestigbarer Bügel ausgebildet ist und der zweite Bereich (12) ein Abstützmittel (12) bildet, an dem der Unterputzspülkasten am Spülrohr (8) abstützbar ist.
  2. Montagehilfsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Bereich zwei Arme (13) aufweist, die seitlich flügelartig in entgegengesetzten Richtungen vom Abstützmittel (12) wegragen und die jeweils an der Aussenseite (5) der Gebäudewand (4) befestigbar sind.
  3. Montagehilfsmittel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Arme (13) Durchbrüche (14) für ihre Befestigung an der Gebäudewand (4) aufweisen.
  4. Montagehilfsmittel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (13) jeweils eine flache Rückseite aufweisen, an denen die Arme (13) an der Aussenseite (5) der Gebäudewand (4) durch Kleben fixierbar sind.
  5. Montagehilfsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützmittel (12) etwa mittig und nach unten versetzt angeordnet ist.
  6. Montagehilfsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützmittel (12) im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist und sich im montierten Zustand nach unten erstreckt, so dass das Spülrohr (8) an einer Unterseite von oben auf das Abstützmittel (12) aufsetzbar ist.
  7. Montagehilfsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützmittel (12) im montierten Zustand nach hinten abgewinkelt ist und in den Durchbruch (3) ragt.
  8. Montagehilfsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einstückig ist.
  9. Spülvorrichtung mit einem ein Spülrohr (8) aufweisenden Unterputzspülkasten (2), gekennzeichnet durch ein Montagehilfsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
  10. Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spülrohr (8) eine Aussenisolation (10) aufweist und dass das Spülrohr (8) an dieser Aussenisolation (10) am Abstützmittel (12) abstützbar ist.
  11. Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenisolation (10) an einer Unterseite eine Ausnehmung (19) für die Aufnahme des Abstützmittels (12) aufweist.
  12. Spülvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterputzspülkasten (2) an einer oberen Schmalseite (24) im Abstand zueinander zwei nach oben ragende Aufhängelaschen (17) aufweist.
  13. Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Schlitzbandeisen (18) aufweist, welche jeweils an einer der genannten Aufhängelaschen (17) befestigbar sind.
  14. Spülvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzbandeisen (18) jeweils an einer der beiden Aufhängelaschen (17) einhängbar sind.
  15. Spülvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montagehilfsmittel (11) zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Stege (15) aufweist, die im montierten Zustand den Unterputzspülkasten (2) am Spülrohr (8) seitlich abstützen.
