Claims (10)
- Dispositif de forgeage à la presse avec forgeage intermédiaire et finition/embossage simultanés, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend une plaque de fond (13), destinée à être bridée sur une plaque de base (14) sur un bâti de presse (15), deux ou plusieurs colonnes de guidage (10), une plaque mobile médiane (8) centrale, une plaque supérieure (16) destinée à être bridée sur le piston de presse ou coulisseau (12), et deux paires de demi-moules, dans lequel :une première paire de demi-moules, pour forgeage intermédiaire, comprend un demi-moule supérieur de forgeage intermédiaire et un demi-moule inférieur de forgeage intermédiaire ; et une seconde paire de demi-moules, pour finition de la pièce, comprend un demi-moule supérieur de finition de pièce et un demi-moule inférieur de finition de pièce ;une de ces paires est agencée indifféremment entre la plaque de fond (13) et la plaque mobile médiane (8) ; l'autre de ces paires est agencée indifféremment entre ladite plaque médiane (8) et la plaque supérieure (16).
- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des vérins d'entraînement du type pneumatique, hydraulique ou entrainés électriquement et commandés électroniquement, pour entraîner et faire coulisser ladite plaque médiane (8) sur lesdites colonnes de guidage (10).
- Dispositif, selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un coulisseau (12) incluant un éjecteur supérieur de pièce (6), la plaque de base (14) incluant un éjecteur (11) pour éjecter la pièce du moule de fond (4,5), la plaque mobile médiane (8) incluant un dispositif éjecteur (9) pour éjecter et soulever une pièce moulée pour permettre à ladite pièce moulée d'être agrippée.
- Dispositif, selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une pluralité de canaux de réglage thermique pour maintenir une température de pièce à une valeur constante.
- Dispositif, selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de presse est une presse à vis ou une presse excentrique ou mécanique, ladite presse étant entraînée par des moyens d'entraînement de presse incluant des moteurs électriques, des moteurs à couple, des moteurs sans balais, et par des systèmes d'entraînement hydrauliques.
- Dispositif, selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des bras commandés électroniquement hydrauliques ou pneumatiques pour actionner l'appareil avec un cycle de chargement/déchargement de pièce automatique, dans lequel lesdits bras incluent de préférence deux bras indépendants, un premier bras ayant un dispositif d'agrippement double pour agripper, avec la plaque médiane (8) du moule dans un état soulevé, ladite pièce, ledit second bras agrippant simultanément une pièce forgée intermédiairement depuis le moule supérieur (2, 3) ou inférieur (4,5), ledit premier bras étant positionné au niveau dudit moule supérieur (2, 3) ou inférieur (4,5), ledit second bras étant positionné au niveau du moule inférieur (4,5) ou supérieur (2, 3) pour déposer un tronçon chauffé dans le gabarit de moule supérieur et une pièce forgée intermédiairement dans un gabarit de moule de finition, ledit premier bras déchargeant une pièce finie et agrippant un autre tronçon à recharger.
- Procédé réalisé sur un dispositif de forgeage à la presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que pour la première course de presse au début du fonctionnement de la presse, une billette chauffée est déposée sur le moule supérieur (2, 3) ou inférieur (4,5) avec la plaque médiane (8) supportée sur ou soulevée depuis le moule inférieur (4,5) fixe, après avoir réalisé la course de presse et pendant le mouvement de soulèvement d'un piston de presse (12) un système de soulèvement ou d'ouverture de plaque médiane (7, 10) étant simultanément actionné, avec ledit piston de presse (12) en haut et la plaque de support de moule mobile (8) en haut, un élément de soulèvement et d'éjection de pièce (9) étant entraîné prenant ainsi la pièce et la déplaçant immédiatement dans le moule inférieur ou supérieur de finition (2, 3, 4, 5), une billette encore chauffée étant déposée simultanément dans ledit moule inférieur ou supérieur de finition (2, 3, 4, 5), ladite plaque mobile (8) étant entièrement abaissée et une course de presse étant réalisée, fournissant ainsi un forgeage intermédiaire/une finition de la pièce dans la paire de moule supérieur (2, 3) et une finition/un forgeage intermédiaire dans la paire de moules inférieurs (4, 5), le cycle de fonctionnement de la presse étant ensuite répété en déplaçant séquentiellement les pièces depuis le moule supérieur (2, 3) vers le moule inférieur (4, 5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque médiane mobile (8) est soulevée avec le demi-moule de finition supérieur (4) et le demi-moule inférieur (3) de forgeage intermédiaire après l'ouverture des moules inférieurs (4,5) pour permettre à la pièce d'être agrippée et chargée.
- Procédé selon les revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la billette chauffée et la pièce forgée de manière intermédiaire ou finie sont également déposées et agrippées manuellement ou déposées ou agrippées automatiquement comme commandé par des systèmes électroniques, hydrauliques ou pneumatiques.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7-9, caractérisé en ce que, pendant les mouvements d'entrée et de sortie desdits bras vers/depuis lesdits moules (2, 3, 4, 5), lesdits moules sont lubrifiés par des dispositifs de lubrification supportés par lesdits bras.
