Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verringerung des Windwiderstands des Schutzgewebes, insbesondere eines Sonnenschirms des Typs hauptsächlich umfassend einen Mast (1), ein Schutzgewebe (6), das an der Spitze des Masts befestigt ist, und ein Stützgerüst für dieses Gewebe, das im Allgemeinen eine Vielzahl steifer Rippen (2) umfasst, die an einem ihrer Enden und mit Hilfe eines Gelenks (3) am oberen Teil des Masts befestigt sind, wobei jede Rippe außerdem mit Hilfe einer Schiene oder Strebe (4) und von Gelenken mit einer Buchse oder Ringmuffe (5) verbunden ist, deren Montage ein Gleiten entlang des besagten Masts ermöglicht, so dass das Aufspannen oder Zusammenklappen des Schutzgewebes entlang des Masts ermöglicht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewebe (6) zumindest in dem distalen Bereich (2b) der Rippen (2) frei auf diesen aufliegt, wofür eine flexible Latte (7), die sich elastisch in der vertikalen Ebene verformen kann und mit dem Gewebe (6) mindestens in dem distalen Bereich verbunden ist, auf der oberen Seite jeder Rippe (2) angebracht ist in der vertikalen Ebene und entlang dieser, wobei die flexiblen Latten (7) an den Rippen (2) an einem von dem distalen Ende (2b') der letztgenannten entfernten Punkt befestigt sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche oder Unterseite des Schutzgewebes (6) mit Befestigungsmitteln (8) ausgestattet ist, die radial ausgerichtet sind und winklig entfernt sind, wodurch die flexiblen Latten (7) und besagtes Gewebe mindestens in dem distalen Bereich besagter flexibler Latten verbunden werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der proximale Bereich (7a) der flexiblen Latten (7) in dem proximalen Bereich (2a) der Rippen (2) befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der proximale Bereich (7a) der flexiblen Latten (7) in dem proximalen Bereich (2a) der Rippen (2) mit Hilfe von Klemmen (11) befestigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Laften (7) aus flachen, in der horizontalen Ebene steifen Latten gebildet werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die distalen Enden (7b') der flexiblen Latten (7) über die distalen Enden (2b') der Rippen (2) hinausragen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Latten (7) eine ansteigende Flexibilität in Richtung ihrer distalen Enden (7b') aufweisen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel, mit denen die Innenseite oder Unterseite des Gewebes (1) ausgestattet ist, aus radialen Schäften (8) besteht, in denen vorzugsweise abnehmbar mindestens der distale Bereich (7b) der flexiblen Latten aufgenommen wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schäfte (8) eine Länge haben, die die Aufnahme der flexiblen Latten (7) von ihrer Befestigungslage an den Rippen (2) aus über den größten Teil oder quasi ihre gesamte Länge ermöglicht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radialen Schäfte (8) einen längsgerichteten Schlitz (9) vorzugsweise entlang einer der Seiten der besagten Schäfte aufweisen, wobei besagter Schlitz (9) mit einem Schnellschluss (10) versehen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Latten (7) eine abnehmende Stärke in Richtung ihres distalen Endes (7b') aufweisen oder aus einer Überlagerung einer Vielzahl von flexiblen Latten (7A, 7B, 7C, ...) mit abnehmender Länge in Richtung ihres proximalen Endes (7a') bestehen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endteil des distalen Bereichs (2b) der Rippen (2) aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das elastisch biegbar ist, wobei der Grad an elastischer Biegung dieses Endteils geringer ist als der Biegsamkeitskoeffizient der flexiblen Latten (7).
  13. Sonnenschirm, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Vorrichtung umfasst, die den Windwiderstand seines Schutzgewebes (1) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 verringert.
