Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ausbildung einer Druckkörper-Durchführung auf U-Booten zur Herstellung einer Außenbordverbindung mit einer Bordabsperrung über einen ventilkörper innerbords, wobei die Druckkörper-Durchführung blockartig in den Druckkörper einschweißbar und außenbords zusätzlich eine Verkleidung des U-Bootes angeordnet ist und die Druckkörper-Durchführung eine durchgehende Aufnahmebohrung für ein über Dichtungen einsetzbares Verbindungselement mit einer Zuführbohrung aufweist.
- Anordnungen dieser Art werden bei der Ausrüstung an Bord von U-Booten für im Außenschiff angeschlossene Schiffsbetriebsanlagen mit Bordabsperrungen eingebaut. Hierbei werden einzelne getrennte verbindungselemente mit Zuführbohrungen eingesetzt, die entsprechend zugeordnete ventileinsätze zur Bordabsperrung aufweisen. Hierbei besteht der Mangel, daß für jede Zuführbohrung ein einzelnes Element mit aufwendigen Dichtungen einzubauen ist und eine Bearbeitung einschließlich einer Druckprüfung der Dichtigkeit erfolgen muß.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Einsparung bei der Ausbildung von einer Vielzahl von Zuführbohrungen bei Druckkörper-Durchführungen zu schaffen und damit einen entsprechenden Aufwand für Dichtungen und für Überprüfungen herabzusetzen sowie eine Erhöhung der Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
- Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß das einsetzbare verbindungselement mehrere Zuführbohrungen zur Außenbordverbindung aufweist und innerbords zugeordnete einzelne ventilkörper mit den Zuführbohrungen verbunden sind.
- Hierdurch wird neben den Einsparungen beim aufwendigen Einbau sowie Überprüfen auch die konstruktive Auslegung vereinfacht.
- Eine günstige Ausbildung erfolgt dadurch, daß das einsetzbare Verbindungselement einen Flansch innerbords aufweist, der an der Druckkörper-Durchführung befestigbar ist.
- In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung mit zwei Zuführbohrungen schematisch dargestellt.
- Bei derdargestellten Anordnung ist in einem Druckkörper 1 eine blockartig eingeschweißte Druckkörper-Durchführung 2 eingesetzt. Die Druckkörper-Durchführung 2 ist durch eine übliche Verkleidung 6 abgedeckt und besitzt eine durchgehende Aufnahmebohrung 3, die ein über Dichtungen 4 einsetzbares Verbindungselement 5 aufnimmt. Das verbindungselement 5 besitzt innerbords einen Flansch 7, der an der Druckkörper-Durchführung 2 über Schrauben festsetzbar ist.
- Das eingesetzte verbindungselement 5 besitzt in dieser Ausbildung zwei Zuführbohrungen 8, die innerbords über jeweils einen zugeordneten ventilkörper 9 absperrbar sind.
Claims (2)
- Ausbildung einer Druckkörper-Durchführung auf U-Booten zur Herstellung einer Außenbordverbindung mit einer Bordabsperrung über einen ventilkörper innerbords, wobei die Druckkörper-Durchführung blockartig in den Druckkörper einschweißbar und außenbords zusätzlich eine Verkleidung des U-Bootes angeordnet ist und die Druckkörper-Durchführung eine durchgehende Aufnahmebohrung für ein über Dichtungen einsetzbares Verbindungselement mit einer Zuführbohrung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einsetzbare Verbindungselement (5) mehrere Zuführbohrungen (8) zur Außenbordverbindung aufweist und innerbords zugeordnete einzelne ventilkörper (9) mit den Zuführbohrungen (8) verbunden sind.
- Ausbildung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einsetzbare Verbindungselement (5) einen Flansch (7) innerbords aufweist, der an der Druckkörper-Durchführung (2) befestigbar ist.
