Claims (10)

  1. Tür (1) umfassend eine erste Außenschicht (5), eine zweite Außenschicht (6) und eine dazwischen liegende Dämmschicht (7) sowie eine Dekor-Einheit (9), wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) zwischen der ersten Außenschicht (5) und der zweiten Außenschicht (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) in einer ersten Öffnung (10) in der ersten Schicht (5) freigelegt ist, wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) einen Bereich (A2) aufweist, der grösser als die erste Öffnung (10) ist, wobei die Tür (1) eine erste Innenschicht (13) zwischen der ersten Außenschicht (5) und der Dekor-Einheit (9) umfasst, wobei sich die erste Innenschicht (13) mit der Dekor-Einheit (9) in Kontakt befindet, wobei die erste Innenschicht (13) während der Verwendung eine Dichtungseinheit zwischen der Dekor-Einheit (9) und der ersten Außenschicht (5) bildet, wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) in einer zweiten Öffnung (11) in der zweiten Außenschicht (6) freigelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekor-Einheit (9) einen Bereich (A2) aufweist, der grösser als die zweite Öffnung (11) ist, wobei die Tür (1) eine zweite Innenschicht (14) zwischen der zweiten Außenschicht (6) und der Dekor-Einheit (9) umfasst, wobei sich die zweite Innenschicht (14) in Kontakt med der Dekor-Einheit (9) befindet, wobei die erste Innenschicht (13) eine Schutzbarriere für die Dekor-Einheit bildet, wenn die erste Außenschicht (5) verarbeitet wird, und wobei die zweite Innenschicht (14) eine Schutzbarriere für die Dekor-Einheit bildet, wenn die zweite Außenschicht (6) verarbeitet wird, und während der Verwendung eine Dichtungseinheit zwischen der Dekor-Einheit und der zweiten Außenschicht (6) bildet.
  2. Tür nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Innenschicht (13) ein Distanzelement zwischen der ersten Außenschicht (5) und der Dekor-Einheit (9) bildet, und wobei die zweite Innenschicht (14) ein Distanzelement zwischen der zweiten Außenschicht (6) und der Dekor-Einheit (9) bildet.
  3. Tür (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-2, wobei die zweite Außenschicht (6) ein Laminat aus Holz und Metall umfasst.
  4. Tür (1) nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Außenschicht (5) ein Laminat aus Holz und Metall umfasst.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tür (1) umfassend die Schritte, dass eine erste Außenschicht (5), eine zweite Außenschicht (6) und eine dazwischen liegende Dämmschicht (7) sowie eine Dekor-Einheit (9) in der Tür montiert werden, die Dekor-Einheit (9) zwischen der ersten Außenschicht (5) und der zweiten Außenschicht (6) derart angeordnet wird, dass die Dekor-Einheit (9) in einer ersten Öffnung (10) in der ersten Außenschicht (5) freigelegt wird, und wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) einen Bereich (A2) aufweist, der grösser als die erste Öffnung (10) ist, wobei die Tür (1) eine erste Innenschicht (13) zwischen der ersten Außenschicht (5) und der Dekor-Einheit (9) umfasst, wobei die erste Innenschicht (13) mit der Dekor-Einheit (9) in Kontakt gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Öffnung (10) dadurch gebildet wird, dass der entsprechende Teil der ersten Außenschicht (5) vor dem Entfernen und getrennt von dem Entfernen des entsprechenden Teils der ersten Innenschicht (13) entfernt wird, und dass die erste Innenschicht (13) eine Schutzbarriere für die Dekor-Einheit (9) bildet, wenn die erste Außenschicht (5) verarbeitet wird, und während der Verwendung eine Dichtungseinheit zwischen der Dekor-Einheit (9) und der ersten Außenschicht (5) bildet.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei die erste Öffnung (10) in der ersten Außenschicht (5) vor dem Montieren der verschiedenen Schichten (5, 6, 7, 9, 13, 14) der Tür (1) gebildet wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Tür (1) vor dem Bilden der ersten Öffnung (10) montiert wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5-7, wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) zwischen der ersten Außenschicht (5) und der zweiten Außenschicht (6) derart angeordnet wird, dass die Dekor-Einheit (9) in einer zweiten Öffnung (11) in der zweiten Außenschicht (6) freigelegt wird, und wobei die Dekor-Einheit (9) einen Bereich (A2) aufweist, der grösser als die zweite Öffnung (11) ist, wobei die Tür eine zweite Innenschicht (14) zwischen der zweiten Außenschicht (6) und der Dekor-Einheit (9) umfasst, wobei die zweite Innenschicht (14) mit der Dekor-Einheit (9) in Kontakt gebracht wird, und wobei die zweite Öffnung (11) dadurch gebildet wird, dass der entsprechende Teil der zweiten Außenschicht (6) vor dem Entfernen und getrennt von dem Entfernen der zweiten Innenschicht (14) entfernt wird, und wobei die zweite Innenschicht (14) eine Schutzbarriere für die Dekor-Einheit (9) bildet, wenn die zweite Schicht (14) verarbeitet wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die zweite Öffnung (11) in der zweiten Außenschicht (6) vor dem Montieren der verschiedenen Schichten (5, 6, 7, 9, 13, 14) der Tür (1) gebildet wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die zweite Öffnung (11) gebildet wird, nachdem die die Tür (1) bildenden Schichten (5, 6, 7, 9, 13, 14) montiert worden sind, wodurch die Tür (1) gebildet wird.
