Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Strecken einer Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung, welche Vorrichtung (1) aufweist:
    Kunststofffolien-Zuführungsmittel, durch die die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung und intermittierend zugeführt wird, wobei die Kunststofffolie (2) entgegengesetzte Oberflächen und entgegengesetzte Seitenkanten hat;
    ein Streckteil und ein Tisch (15), die auf entgegengesetzten Seiten der Kunststofffolie (2) angeordnet sind, um den Oberflächen der Kunststofffolie (2) und einander gegenüberzuliegen, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zugeführt wird; und
    Antriebsmittel (17), durch die das Streckteil zu dem Tisch (15) hin bewegt wird, um gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) und den Tisch (15) zwischen den Seitenkanten des Kunststofffilms (2) gedrückt zu werden, um die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zu strecken, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten wird, wobei das Streckteil dann durch die Antriebsmittel (17) von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen und im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten wird,
    wobei das Streckteil eine Platte (14) aufweist, die eine spitze lineare Kante (16) enthält und sich in Breitenrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) erstreckt, die lineare Kante (16) dem Tisch (15) gegenüberliegt, die Platte (14) so zu dem Tisch (15) hin bewegt wird, dass die lineare Kante (16) gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) zwischen den Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt werden kann, die Platte (14) dann von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen wird, so dass die lineare Kante (16) im Abstand von dem Tisch (15) gehalten werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) weiterhin aufweist:
    zusätzliche Antriebsmittel (18), durch die die Platte (14) geringfügig und in Längsrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) bewegt wird; und
    eine Steuervorrichtung (19), die mit den Antriebsmitteln (17) und den zusätzlichen Antriebsmitteln (18) verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel (17) und die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) so durch die Steuervorrichtung (19) gesteuert werden, dass die Platte (14) geringfügig durch die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) bewegt werden kann, nachdem sie zurückgezogen und dann vorwärts bewegt und wieder zurückgezogen wurde.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Platte (14) einige Male geringfügig bewegt, vorwärts bewegt und zurückgezogen wird, während die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) zum Strecken einer Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung, welche Vorrichtung (1) aufweist:
    Kunststofffolien-Zuführungsmittel, durch die die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung und intermittierend zugeführt wird, wobei die Kunststofffolie (2) entgegengesetzte Oberflächen und entgegengesetzte Seitenkanten hat;
    ein Streckteil und einen Tisch (15), die auf entgegengesetzten Seiten der Kunststofffolie (2) angeordnet sind, um den Oberflächen der Kunststofffolie (2) und einander gegenüberzuliegen, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zugeführt wird; und
    Antriebsmittel (17), durch die das Streckteil zu dem Tisch (15) hin vorwärts bewegt wird, um gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) und den Tisch (15) zwischen den Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt zu werden, um die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zu strecken, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten ist, wobei das Streckteil dann durch die Antriebsmittel (17) von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen und im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Streckteil mehrere Rollen (21) aufweist, von denen jede eine Umfangskante (22) mit einem kreisförmigen axialen Querschnitt hat, die Rollen (21) in Breitenrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) angeordnet und an einem Träger (23) befestigt sind, die Umfangskante (22) dem Tisch (15) gegenüberliegt und die Antriebsmittel (17) mit dem Träger (23) verbunden sind, welche Vorrichtung (1) weiterhin aufweist:
    zusätzliche Antriebsmittel (18), durch die der Träger (23) in Breitenrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) bewegt wird; und
    eine Steuervorrichtung (19) mit den Antriebsmitteln (17) und den zusätzlichen Antriebsmitteln (18) verbunden ist, die Antriebsmittel (17) und die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) von der Steuervorrichtung (19) so gesteuert werden, dass der Träger (23) zu dem Tisch (15) hin vorwärts bewegt werden kann, um zu bewirken, dass die Umfangskante (22) zwischen den Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt wird, der Träger (23) dann durch die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) so bewegt wird, dass die Rollen (21) in Breitenrichtung auf der Kunststofffolie (2) gerollt werden können, und der Träger (23) dann von dem Tisch (15) so zurückgezogen wird, dass die Umfangskante (22) im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Rollen (21) in einem Abstand (P) angeordnet sind, der Träger (23) mit einem Hub entsprechend dem Abstand (P) bewegt wird, so dass die Rollen (21) mit dem Hub entsprechend dem Abstand (P) gerollt werden können.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, bei der der Träger (23) zurück zu der Ausgangsposition bewegt wird, nachdem er zurückgezogen, der Träger (23) dann vorwärts bewegt und wieder zurückgezogen wurde.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, bei der der Träger (23) einige Male vorwärts bewegt und zurückgezogen wird, während die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, bei der mehrere Rollen (21) in ihrer Axialrichtung einander überlappen und an dem Träger (23) befestigt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) zum Strecken einer Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung, welche Vorrichtung (1) aufweist:
    Kunststofffolien-Zuführungsmittel, durch die die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung und intermittierend zugeführt wird, wobei die Kunststofffolie (2) entgegengesetzte Oberflächen und entgegengesetzte Seitenkanten hat;
    ein Streckteil und einen Tisch (15), die auf entgegengesetzten Seiten der Kunststofffolie (2) angeordnet sind, um den Oberflächen der Kunststofffolie (2) und einander gegenüberzuliegen, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zugeführt wird; und
    Antriebsmittel (17), durch die das Streckteil zu dem Tisch (15) hin vorwärts bewegt wird, um gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) und den Tisch (15) zwischen den Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt zu werden, um die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zu strecken, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten ist, wobei das Streckteil dann durch die Antriebsmittel (17) von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen und im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Streckteil einen länglichen Stab (24) aufweist, der sich in Breitenrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) erstreckt, wobei der Stab (24) zu dem Tisch (25) hin vorwärts bewegt wird, um zwischen Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt zu werden, der Stab (24) dann von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen und im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten wird.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, weiterhin aufweisend:
    zusätzliche Antriebsmittel (18), durch die der Stab (24) geringfügig und in Längsrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) bewegt wird; und
    eine Steuervorrichtung (19), die mit den Antriebsmitteln (17) und den zusätzlichen Antriebsmitteln (18) verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel (17) und die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) so durch die Steuervorrichtung (19) gesteuert werden, dass der Stab (24) durch die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) geringfügig bewegt werden kann, nachdem er zurückgezogen wurde, und der Stab (24) dann wieder vorwärts bewegt und zurückgezogen wird.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, bei der der Stab (24) geringfügig bewegt, wenige Male vorwärts bewegt und zurückgezogen wird, während die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten ist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, bei der der Stab (24) dem Tisch (15) gegenüberliegt, mehrere Rollen (25) in Breitenrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) an einem Träger (26) befestigt und mit dem Stab (24) in Eingriff sind, und die Antriebsmittel (17) mit dem Träger (26) verbunden sind, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) weiterhin aufweist:
    zusätzliche Antriebsmittel (18), durch die der Träger (26) in Längsrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) bewegt wird; und
    eine Steuervorrichtung (19), die mit den Antriebsmitteln (17) und den zusätzlichen Antriebsmitteln (18) verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel (17) und die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) so durch die Steuervorrichtung (19) gesteuert werden, dass der Träger (26) so zu dem Tisch (15) hin vorwärts bewegt werden kann, dass der Stab (24) durch die Rollen (25) gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt werden kann, der Träger (26) dann durch die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) so bewegt wird, dass der Stab (24) durch die Rollen (25) so geführt werden kann, dass er in Längsrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) gerollt wird, und der Träger (26) dann von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen wird, so dass der Stab (24) im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten werden kann.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) zum Strecken einer Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung, welche Vorrichtung (1) aufweist:
    Kunststofffolien-Zuführungsmittel, durch die die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung und intermittierend zugeführt wird, wobei die Kunststofffolie (2) entgegengesetzte Oberflächen und entgegengesetzte Seitenkanten hat;
    ein Streckteil und einen Tisch (15), die auf entgegengesetzten Seiten der Kunststofffolie (2) angeordnet sind, um zu den Oberflächen der Kunststofffolie (2) und zueinander entgegengesetzt zu sein, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zugeführt wird; und
    Antriebsmittel (17), durch die das Streckteil zu dem Tisch (15) hin vorwärts bewegt wird, um gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) und den Tisch (15) zwischen den Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt zu werden, um die Kunststofffolie (2) in ihrer Längsrichtung zu strecken, wenn die Kunststofffolie (2) vorübergehend angehalten ist, wobei das Streckteil dann durch die Antriebsmittel (17) von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen und im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Streckteil eine Platte (27) aufweist, die einen Endbereich enthält, an dem eine gekrümmte Oberfläche (28) gebildet ist, um um eine Mitte gekrümmt und dem Tisch (15) gegenüberliegend zu sein, welche Vorrichtung (1) weiterhin aufweist:
    zusätzliche Antriebsmittel (18), durch die die Platte (27) schwingend um die Mitte der gekrümmten Oberfläche (28) bewegt wird; und
    eine Steuervorrichtung (19), die mit den Antriebsmitteln (17) und den zusätzlichen Antriebsmitteln (18) verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel (17) und die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) so durch die Steuervorrichtung (19) gesteuert werden, dass die Platte (27) zu dem Tisch (15) hin vorwärts bewegt werden kann, um zu bewirken, dass die gekrümmte Oberfläche (28) zwischen den Seitenkanten der Kunststofffolie (2) gegen die Kunststofffolie (2) gedrückt wird, die Platte (27) dann durch die zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel (18) schwingend bewegt wird, so dass die gekrümmte Oberfläche (28) in Längsrichtung der Kunststofffolie (2) gerollt werden kann, und die Platte (27) dann von dem Tisch (15) zurückgezogen wird, um im Abstand von der Kunststofffolie (2) gehalten zu werden.
