Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Beförderung (D1, D2, D3, D4, D5) eines flachen Substrats, wie z.B. eines Blatts (30) oder eines Bands (18), des Typs aufweisend:
    - eine Transportwalze (50, 54, 56, 58), die eingerichtet ist zum Befördern eines zu transportierenden, flachen Substrats, wobei die Transportwalze eine Transportoberfläche (82, 102) hat, die während des Transports im Kontakt mit dem flachen Substrat (18, 30) ist und die mit einer Mehrzahl von Aussparungen (62, 72, 84, 104) versehen ist,
    - eine Unterdruckvorrichtung (64), die eingerichtet ist zum Erzeugen eines Unterdrucks in der Mehrzahl von Aussparungen, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen (120) der Transportoberfläche (82, 102) aufweist, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung eine Aufbringvorrichtung (122) aufweist, die eingerichtet ist zum Aufbringen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (126) auf die Transportoberfläche (82, 102), wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung (120) einen Behälter (124), der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (126) enthält, und eine Leitung (128) aufweist, die eingerichtet ist zum Leiten der Reinigungsflüssigkeit zur Aufbringvorrichtung (122), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Reinigungsflüssigkeit (126) eine Waschlaugenflüssigkeit, bevorzugt ein Tintenlösungsmittel, ist und dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (120) eine Abwischvorrichtung (130) aufweist, die eingerichtet ist zum Wegnehmen der Waschlaugenflüssigkeit von der Transportoberfläche.
  2. Beförderungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwischvorrichtung (130) der Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen der Waschlaugenflüssigkeit nachgeschaltet ist gesehen in Beförderungsrichtung der Transportwalze (50, 54, 56, 58).
  3. Beförderungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Beförderungsvorrichtung eine Unterdruckkammer (86) definiert, die sich über einen ersten Winkelbereich (α,δ) um die Drehachse (E, F) der Transportwalze erstreckt, wobei der erste Winkelbereich (α,δ) sich über weniger als 360° erstreckt, dass
    - die Unterdruckvorrichtung (64) mit der Unterdruckkammer verbunden ist und eingerichtet ist zum Erzeigen eines Unterdrucks in den Aussparungen, die sich ausschließlich im ersten Winkelbereich (α,δ) befinden, dass
    - die Beförderungsvorrichtung eine Umgebungskammer (88) definiert, die sich über einen zweiten Winkelbereich (β,ε) erstreckt, wobei die Aussparungen, die sich im zweiten Winkelbereich befinden, dem Umgebungsdruck unterworfen sind, und dass
    - die Reinigungsvorrichtung innerhalb des zweiten Winkelbereichs (β,ε) mit der Transportoberfläche (82, 102) zusammenwirkt .
  4. Beförderungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beförderungsvorrichtung eine Überdruckkammer (90) definiert, die sich über einen dritten Winkelbereich (γ) um die Drehachse (E) erstreckt, und dass die Beförderungsvorrichtung eine Überdruckvorrichtung (92) aufweist, die mit der Überdruckkammer (90) verbunden ist und die eingerichtet ist zum Erzeugen eines Überdrucks in den Aussparungen, die sich ausschließlich innerhalb des dritten Winkelbereichs befinden.
  5. Beförderungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportwalze eine Einlaufwalze (50), ein Gegendruckzylinder (54), eine Überführungswalze (56) und/oder eine Bremswalze (58) ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden eines Bandes in Blätter, des Typs aufweisend:
    - einen Schneidzylinder (52), der mit einer Klinge (66) ausgestattet ist,
    - einen Gegendruckzylinder (54), der mit dem Schneidzylinder zusammenwirkt, wobei diese Zylinder (52, 54) eingerichtet sind zum Schneiden eines Bands flachen Substrats (18) in Blätter (30),
    - eine erste Vorrichtung zum Befördern (D1, D2) der Blätter, die von den Schneid- und Gegendruckzylindern geschnitten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Beförderungsvorrichtung (D1, D2) eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ist, insbesondere eine Überführungsvorrichtung ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zweite Vorrichtung zum Befördern (D2) der Blätter aufweist, die der ersten Vorrichtung zum Befördern (D1) der Blätter nachgeschaltet ist, und dass die zweite Beförderungsvorrichtung eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 ist, insbesondere eine Bremsvorrichtung ist.
  8. Rotationsdruckpresse, des Typs aufweisend:
    - eine Abrolleinrichtung (4) eines zu bedruckenden Bandes (18),
    - eine Einheit zum Bedrucken (6) des zu bedruckenden Bandes (18),
    - eine Vorrichtung zum Schneiden (10) des bedruckten Bandes in Blätter (30),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung eine Schneidvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7 ist.
  9. Verwendung einer Beförderungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
    - Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks in wenigstens einem Teil der Mehrzahl von Aussparungen,
    - Zuführung eines zu befördernden Blatts (30),
    - Beförderung des Blatts (30) auf der Transportoberfläche, und
    - Reinigung der Transportoberfläche (82, 102) mittels der Reinigungsvorrichtung (120).
