Claims (13)
- Lagerungshalter (18, 19) für mindestens einen Sehraubendrehereinsatz (12A, 12B), wobei der bzw. jeder Einsatz (12A, 12B) einen Antriebsteil (14A, 14B) und einen Arbeitskopf (16A, 16B) umfasst und der Halter (18, 19) folgendes beinhaltet:- ein Gehäuse (20, 21), das eine Basis (40, 41) enthält, die mit mindestens einer Aufnahme (22, 23) versehen ist, wobei die bzw. jede Aufnahme (22, 23) geeignet ist, den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12A, 12B) in einer Lagerposition aufzunehmen, in der der bzw. jeder Einsatz (12A, 128) an der Basis (40, 41) nach einer ersten Ausrichtung aufbewahrt und arretiert wird;- mit der Basis (40, 41) verbundene Haltemittel (24, 25), die geeignet sind, den bzw. jeden in der betreffenden Aufnahme (22, 23) befindlichen Einsatz (12A, 12B) in seiner Lagerposition zu halten;wobei die Haltemittel (24, 25) an der Basis (40, 41) des Gehäuses (20, 21) befestigt und geeignet sind, den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12A, 12B) in einer Greifposition zu halten, in der ein Benutzer den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12A, 128) greifen kann, und bei der es sich nicht um die Lagerposition handelt, wobei die relative Ausrichtung des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A, 12B) in seiner Greifposition gegenüber den Haltemitteln (24, 25) sich von der ersten Ausrichtung des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A, 12B) unterscheidet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (18, 19) Betätigungsmittel (50, 51, 52, 53, 55) beinhaltet, die geeignet sind, den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12A, 12B) gezielt von seiner Lagerposition in seine Greifposition zu verschieben. - Lagerungshalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Lagerposition des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A, 12B) die Haltemittel (24, 25) so beschaffen sind, dass sie mit dem bzw. jedem Einsatz (12A, 12B) formschlüssig agieren.
- Lagerungshalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Greifposition des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A, 12B) die Haltemittel (24, 25) so beschaffen sind, dass sie mit dem bzw. jedem Einsatz (12A, 12B) reibschlüssig agieren.
- Lagerungshalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (24, 25) flexible Laschen (25A) beinhalten, die vorzugsweise integral zusammen mit der Basis (40, 41) des Gehäuses (20, 21) hergestellt und an einer ersten Fläche (40A, 41A) der Basis (40, 41), angebracht sind, und die geeignet sind, den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12A, 12B), insbesondere den Antriebsteil (14A, 14B) des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A, 12B) durch Einrasten in der Lagerposition elastisch festzuhalten, wobei sich die Laschen (25A) auf beiden Seiten der betreffenden Aufnahme (22, 23) am bzw. an jedem Einsatz (12A, 12B) befinden.
- Lagerungshalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (41) des Gehäuses (21) eine zweite Fläche (41B) gegenüber der ersten Fläche (41A) beinhaltet, und dass die Betätigungsmittel einen Knopf (52) beinhalten, der von der zweiten Fläche (41B) aus betätigt werden kann, um den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12B) gezielt von seiner Lagerposition in seine Greifposition zu verschieben.
- Lagerungshalter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel zumindest einen elastischen Hebel (51) beinhalten, der sich an der Basis (41) des Gehäuses (21) befindet, und vorzugsweise integral zusammen mit der Basis (41) hergestellt wird, wobei der bzw. jeder Hebel (51), der der bzw. jeder Aufnahme (23) zugeordnet ist, mit einer Druckvorrichtung (55) versehen ist, die geeignet ist, den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12B) gezielt von seiner Lagerposition in seine Greifposition zu verschieben.
- Lagerungshalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel eine Öffnung (50) beinhalten, die sich gegenüber des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A) befindet und es dem Benutzer erlaubt, mit einem Finger direkt und gezielt den bzw. jeden Einsatz (12A) von seiner Lagerposition in seine Greifposition zu verschieben.
- Lagerungshalter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (22, 23) einen der bzw. jeder Aufnahme (22, 23) zugeordneten Anschlag (26, 27, 27A) beinhalten, der so beschaffen ist, dass der betreffende Einsatz (12A, 12B) gegen den Anschlag (26, 27, 27A) beim Verschieben zwischen der Lagerposition und der Greifposition des bzw. jeden Einsatzes (12A, 12B) zu liegen kommt.
- Lagerungshalter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (27) eine vorkragende Spitze (27A) beinhaltet, die zum gefasten Profil des freien Endes des Antriebsteils (14B) eines Einsatzes (12B) eine komplementäre Form aufweist.
- Lagerungskasten (10) für eine Vielzahl von Schraubendrehereinsätzen (12A, 12B), der ein erstes (19) und ein zweites (18) Lagerungselement beinhaltet, die gegenseitig zwischen einer geschlossenen Lagerposition, in der der Zugriff zum Lagerinnenvolumen mit den Einsätzen (12A, 12B) verhindert wird, und einer geöffneten Position, in der der Zugriff zu besagtem Volumen möglich ist, hin- und herbewegt werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei mindestens einem der Element, dem ersten (19) oder dem zweiten (18) Element, um einen Lagerungshalter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche handelt, und dass das bzw. jedes Element (18, 19) Aufnahmen (22, 23) beisitzt, die gegenüber der Basis (40, 41) des bzw. jeden Elements (18, 19) innen angeordnet sind.
- Lagerungskasten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim ersten Element (19) um einen Lagerungshalter nach Anspruch 6 handelt, und es sich beim zweiten Element (18) um einen Lagerungshalter nach Anspruch 7 handelt.
- Lagerungskasten nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (19) und das zweite (18) Element gegenseitig drehbar um eine Drehachse (X-X) gelagert sind, und dass das zweite Element (18) mit einem Fach (60) zur Aufnahme eines Einsatzhalters versehen ist, das sich in Richtung der Drehachse (X-X) des ersten (19) und des zweiten (18) Elements erstreckt.
- Lagerungskasten nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Elemente, das erste (19) oder das zweite (18) Element, eine Zunge (70) beinhaltet, mit der der Kasten (10) aufgehängt werden kann, wobei das erste (19) und das zweite (18) Element vorzugsweise jeweils eine erste (75) und eine zweite (70) Zunge umfassen, die so beschafften sind. dass sie zusammen wirken und den Kasten (10) in der geschlossenen Lagerposition verriegelt halten.
