Claims (10)

  1. Einklappbare Schlüsselvorrichtung (1), umfassend ein Gehäuse (2) und einen Schlüsselausstoßmechanismus, der zwischen einer Bodenwand (3) und einer oberen Wand (4) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist und einen Drehzapfen (5) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Schlüsseleinsatz (9) befestigt zu werden, und bezüglich des Gehäuses (2) verschwenkbar ist zwischen einer Staustellung, in der der Schlüsseleinsatz (9) in eine Aufnahme (7) des Gehäuses eingeklappt ist, und einer Verwendungsstellung, in der der Schlüsseleinsatz (9) aus dem Gehäuse hervorsteht, sowie einen Knopf (10), der teilweise in einer in der oberen Wand (4) vorgesehenen Knopföffnung (11) angeordnet ist und beweglich ist zwischen einer betätigten Stellung, in der er eine Drehung des Drehzapfens (5) bezüglich des Gehäuses (2) zulässt, und einer neutralen Stellung, in der er die Drehung des Drehzapfens (5) verhindert, wobei der Schlüsselausstoßmechanismus ferner eine Achse (12), die an der Bodenwand (3) befestigt ist und mit dem Drehzapfen (5) zusammenwirkt, um ihn in Drehung zu führen, und ein elastisches Organ (13) umfasst, das den Drehzapfen (5) in Drehung beaufschlagen kann, wenn der Knopf (10) in seiner betätigten Stellung ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (3) eine Montageöffnung (14) aufweist, wobei der Knopf (10), das elastische Organ (13) und die Achse (12) bei der Montage des Ausstoßmechanismus durch die Montageöffnung (14) hindurchtreten können.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzapfen (5) eine innere Aussparung (15) aufweist, die auf der der Bodenwand (13) zugewandten Seite des Drehzapfens (5) eine Bodenöffnung (16) und auf der der oberen Wand (14) des Gehäuses (2) zugewandten Seite des Drehzapfens (5) eine obere Öffnung (17) aufweist, und dass der Knopf (10) bei der Montage des Ausstoßmechanismus über die Bodenöffnung (16) in die innere Aussparung (15) eintreten kann und über die obere Öffnung (17) teilweise aus der inneren Aussparung (15) hervorstehen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzapfen (5) eine Anschlagsfläche (18) aufweist, die mit einer Anschlagsfläche (19) des Knopfs (10) so zusammenwirkt, dass der Knopf (10) daran gehindert wird, über die obere Öffnung (17) aus der inneren Aussparung auszutreten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knopf (10) mit dem Drehzapfen (5) bezüglich Drehung fest verbunden ist, wobei der Knopf (10) mindestens eine Rastfläche (20) aufweist, die in der neutralen Stellung des Knopfs (10) mit einer Rastfläche (21) des Gehäuses (2) so zusammenwirken kann, dass eine Drehung des Knopfs (10) und des Drehzapfens (5) bezüglich des Gehäuses (2) verhindert wird, wobei das Gehäuse (2) einen einstückigen Körper umfasst, der die Bodenwand (3), die obere Wand (4) und die Rastfläche (21) des Gehäuses (2) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzapfen (5) auf Höhe seiner oberen Öffnung (17) mindestens einen Drehzapfenschlitz (22) aufweist, wobei der Knopf (10) mindestens einen Lappen (23) aufweist, der mit dem Drehzapfenschlitz (22) zusammenwirken kann, um den Knopf (10) und den Drehzapfen (5) bezüglich Drehung fest zu verbinden, wobei das Gehäuse (2) auf Höhe der Knopföffnung (11) mindestens einen Gehäuseschlitz (24) aufweist, der die Rastfläche (21) des Gehäuses (2) bildet, wobei die Rastfläche (20) des Knopfs (10) von dem mindestens einen Lappen (23) gebildet wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (12) mindestens einen Lappen (25) aufweist, der sich parallel zu der Bodenwand (3) erstreckt, wobei ein am Ende des Lappens (25) vorgesehener Zahn (26) mit einer in der Bodenwand (3) vorgesehenen Rückhalteöffnung (27) so zusammenwirkt, dass die Achse (12) an der Bodenwand (3) befestigt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Aussparung (15) einen Teil (28) aufweist, dessen Abmessungen den Abmessungen des mindestens einen Lappens (25) entsprechen, so dass sich die Achse (12) bei der Montage des Ausstoßmechanismus in der inneren Aussparung (15) mindestens drehen kann, bis der Zahn (26) der Rückhalteöffnung (27) gegenübersteht.
  8. Verfahren zur Montage einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die bestehen in:
    - Einsetzen des Drehzapfens (5) zwischen die Bodenwand (3) und die obere Wand (4) des Gehäuses (2),
    - Einsetzen des Knopfs (10), des elastischen Organs (13) und der Achse (12) zwischen die Bodenwand (3) und die obere Wand (4), indem sie durch die Montageöffnung (14) hindurchgeführt werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Knopf (10), das elastische Organ (13) und die Achse (12) voneinander unabhängig durch die Montageöffnung hindurchführt.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, man das elastische Organ (8) mit dem Knopf (10) und/oder der Achse (12) vormontiert.
