Claims (10)

  1. Schlüssel, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem Gehäuse (2), einem Schlüsselbart (1), der einen Einsatz (3) und ein Kopfteil (4) enthält, das um eine Achse des Gehäuses (2) herum verschwenkbar gelagert ist, so dass der Schlüsselbart (1) zwischen einer Stellung, in der er in das Gehäuse (2) eingeklappt ist, und einer Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkbar ist, in der er bezüglich des Gehäuses (2) ausgefahren ist, sowie mit Federmitteln, die unter der Wirkung der Betätigung eines Druckknopfs das elastische Rückstellen des Schlüsselbarts (1) in seine ausgefahrene Stellung gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Tragteil (9) enthält, von dem zumindest ein Abschnitt an den Kopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) angrenzt, wobei Federmittel (5; 8), die das elastische Rückstellen des Schlüsselbartteils (1) gewährleisten, sich mit einem Ende an dem Tragteil (9) und mit ihrem anderen Ende an dem Kopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) abstützen, wobei der Kopf (4) und das Tragteil (9) in eine Aufnahme (L) im vorderen Bereich des Gehäuses (2) so eingefügt sind, dass das Tragteil (8) in der Aufnahme gesichert ist, während der Schlüsselbart (1) zwischen seiner eingeklappten Stellung und seiner ausgefahrenen Stellung verschwenkbar ist.
  2. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (L) im vorderen Bereich des Gehäuses (2) in einem Abschnitt desselben ausgeführt ist, der einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  3. Schlüssel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts ein Hohlkopf ist, in welchem Federmittel (5; 8) aufgenommen sind und der von dem Tragteil (9) verschlossen wird.
  4. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragteil (9) eine Wand (11) enthält, welche den Kopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) verschließt, sowie einen Rand (12), der an den Kopf (4) angrenzt und dessen Form komplementär zu der des Kopfes (4) ist, so dass der Rand dazu beiträgt, den Kopf (4) bei seiner Schwenkbewegung zu führen.
  5. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragteil (9) im Querschnitt U-förmig ist und eine zweite Wand enthält, die sich parallel zur ersten auf der anderen Seite des Kopfes (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) erstreckt.
  6. Schlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federmittel (5; 8) im Hohlkopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) eine Schraubenfeder und/oder eine Spiralfeder enthalten.
  7. Schlüssel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Drehzapfenteil enthält, das insgesamt zylinderförmig ist und sich in dem Kopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) und durch das Tragteil (9) hindurch erstreckt.
  8. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehzapfenteil (13) mit einem Druckknopf (17) endet und dass eine über den Druckknopf (17) zusammengedrückte Schraubenfeder (5) in dem Drehzapfenteil (13) aufgenommen ist.
  9. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragteil (9) und das Drehzapfenteil (13) einerseits Aussparungen bzw. andererseits komplementäre Laschen enthalten, die zusammenwirken, um das Drehzapfenteil (13) und den Kopf (4) des Schlüsselbarts (1) drehfest zu verbinden, um das Drehzapfenteil (13) und den Schlüsselbart (1) zu sichern, wenn dieser sich in seiner ausgefahrenen bzw. in seiner eingeklappten Stellung befindet.
  10. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (17) ein vom Drehzapfenteil (13) unabhängiges Teil ist, das für jedes Gehäuse (2) einzeln vorgesehen werden kann.
