Abstract

Eine Leuchte, insbesondere Strassenleuchte, weist als Leuchtmittel mehrere LED's auf, die auf Trägerflächen verteilt angeordnet und in Richtung der zu beleuchtenden Fläche ausrichtbar sind. Die LED's (8) sind auf mehreren übereinander liegenden Trägerringen (4, 5, 6, 7) angeordnet, die in Horizontalebenen verdrehbar sind, wobei die Trägerflächen (9) für die LED's (8) verschiedene Neigungen besitzen. Dadurch ist eine optimale Einstellung möglich.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Leuchte, insbesondere Strassenleuchte, die als Leuchtmittel mehrere LED's aufweist, die auf Trägerflächen verteilt angeordnet und in Richtung der zu beleuchtenden Fläche ausrichtbar sind.
  • Um die Vorteile von LED's auch für Außenleuchten auszunützen, wurden schon zahlreiche Vorschläge gemacht. So ist in der DE 102007/053790 B3 eine Leuchte der eingangs genannten Art beschrieben, bei der zur Erzielung einer gewünschten Leuchtendichteverteilung oder Beleuchtungsstärkeverteilung auf der zu beleuchtenden Fläche die LED-Trägerfläche gewölbt ist.
  • Nachteilig bei einer solchen Anordnung ist, dass die jeweilige Wölbung nur für eine bestimmte Fläche gilt, die zu beleuchten ist. Bei einer anderen Fläche stimmt die Leuchtendichteverteilung bzw. Beleuchtungsstärkeverteilung nicht.
  • In der WO 2006/060905 A1 ist eine Leuchte beschrieben, bei der die LED's auf zwei schwenkbar zueinander angeordneten Platten befestigt sind. Durch Verschwenken der Platten gegeneinander kann die Beleuchtungsrichtung bzw. Beleuchtungsstärke verändert werden.
  • Eine genaue Anpassung an die jeweils zu beleuchtenden Flächen ist jedoch auch mit dieser bekannten Leuchte nicht möglich.
  • Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, insbesondere mittels den derzeit am Markt befindlichen stärksten Hochleistungs-LED's eine Leuchte zu schaffen, mit der eine Anpassung sowohl an die zu beleuchtende Fläche als auch an die gewünschte Leuchtenhöhe möglich ist, sodass diese Fläche optimal ausgeleuchtet werden kann.
  • Erreicht wird dieses Ziel dadurch, dass die LED's auf mehreren übereinander liegenden Trägerringen angeordnet sind, die in Horizontalebenen verdrehbar sind, wobei die Trägerflächen für die LED's verschiedene Neigungen besitzen.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung von horizontal verdrehbaren LED-Trägerringen ergibt sich die Möglichkeit, jedes vorgegebene Leuchtfeld durch entsprechende Einstellung der LED-Trägerringe bei der Montage optimal auszuleuchten. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, bei bereits montierten Leuchten einer geänderten Ausleuchtungsfläche zu entsprechen.
  • Derzeit wird noch jedes LED entsprechend seiner Anordnung für "Fernlicht- oder Nahbereich" mit handelsüblichen Reflektoren der verschiedensten Abstrahlwinkel z.B. + - 7° /+ - 13° usw. versehen.
  • Bei einer zweckmäßigen Ausführungsform der Erfindung haben die Trägerringe verschiedenen, den Neigungen entsprechenden (=Leuchtenhöhe), nach unten zu abnehmenden Durchmesser. Dadurch entsteht eine kegelähnliche Form der Leuchte. (Pyramidenstumpf)
  • LED's entwickeln verhältnismäßig viel Wärme und es ist daher erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Trägerringe als Kühlkörper mit wenigstens einem im Zentrum vertikalen, im Kopf oben horizontalen Abzugkanal für die abzuführende Wärme ausgebildet sind.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben, ohne auf diese Beispiele beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen:

  • Gemäß Fig. 1 ist auf einem Ausleger 1 ein Leuchtengehäuse 2 befestigt, in dem ein Leuchtenkörper 3 angeordnet ist.
  • Dieser Leuchtenkörper 3 besteht gemäß Fig. 2 aus einer Anzahl von Trägerringen 4, 5, 6 und 7 für LED's 8 und Reflektoren 10. Die Trägerringe 4, 5, 6 und 7 sind in Horizontalebenen verdrehbar. Die LED's 8 sind auf Trägerflächen 9 angeordnet, die verschiedene Neigungen besitzen. (entsprechend den Abmaßen des Leuchtfeldes bzw. der Leuchtenhöhe)
  • In Fig. 4 ist der Trägerring 4 dargestellt und aus den verschiedenen Schnitten ergibt sich der unterschiedliche Neigungswinkel α 41, α 42 und α 43 einzelner Trägerflächen 9 41, 9 42 und 9 43.
  • Für den in Fig. 7 dargestellten Trägerring 7 gilt ähnliches: die Neigungswinkel α 71, α 72 und α 73 auf den Trägerflächen 9 71, 9 72 und 9 73 sind jeweils verschieden.
  • Um die sich bildende Wärme abführen zu können, sind die Trägerringe als Keilkörper mit wenigstens einem im Zentrum vertikalen Abzugkanal 12 und wenigstens einem horizontalem Abzugkanal 13 versehen.
  • Im Ausleger 1 (Fig. 1) sind drei Stromversorgungen 111, 112 und 113 untergebracht. Jede dieser Stromversorgungen ist wenigstens einer LED-Kette zugeordnet. Die Leuchte kann dadurch entsprechend der Anzahl der Stromversorgungen in verschiedene Helligkeitsbereiche eingestellt werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Leuchte, insbesondere Strassenleuchte, die als Leuchtmittel mehrere LED's aufweist, die auf Trägerflächen verteilt angeordnet und in Richtung der zu beleuchtenden Fläche ausrichtbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die LED's (8) auf mehreren übereinander liegenden Trägerringen (4, 5, 6, 7) angeordnet sind, die in Horizontalebenen verdrehbar sind, wobei die Trägerflächen (9) für die LED's (8) verschiedene Neigungen besitzen.
  2. Leuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerringe (4, 5, 6, 7) verschiedenen, nach unten zu abnehmenden Durchmesser haben.
  3. Leuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerringe (4, 5, 6, 7) als Kühlkörper mit wenigstens einem im Zentrum vertikalen, im Kopf oben horizontalen Abzugkanal (12, 13) für die abzuführende Wärme ausgebildet sind.
  4. Leuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Anbringung von handelsüblichen Reflektoren (10) mit verschiedenen Abstrahlwinkeln der "Nah- bzw. Fernlichtbereich" der Leuchte geregelt bzw. angepasst werden kann.
  5. Leuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Anordnung von mehreren Stromversorgungen (111, 112, 113) für die schaltungsgemäß notwendigen LED-Ketten die Leuchte in verschiedene Helligkeitsbereiche entsprechend der Anzahl der Stromversorgungen (111, 112, 113) eingestellt werden kann.
