The prior art may not be satisfactory in all aspects. Thus, the handle is regularly guided in a slot, which significantly limits their freedom of movement. As a result, the known sampling devices can be used practically only for the treatment of small-volume food products and in particular bread rolls. Larger food products, especially breads or baguettes or comparable large or bulky baked goods can be handled in this way hardly. - This is where the invention starts.

The invention is based on the technical problem of further developing such a removal device so that, in particular, the handling of large-volume food products such as, for example, breads or comparable bakery products, is simple and problem-free.

To solve this technical problem, a generic removal device in the context of the invention is characterized in that the barrier wall is equipped with a food products predominantly restrained access opening for the handle and a bottom side subsequent passage slot for the food products.

In this way, the food products can be easily manipulated by means of the handle, namely through the access opening for the handle through. Because the access opening generally has a width which corresponds to about half of an average length of the food product to be treated or exceeds. In addition, the passage opening is limited by its width. Because it regularly falls below the average length of the food product in question by at least 10%.

The height of the access opening corresponds to the height of the barrier wall, so that the access opening describes a total mostly rectangular area. In this way, it is ensured that the food products or bread and / or baked goods to be transported from the storage chamber into the removal space can not reach or reach the removal space through the access opening. This is equipped with a housing and the several output compartments for different sized food products. According to the invention, each output compartment has a removal chamber and a storage chamber, each separated by a barrier wall. The removal chamber and / or the storage chamber are equipped with the wave-like support surface for the food products. In this way, the food products are transferred during their entire transport with the help of the handle acted upon by the operator along the wave-like support surface of the storage chamber into the removal chamber.
