Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte, insbesondere Brot- und/oder Backwaren, vorzugsweise Stangenbrote oder Baguettes (1). Zum grundsätzlichen Aufbau der Entnahmevorrichtung gehören eine Vorratskammer (2) und ein Entnahmeraum (3), die durch eine Barrierewand (4) voneinander getrennt sind. Die Lebensmittelprodukte werden mittels einer von einem Bediener beaufschlagten Handhabe (5a, 5b) aus der Vorratskammer (2) in den Entnahmeraum (3) unter Überwindung der Barrierewand (4) befördert. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Barrierewand (4) mit einer die Lebensmittelprodukte überwiegend zurückhaltenden Durchgriffsöffnung (6) für die Handhabe (5a, 5b) und einem sich daran unterseitig anschließenden Durchtrittsschlitz (11) für die Lebensmittelprodukte ausgerüstet.
