Claims (15)

  1. Regulierbares Scharnier für Türen und Fenster (1) mit:
    - wenigstens zwei Körpern (7, 17), die zur Befestigung des Scharniers (1) auf dem fixen Rahmen von Fenstern und Türen dienen;
    - einem Gelenkstift (3);
    - einer ersten und einer zweiten Einstellbuchse (5, 26), die sich in den betreffenden Ösen (18, 19) des ersten und zweiten Körpers (7, 17) befinden., die besagten Ösen (18, 19) sind in Längsrichtung gegenüber dem Stift (3) angeordnet;
    - wenigstens einer Einstellschraube (4) für die Höheneinstellung;
    - mehreren Unterlegscheiben (2);
    - zwei Endstopfen (22);
    - wobei die besagte Einstellschraube (4) im Kopf des Stiftes (3) eingefügt ist. Die besagte Einstellschraube (4) erleichtert durch Ein- bzw. Losschrauben im Stift (3) die Erhöhung oder Senkung des Flügels;
    - Das einstellbare Scharnier enthält weiterhin eine Schwinghülse (29), in welcher sich der besagte Gelenkstift (3) mit wenigstens einer Einstellschraube (4) befindet, die darin verschraubt wird.
    - Die besagten Körper (7, 17) sind mit Nuten (20) versehen, damit diese mit den Nuten (21) der ersten Buchse (5) übereinstimmen;
    - Die besagte zweite Buchse (26) hat eine Nute (28), in welcher der besagte Stift (3) längs der seitlichen Achse läuft;
    - Die besagte Hülse (29) befindet sich in der besagten zweiten Einstellbuchse (26), wobei die Hülse (29) an einem Ende in einer Nutenführung (26A) läuft, die sich im Inneren der zweiten Einstellbuchse (26) befindet, und zwar mit einer Schwingbewegung. Das Vorhandensein von Führungsnuten (32) in der Hülse (29), welche auf den Führungsnuten (31) auf der Außenseite des Stiftes (3) laufen, erlauben der Hülse (29) die Mitnahme des Stiftes (3), wenn die besagte Hülse (29) im Inneren der zweiten Buchse (26) schwingt;
    gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass weiterhin wenigstens eine Blockierungsschraube (50) mit Kopf (51) und Flansch (52) vorhanden ist. Diese Blockierungsschraube (50) befindet sich in einer Aufnahme (33) auf einem Teil des Stiftkopfes (3). Die besagte Blockierungsschraube (50) agiert - nach Anzug und nach ihrer Einführung in die betreffende Aufnahme (33) - auf die Stift(3)/- Buchsen(26)-Gruppe und blockiert den besagten Stift (3) in seiner Montageposition und arbeitet praktisch als Schraubstock für den besagten Stift (3), und verschließt die Stift(3)-Buchsen(26)-Gruppe und die besagte Hülse (29) im Inneren der besagten Buchse (26).
  2. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die betreffenden Nuten (20) im besagten Körper (7, 17) halbrund oder jeglicher anderer Form sind, welche die korrekte Positionierung der ersten Buchse (5) erlaubt.
  3. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagte erste Buchse (5) aus einem zylindrischen Körper (13) besteht, der an einem Ende (14) geschlossen ist und einen Kragen (6) auf der anderen Seite und ein Innenloch (15) aufweist.
  4. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass dieses Loch (15) (Aufnahme des Stiftes (3)) gegenüber dem restlichen Körper (13) außermittig angeordnet ist.
  5. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagte erste Buchse (5) auf der dem Kragen gegenüberliegenden Seite (6) eine sechseckige Aufnahme (16) hat, die aus dem außermittigen Loch (15) hervorragt und somit den Zugang zur Schraube (4) erlaubt.
  6. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der besagte Kragen (6) mit Markierungen (24, 25) versehen ist, die gut zu sehen sind und die korrekte Positionierung gegenüber der ersten Buchse (5) erleichtern.
  7. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Bezugsmarkierungen (24, 25) in variabler Höhe und progressiv vorgenommen wurden.
  8. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagte erste Buchse (5) mit Nuten (21) auf 360° mit konstanter Steigung versehen ist, damit diese mit den Nuten (20) auf dem Scharnierkörper (7) zusammen fallen.
  9. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Verschlüsse (22) mit jeweils mindestens einer Hülse (23) versehen sind.
  10. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Verschlüsse (22) auf dem Scharnierkörper (7, 17) aufliegen, und zwar auf der Gegenseite, in der die erste Buchse (5) und die zweite Buchse (26) eingeführt wird, mit Hilfe der zwei Hülsen (23), die in die kreisförmigen Aufnahmen eingesetzt werden, welche durch die Nuten (20) in den Scharnierkörpern (7, 17) erhalten wurden, welche den Nuten (21) der ersten und zweiten Buchse (5, 26) gegenüber liegen.
  11. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der besagte Stift (3) zum Teil in der zweiten Buchse (26) enthalten ist.
  12. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagte zweite Buchse (26) mit einem Metallpfropfen (30) verschlossen ist, der einen Spalt (27) aufweist, in dem der Stift (3) längs der seitlichen Achse läuft.
  13. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagte zweite Buchse (26) zwei Fässchen (35) aufweist, welche in die Nuten (20) auf dem Scharnierkörper (17) eingreifen.
  14. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Unterlegscheiben (2) auf dem Umfang des kleineren Durchmessers eine Einsparung (9) und auf der anderen Seite eine Nase (8) aufweisen, welche in die Einsparung (9) der naheliegenden Unterlegscheibe (2) oder in eine Entlastung (10) eingreift, die auf der ersten Buchse (5) vorgesehen wird, um zu vermeiden, dass zufolge der Kompressionskraft und der Drehung, der die Unterlegscheiben (2) ausgesetzt sind, diese aus ihrer Aufnahme fallen.
  15. Einstellbares Scharnier für Fenster und Türen (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Unterlegscheiben (2) mit einer Einsparung (11A) und auf der anderen Seite mit einer Nase (11) versehen sind, die entweder in die Einsparung (11A) der naheliegenden Unterlegscheibe (2) oder in einen Entlastungszahn (12) eingreifen, mit dem die besagte Buchse (5) ausgestattet ist, um zu vermeiden, dass bei Drehen der montierten Unterlegscheiben (2) eine Öffnung (2A) sichtbar wird.
