Claims (4)

  1. Eine Scharnieranordnung (1) mit mindestens zwei Scharnierelementen (2, 3), die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei mindestens ein Scharnierelement (2) einen Hülsenabschnitt (21) aufweist, der mit zwei radial inneren, im wesentlichen länglichen Vorsprüngen (211) oder Aussparungen versehen ist, die sich im Wesentlichen in der durch die Achse (A1) des Hülsenabschnitts (21) verlaufenden Ebene (P) erstrecken, einen Drehzapfen (4), der in den Hülsenabschnitt (21) eingebettet und mit einer durchgehenden Einstellöffnung (42) versehen ist, das im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse (A2) des Drehzapfens (4) verläuft, zwei Backenelemente (41), die an den Drehzapfen (4) angrenzen und mit radial äußeren Aussparungen (412) oder Vorsprüngen versehen sind, die mit den inneren Vorsprüngen (211) oder Aussparungen des Hülsenabschnitts (21) zusammenwirken, eine Einstellschraube (43), die in der Einstellöffnung (42) zwischen den Backenelementen (41) angeordnet ist, auf Innenwänden (212) des Hülsenabschnitts (21) aufliegt und mit Mitteln (431) zum Aufbringen eines Drehmoments versehen ist, die von der Außenseite des Hülsenabschnitts (21) zugänglich sind, eine Feststellschraube (44), die von der Außenseite eines Backenelements (41) auf den Drehzapfen (4) drückt, nachdem die Scharnieranordnung (1) eingestellt wurde, und mit Mitteln (441) zum Aufbringen eines Drehmoments versehen ist, die von der Außenseite des Hülsenabschnitts (21) zugänglich sind, wobei radiale Widerlagermittel (45) zwischen dem Drehzapfen (4) und den Backenelementen (41) angeordnet sind, wobei die Einstellschraube (43) in die Einstellöffnung (42) zwischen den Kantenaussparungen (414) der Backenelemente (41) eingesetzt ist, und wobei die Achsen der Einstellschraube (43) und der Feststellschraube (44) im Wesentlichen komplanar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die radialen Widerlagermittel (45) sich in der Umgebung der Feststellschraube (44) befinden und die Form einer Rändelung des Drehzapfens (4) haben,
    wobei der Drehzapfen (4) und die Backenelemente (41) aus Metall hergestellt sind, wobei die Härte des Drehzapfens (4) höher ist als die Härte der Backenelemente (41), wobei die Backenelemente (41) mit zylindrischen, radial gerippten Innenflächen (411) versehen sind, die an die äußere Krümmung des Drehzapfens (4) angepasst sind.
  2. Die Scharnieranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzapfen (4) aus Stahl und die Backenelemente (41) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt sind.
  3. Die Scharnieranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ebene (P), die durch die Achse (A1) des Hülsenabschnitts (21) verläuft, im Wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene des Flügels ist.
  4. Die Scharnieranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Scharnierelemente (2, 3) umfasst, wobei das einstellende Scharnierelement (2) ein oberes Element ist und an einem Tür- oder Fensterflügel (5) befestigt ist, und das zweite Scharnierelement (3) am Rahmen befestigt ist.
