Par conséquent, la pastille de déchirage peut être d'une taille minimale et donc d'un coût minimal. Etant donné que la pastille de déchirage est au moins en partie recouverte par l'étiquette, son aspect ou son positionnement sur l'objet ne pose plus problème. - A device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that each zone (16) of each tear patch (4) facing an incision (3) is of food grade.
- A device according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the grasping portion (9) of the label (7) is not secured to the underlying surface of the film and/or the tear patch.
- A device according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the label (7) covers the whole of the detaching portion (6) of at least one tear patch (4).
- A device according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the label (7) covers the whole of at least one tear patch (4).
- A method for manufacturing a device for easy opening of a package formed of a tearable synthetic film (2) at least partially enveloping an article or a group of articles (1), in which at least one incision is made through at least part of the thickness of the film (2), and then at least one patch, called a tear patch (4), is applied to an exterior surface of the film (2) so that at least an adhering portion (5) of the tear patch (4) covers the incision(s) (3) and that tearing of the film (2) can occur when a pull is exerted on a portion of the tear patch beyond the main direction of incision (10) in the direction of its detachment and the tearing direction (11), characterised in that a label (7) is applied to the exterior surface of the film (2) so that one portion of the label (7), called an adhesive portion (8), is secured to the film (2) via an adhesive composition, and covers at least part of at least one tear patch (4) and that another portion of the label (7), called a grasping portion (9), extends beyond said adhesive portion (8), at least in the tearing direction (11), and said grasping portion (9) being adapted to be able to be separated from the underlying surface of the film (2) and/or the tear patch (4), so as to enable a user to exert a detaching pull in the tearing direction (11) on this grasping portion (9), and in that said label (7) is chosen and applied to the film and to the tear patch such that the exertion on the grasping portion (9) of a detaching pull tending to separate the label (7) from the film (2) causes the detachment of said adhesive portion (8) from the exterior surface of the film (2), the carrying-along of at least a part of the tear patch (4) covered by this adhesive portion (8), and tearing of the film (2).
- A method according to Claim 12, characterised in that a heat-shrinkable film (2) is used and in that at least one incision (3) is made, and then before heat-shrinking of the film (2) at least one tear patch (4) chosen to preserve its dimensions and not undulate during heat-shrinking of the film (2) is applied.
- A method according to Claim 12, characterised in that a heat-shrinkable film (2) is used and in that at least one incision (3) is made, and then at least one tear patch (4) is applied after heat-shrinking of the film (2).
- A machine for manufacturing a device for easy opening of a package formed of a tearable synthetic film (2) at least partially enveloping an article or a group of articles (1), said machine comprising:- a device (18) for dispensing a tearable synthetic film (2),- at least one conveyor (19) capable of carrying along articles (1) or groups of articles (1) in displacement one after the other,- at least one packaging station (20) for at least partially packaging an article or a group of articles (1) with the film (2),- a cutting station (21) for making at least one incision (3) through at least part of the thickness of the film (2),- downstream of this cutting station, a patch affixing station (22) capable of applying at least one patch (4) to an exterior surface of the film (2), this patch affixing station (22) comprising automatic patch affixing means, capable of applying tear patches with at least an adhering portion (5) of the tear patch (4) covering at least one incision (3) made by the cutting station,
characterised in that it further comprises a label affixing station (23) capable of applying a label comprising an adhesive portion (8) and a grasping portion (9) to the exterior surface of the film (2) of each article or group of articles (1), said label affixing station (23) being adapted to apply the adhesive portion (8) of the label (7) securely to the film (2) via an adhesive composition, and to place the label (7) so that it is applied securely to at least part of at least one tear patch (4) as affixed by the patch affixing station (22), and that it is oriented with said grasping portion (9) extending beyond the adhesive portion (8), at least in the tearing direction (11), and such that this grasping portion (9) is adapted to be able to be separated from the underlying surface of the film (2) and/or the tear patch (4) so as to enable a user to exert a detaching pull in the tearing direction (11) on this grasping portion (9).
