  1. Assembly comprising primary packaging (20) in which a food article (2) is packaged, said assembly comprising an outer packaging (1) completely surrounding the primary packaging (20) which is hermetically sealed, said outer packaging (1) being a film (3) of flexible material having closure welds (4) delimiting an outer periphery (5) of a main surface (6) of the outer packaging (1), said assembly being characterized in that the outer packaging has a line of weakness (7) located on the main surface (6), having at least two degassing slots (8) for releasing the air which may be trapped in said outer packaging (1), and not having an anti-tear means that is able to limit tearing of the film (3) beyond the limits of each slot, so that the outer packaging is not reusable after access to the primary packaging has been opened in order to remove the latter from the outer packaging, each of said degassing slots (8) being separated by at least one material attachment bridge (9).
  2. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterized in that the outer packaging has, in the region of the welds, marginal surfaces of the film extending on the outside of said main surface.

  5. Assembly according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the curve described by the line of weakness (7) has a radius of curvature RC of between 15 mm and 25 mm.
  6. Assembly according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the number of degassing slots (8) is two and the number of attachment bridges is one.
  7. Assembly according to Claim 4 or Claim 4 and either one of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that all or part of the curve bordering the pressure surface has an axis of symmetry (Δ) able to orient tearing along said axis of symmetry (Δ) approximately perpendicular to the outer periphery (5).
  8. Assembly according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is made of PET or metallized PET or PP or metallized PP and PE material(s).
  9. Method for manufacturing an assembly according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, comprising, on a production line, a welding step for closing the outer packaging (1) so as to delimit an outer periphery (5) of a main surface (6) of the outer packaging (1), the manufacturing method being characterized in that, prior to the welding step, the film (3), with its degassing slots (8), is placed around the hermetically sealed primary packaging (20), then, during the welding operation, three said welds (4) are produced, two of said welds (4) being located respectively at two opposite transverse ends of the outer packaging and one being positioned longitudinally, between the two transverse welds, thus allowing the air contained inside the outer packaging (1) to escape towards the outside through the degassing slots (8), and producing the welds with marginal surfaces of the film extending on the outside of said main surface (6).
  10. Method for manufacturing an assembly according to Claim 9, characterized in that, during the welding operations, the film conveyed towards the production line is cut in the region of the marginal surfaces of these welds, thereby separating the manufactured assembly from the conveyed film.
