Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20) présentant un bord latéral défini entre une bordure supérieure et un rebord inférieur, le procédé comprenant les étapes :
    - de retrait d'une baignoire existante (1) qui est définie par des parois contenantes afin de créer un évidement (4) de taille correspondante tel que défini par les parois contenantes (5a - 5d) de la baignoire (1), l'étape de retrait comprenant l'étape d'enlever les parois contenantes (5a - 5d) jusqu'à laisser un épaulement (11) qui définit l'évidement (4) ;
    - de formation d'un cadre de base en introduisant des fragments, ou des débris (7), venant de l'étape d'enlèvement, dans l'évidement (4) défini par l'épaulement (11), le cadre de base étant formé par une couche de fragments, ou débris (7), à l'intérieur de l'épaulement (11) ;
    - de mise à niveau de la couche de fragments, ou débris (7), à l'intérieur de l'épaulement (11) afin de conformer essentiellement l'épaisseur du niveau de débris (7) ;
    - d'introduction d'un matériau de remplissage dans les espaces présents entre les fragments, ou débris, afin de mettre à niveau le cadre de base d'une façon essentiellement uniforme qui facilite une étape suivante d'agencement d'une plateforme de douche,
    - de finition de l'épaulement (11) ;
    - d'agencement d'une plateforme de douche (20) de taille déterminée sur la couche de fragments, ou débris (7) ;
    - de découpe de la plateforme de douche (20) à la taille de l'épaulement ;
    - de mise à niveau de la plateforme de douche (20) et de fixation de celle-ci à l'épaulement (11) ;
    - sachant que la plateforme de douche (20) est associée à une cabine de douche comprenant un cadre consistant en une pluralité de tiges verticales adaptées pour supporter une pluralité de parois latérales (5a - 5d) ;
    - sachant que l'épaulement et le cadre de base sont configurés de telle façon que le rebord inférieur de la plateforme de douche est agencé au même niveau que le sol de la pièce dans lequel elle est installée.
  2. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plateforme de douche (20) est fabriquée dans un matériau sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant :
    - du matériau plastique, en particulier une résine acrylique ;
    - du matériau céramique.
  3. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plateforme de douche (20) est sélectionnée parmi une pluralité de plateformes de douche (20) de différentes tailles.
  4. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plateforme de douche (20) présente la taille suivante :
    - largeur définie entre 60 et 80 cm ;
    - longueur définie entre 160 et 180 cm.
  5. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 1, dans lequel pendant l'étape de retrait de la baignoire (1), des parties (25) de paroi définissant latéralement la baignoire (1) sont découvertes, au moins un film de revêtement (15) étant agencé sur les parties de paroi découverte (25).
  6. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les tiges verticales de la cabine de douche sont configurées de telle façon qu'elles peuvent se déplacer en direction/en s'éloignant l'une de l'autre pour s'adapter à la taille de la plateforme de douche (20).
  7. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon les revendications 5 ou 6, dans lequel la plateforme de douche (20) est définie latéralement par le ou chaque film de revêtement (15).
  8. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le ou chaque film de revêtement (15) est relié aux parties découvertes (25) de la paroi par des vis, de la colle pour le secteur de la construction, et similaire.
  9. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le ou chaque film de revêtement (15) est agencé afin d'arriver en affleurement avec les parois (5a - 5d) ou avec les éventuels carreaux fixés sur celles-ci, de la pièce dans laquelle la plateforme de douche (20) est installée.
  10. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le matériau de remplissage est de la mousse polyuréthane.
  11. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le film de revêtement (15) présente au moins un signe graphique sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant :
    - une image ;
    - un texte ;
    - une combinaison de ceux-ci.
  12. Procédé de remplacement d'une baignoire (1) par une plateforme de douche (20), selon les revendications 1 et 6, dans lequel pendant l'étape de retrait de la baignoire (1), tout robinet associé à celle-ci n'est pas retiré, ce qui fait que la plateforme de douche (20) a ces robinets.
