Claims (9)
- Serrure (2) pour une porte ou une fenêtre, avec un battant (3) monté au moins pivotant sur un dormant (4), avec un pêne (10) faisant saillie automatiquement en position de fermeture sous l'effet d'une force magnétique et associé à une gâche (11) sur le dormant (4), caractérisé en ce que
le pêne (10) soit un pêne (15) avec un premier aimant (16), faisant saillie par rapport à un boîtier de serrure et s'engageant dans une position de verrouillage dans une ouverture de verrouillage (19) de la gâche (11) et qu'un deuxième aimant (18) soit monté dans la gâche (11); le premier et le deuxième aimant (16, 18) étant disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière que, dans la position de fermeture du battant (3), le pêne (15) soit positionné dans la gâche (11) et que le pêne (15), dans la position où le battant (3) n'est pas dans un plan parallèle, soit positionné dans la serrure (2) de sorte que le premier aimant (16) interagit avec le boîtier de la serrure ou avec une pièce métallique magnétique qui y est montée. - Serrure (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le champ magnétique du premier et du deuxième aimant (16, 18), dans la position de fermeture, s'étant presque perpendiculairement par rapport à une têtière face plate (13) s'étendant le long du feuillage (8).

- Serrure (2) selon une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étendue d'ouverture du pêne (15) est ajustable.
- Serrure (2) selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une fente demeure dans la position de prise du pêne (15) entre le premier aimant (16) et le deuxième aimant (18).
- Serrure (2) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la fente est formée par un enrobage de l'aimant (16) en une matière n'étant pas ferromagnétique, par exemple en matière plastique.
- Serrure (2) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la fente est formée par un fond (24) de la gâche (11).
- Serrure (2) selon une des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la gâche (11) est produite à partir d'un matériau n'étant pas ferromagnétique.
- Serrure (2) selon une des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la têtière face plate (13) se compose d'un métal n'étant pas ferromagnétique.
