Claims (6)

  1. Verbindung, resultierend aus dem Verbund mit geradem Schnitt der Pfosten (200) und der Querträger (100), die einen Fensterflügelrahmen (O) bilden,
    wobei die Querträger (100) und die Pfosten (200) aus einem oder mehreren Profilen gebildet sind, die die allgemeine Form eines L aufweisen,
    wobei ein erster Schenkel des L vorgeformt ist, um den Falz zu bilden, der die Verglasung aufnimmt, und wobei der zweite Schenkel eine Kante aufweist, die nach außen hervorspringt, um eine Stützfläche des Flügels (O) auf dem festen Rahmen, die ihn aufnimmt, bereitzustellen,
    wobei die Querträger (100) und die Pfosten (200) Flächen aufweisen, die auf die Außenseite der vorgeformten Zarge ausgerichtet sind, um mit dem Rahmen zusammenzuarbeiten, der den Flügel aufnimmt, und Flächen, die auf die Innenseite der vorgeformten Zarge ausgerichtet sind, um mit dem oder den verglasten Teilen zusammenzuarbeiten,

    wobei die Pfosten (200) und die Querträger (100) durch ein Befestigungsmittel befestigt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Enden der ersten Schenkel des Profils in Form eines L der Querträger (100) zum Verbund auf der Fläche aufliegen, die auf die Innenseite der Zarge der Enden der Pfosten (200) ausgerichtet ist, damit die Enden der zweiten Schenkel des L der Pfosten und der Querträger offen bleiben,
    - die offenen Enden der Querträger durch einen Stopfen (300) geschlossen sind, der nicht Teil der Befestigung ist und einen Kopf umfasst, der ein Volumen aufweist, das ermöglicht, auch das Ende der zweiten Schenkel des L der Pfosten, die senkrecht angeordnet sind, zu verstopfen,
    - der Stopfen (300) einen Körper (320) umfasst, der vom Kopf hin zum hohlen Kern des Querträgers (100) hervorspringt, um den Stopfen zu positionieren und zu montieren,
    - der Kopf vorgeformt ist, um das Außenprofil des Teils des Endes des Querträgers (100) aufzunehmen, das der Stopfen (300) auf seiner Seite, die auf das Ende des Querträgers (100) hin ausgerichtet ist, verstopft,
    - der Kopf vorgeformt ist, um das Außenprofil des Teils des Endes des Pfostens aufzunehmen, das der Stopfen auf seiner Seite, die auf das Ende des Pfostens hin ausgerichtet ist, verstopft.
  2. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die Schenkel der L auf ihrer Seite vorgeformt sind, die gegen den Rahmen einer Befestigungsnut einer Dichtung (400) aufliegt, der Stopfen (300) auf seiner Seite, die den Anschluss zwischen den zwei betroffenen Flächen der Profile der Pfosten und der Querträger sicherstellt, mit einer Nut (330) vorgeformt ist, die ein ähnliches Profil aufweist und den angemessenen Winkel für die Kontinuität der Dichtfunktion bildet.
  3. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere Projektionen, die vom Kopf hervorspringen, teilweise die Außenflächen der Enden des Querträgers (100) bedecken, die der Stopfen (300) verstopft.
  4. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (300) eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Form annimmt, wobei eine seiner Flächen (310) als Auflagefläche dient, die gegen die Quer-Auflagefläche aufliegt, die auf dem Ende des Querträgers definiert ist und seinen Teil umschließt, der nach der Montage offen bleibt, wobei die seitlichen Außenflächen die Kontinuität der Außenflächen der Profile (100 und 200) des Verbunds sicherstellen.
  5. Verbindung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitliche Innenfläche mit zwei Nuten (330) vorgeformt ist, die sich in einem rechten Winkel treffen, um die Befestigung der Dichtungen (400) zu ermöglichen, die die Innenflächen der Profile (100 und 200) ausstatten.
  6. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (300) aus modifiziertem Polyphenylenoxid (ppom) ist.
